我們這些為食之人,為了美食真是捐窿捐隙都去到,在中環返工的朋友介紹我有一家在威靈頓街的日式串燒店非常不錯,但衹給我門牌號碼和店名,去到卻找不到,原來是要從九如坊進入後經過一條冷巷才找到,真是隱世。進去後感覺完全不同了,充滿日系氣息。日藉廚師隔着玻璃為客人即場燒烤。餐牌也特別過人,翻開有不少選擇。我們點了很多食物,準備拿去燒烤前,侍應會先整碟端上來給我們過目。我們實在叫了太多款串燒,有宮崎黑毛和牛,非常軟滑入味。有黑䐁五花腩生菜卷。有大黑木菇,厚肉嫩滑。有明太子,鮮香味美。炸物我們分別叫了日式炸雞柳,外脆內滑。當然,炸物怎少的了天婦羅,完全是日式風味。最後再來一個滑蛋雞肉飯,剛好把肚子填得滿滿,十分滿足的離開。

鹽燒鰻魚($68): 都係另一樣推介嘅,食落去脆卜卜咬落去好多汁,師傅功架果然係厲害。


椎茸($35): 一刻有兩舊,同樣都係燒嘅,唔會燒到乾身,一咬落去啲汁都會不出來。上面有少少蘿蔔蓉配上酸味味嘅醬汁,食到一半嘅時候有啲清淡嘅嘢嗰一個口,再食過。


雜錦天婦羅($98):有蝦,番薯,魚,蓮藕,南瓜,紫蘇葉。佢個炸漿好薄,證明佢哋唔止串燒,連天婦羅都做得好好。除咗功夫之外,食天婦羅都可以識到佢哋對食材嘅執着,全部都係新鮮時令嘅材料。


煙肉蘆筍卷($50): 一咬落去個煙肉味滲出來,令到路上唔使有任何調味都已經足夠,食落去脆身又唔會乾,再食蘆筍嘅熱力湧出嚟,慢慢食到入邊嘅香甜,呢個配搭永遠都唔會厭。


厚燒牛脷($88): 好聰明用上芥末籽來代替好多餐廳都會用嘅芥末,芥末籽要食到落去咬開先有少許芥末嘅味道,咁樣就唔會搶咗牛脷本身嘅鮮味。當然師傅嘅手勢都好緊要,牛脷同樣多汁又夠厚,幸福嘅感覺!


雞翼(手羽先 $48): 叫得做鳥世一點可以錯過佢哋嘅雞翼呢,只用少少鹽帶出鮮味。要一提嘅係師傅擺咗好多心血落去呢一隻雞翼入面,其實見着佢由一開始已經擺上去個爐到燒,但係直到食到差唔多最後先上,證明一隻雞翼係要用上幾多心機!同樣冇令我哋失望,表皮係脆嘅,但係做到淨係表皮脆但係食到落去底層嘅部份仍然係有油脂滲出來,而且食到落啲肉見到肉汁緊緊咁鎖住喺入邊,真係要俾個like✨


鹿兒島黑豚五花腩($56):五花腩好分明,唔會肉多或者脂肪多,全部大概1cm左右嘅分隔,配上少少梅子醬,幸福感up!


燒宮崎和牛串($148): 最後嘅壓軸,師傅將一件分開咗做兩串,一邊係配上柚子醬一邊係配上Wasabi。同樣食材本身好靚,燒得表面少少脆,一食落去唔使用力咬兩三啖,已經可以吞落肚。自己食咗Wasabi先,覺得兩種味比較分開,鍾意柚子醬多啲,提到鮮味之餘又可以解油膩感。


最後上嘅係親子丼(滑蛋雞肉飯 $78):本身以為佢哋主打串燒,呢啲陪才會比較平平無奇,點知一上菜我同朋友都即刻曄出聲,滑蛋隻色靚到呢!!! 橙黃色唔在講,成個賣相己經嬴哂。而且親子丼嘅計都係用炭燒過嘅,食落去個飯醬汁教得啱啱好甜甜地,令到我即刻想飛一轉日本 😭


總結:環境清幽,坐得舒服,惜才用心,而且裝修精美。平時同一大班朋友嘅話可以選擇包場,但係三五知己你識個串燒,做個friday night都好好,下次可以試吓lunch set!

燒蕃薯超級甜,番薯皮又薄又香,入面又軟又濕潤,另外燒秋葵亦都好好味,外層少少鹹味,入面又保留咗秋葵本身嘅濕潤度👍。

今晚去中環接老婆收工,順道去一間新開的日本串燒店,入口位於九如坊的一個小角,有如隱世小店一樣,估計新開業不久,裝修非常之新淨,感覺也幾舒服,而且有點貴氣😆。我倆坐bar枱,一陣可以睇到師父燒串燒的功夫🤣而且標明係用備長炭👍🏻。先來一點串燒,燒雞頸,燒雞翼,落鹽吊味,皮脆卜卜,香口👍🏻,日本洋蔥仔賣相燒得靚,食落好甜😋,免治雞肉串-本身肉燒香再配上日本蛋,嫩滑口感👍🏻正。燒帶子真係要推介下,本身師父燒得恰到好處,帶子啱啱熟,咬口一流,最緊要係個汁,用左清淡鰹魚湯底,成件事都好夾👏🏻👏🏻,再來個燒銀鱈魚,燒到有少少脆邊,幾好,加上魚油多👍🏻係正。最後來個親子丼,份量不多,但蛋香帶起左成個飯,加上有紫菜提升味道😋,甜品押尾,紅豆綠茶🍵大滿足😊

放工最鍾意食串燒飲啤酒🍻同朋友聚一聚。搵咗中環呢間位於九如坊附近嘅串燒小店。入到去好快就有茶及餐牌,坐低慢慢睇。串燒種類好多,嚟呢度當然要試吓串燒。叫咗雞翼、牛舌、燒明太子、燒鰻魚、帆立貝柱、天婦羅。雞翼燒到卜卜脆,外皮香脆雞翼入邊又夠油份。牛舌有咬口又爽口,面上仲有芥末醬。燒明太子整得好靚,切成一小件,明太子辣辣哋送酒一流!另外仲配有青瓜片。燒鰻魚好好食,鰻魚皮脆脆地,而且鰻魚肉有少少彈牙嘅口感。燒海鮮揀咗帆立貝,帆立貝連埋個殼一齊燒,燒到剛剛好,唔會太老。帆立貝大大粒又有牛油香,仲配有金菇、大蔥。雜錦天婦羅有大蝦、紫蘇葉、魚、南瓜等。甜品抹茶紅豆布甸,布甸夠彈,紅豆甜甜地。呢間日本備長炭串燒真係不錯!

另外還有幾款餐牌上沒有、很特別新奇的部位,餐廳特別推薦必須要試一下。大部份帶著好奇之心送入口中。雞橫膈膜用了柚子及胡椒調味,味道很出。雞掌心是小小的一小片嫩肉,口感嫩滑。雞血管則比較爽脆Q彈。想信廚師在處理這些食材應該要花上特別多的心思,很難想像如何能將那薄薄的一片血管或是橫膈膜處理好再製作成串燒。單是那份誠意,已值得多多支持。

燒雞全翼真係必食推薦,第一啖食落係爆汁。雞皮燒得好脆,但內里雞肉係好嫩。唔好以為雞胸會好柴,佢係出乎意料地諗,而且紫蘇嘅香味好出。
