最近一個叫T Concept嘅集團開咗四五間食肆,地區遍布中環,銅鑼灣,九龍灣,旺角,菜式包括泰國菜,四川菜,日本串燒。記得鳥世一入口在九如坊,喺威靈頓街兜咗一圈都搵唔到門口。餐廳大約可以坐到10至12人,主要以吧枱圍住service counter同埋個串燒爐,但餐廳好細心我哋整個串燒爐係落地玻璃圍住,加上吸力強勁嘅抽風,客人完全唔會聞到油煙味。Menu好似一本聖子,有燒雞燒豚燒牛海鮮等。海膽魷魚豆腐,海膽好濃,配上日本豆腐剛剛好。燒牛脷好厚身,入口好有質感。免治雞肉棒配上日本蛋黃,橙色嘅日本蛋黃味道濃,聽到雞肉棒更加滑口。燒銀雪魚大大塊,皮脆肉嫩,師傅嘅功夫好了得。

唔係朋友介紹都唔知道呢間餐廳,佢係九如坊嘅一條後巷中,唔係咁容易留意到。入到去真係幾有驚喜,店員服務好好,幫我哋好好咁掛好啲袋。我哋坐bar枱,可以好清晰咁睇到師傅燒啲食物,平時一般串燒都可能係加熱返本身已經熟咗嘅食物,但呢度真係由生嘅燒到熟,所以口感會更加好,亦都好感受到誠意。我哋揀好要嘅食物之後,店員會拎晒嚟俾我哋睇吓。海鮮就叫咗個帆立貝($128)同銀鱈魚($98)。帆立貝鮮味好重,再加上啱啱先燒熟又有好多鮮汁出嚟,師傅再加埋啲配菜一齊更加好食。銀鱈魚亦都燒到啱啱好,魚肉好滑好好食,我諗呢個我其中最鐘意嘅一道菜。雞肉我哋就嗌咗個免治雞肉($58)。豚肉就叫咗個黑豚五花腩,脂肪同油分比例啱啱好。菜就叫咗個洋蔥仔($35)Balance吓!最鐘意嘅牛我哋當然唔放過,叫咗個宮崎和牛串($148)同埋網燒牛肉($258),牛肉熟度啱啱好,出面勁熟,入面小小生。呢間餐廳好好就係佢嘅牛肉都會配返兩隻調味料可以俾我哋加上去食,一個係柚子胡椒,另一隻就係法式芥末,呢個配搭都係出面比較少見。最好食埋個甜品~好完美!

今晚同朋友happy hour 發現左呢間隱蔽新開既日本居酒屋,入面座位唔會好多,但勝在可以同朋友慢慢傾計吹水,絕對唔會催趕人。佢個Menu有兩種選擇一個係廚師發板嘅高質日本串燒另一種就係自己散叫,因為我朋友唔係好食生是,所以都揀咗散叫串燒就算啦。非常推介係免治雞肉串,由於師傅都係即叫即燒所以都製作需時,大家都要耐心等候,個雞肉串燒完之後雞肉彈牙沾上蛋汁10分惹味。亦都推介大家要點特大鰻魚飯,佢嘅鰻魚有兩大條仲要係厚切多汁,剛燒起外皮焦脆,魚肉滑嫩,配上日本珍珠米,能夠抒鰻魚嘅油膩感,非常值得一試。仲有亦都推介大家要試佢嘅西京燒,我師傅用牛油焦糖去燒過,所以食落去有點帶牛油香及甜味,佢係我食過咁多間最好食嘅西京燒,再配合埋沙律醬完美配搭!另外都要推介啲大家要試佢嘅日式甜品佢個賣相非常精緻帶有傳統日本風都係一啲比較日式嘅糕點例如柚子雪花同抹茶紅豆布丁,宇治抹茶味道回甘,令人可以一解思鄉之愁

朋友知我最愛日本串燒, 話有間好正宗既串燒帶我去試下。依間餐廳既位置係好隱蔽, 平時都有黎開依頭食飯, 但完全唔覺佢存在, 感覺去左d隱世小店甘。中午時段佢原來有午餐set, 但係一場黎到理由唔食佢地出名既串燒。串燒menu唔算多款, 但唔同既肉類同蔬菜都算有得選擇。厚燒牛舌牛舌軟熟配埋柚子胡椒, 調味剛剛好。網燒牛肉依個係最抵食, 好大塊先$258, 可惜係老火左少少。雞全翼唔係睇佢甘普通, 真係燒得好好食, 皮脆肉嫩滑紫蘇練梅雞胸肉梅醬既調味好特別但唔會怪, 同雞肉配合得天衣無縫, 雞冠依個係第一次食, 以為口感好怪, 原來係軟軟甘少少似雞肉質地豚五花腩蘆筍卷味道普通唔算太特別, 但都係好食既總括黎講依度既串燒係燒得幾好, 睇得出師傅好用心去燒, 但價錢就少少偏貴。
