炒飯炒得非常乾身,粒粒分明,食落口感非常札實,每口都帶有荷菜清香,瑤柱嘅鮮香味亦好配合。

陳皮蓮子紅豆沙
3種食材平衡得啱啱好,甜中帶點果香但唔會有苦澀味,蓮子亦令整體味道變得豐富。


🫕燈影煎堆
打卡必點菜式之一,整法好考廚師嘅功架,餐廳好有心思咁幫佢打埋燈,望落就成個月亮燈籠咁🌕,內餡當然都無失手,外脆內軟,非常出色。


🫕冷涮和牛卷
最後一道甜品:和牛!?,外表完全係一個雪花和牛卷,放落口諗住會食到肉味嘅時候,原來係士多啤梨雪糕😂,好有創意同心思嘅甜品


🫕餐廳特制茶底Cocktail:
第一杯係菊花茶加入蜜糖同玫瑰,飲落甜甜哋帶點玫瑰香味,最後仲有菊花茶嘅甘香餘韻。


第二杯係香片加上青瓜同番石榴汁,味道香甜而帶有青瓜嘅清新口感,非常開胃。
