一早已經好想去銅鑼灣朝聖這間拉麵,但一看到那條隊便放棄,今晚終於達成願望,雖然係去咗尖沙嘴那間分店。今晚真幸運,一去到便有位,餐廳的廚房是採用開放式的,可以一邊食麵,一邊欣賞師傅製作過程。今晚要了新登場的照燒鷄肉拉麵(4片)($110)和招牌醬油拉麵湯($98),有別於一般用豬骨製成的湯底,而是用上鮮鷄、高級魚乾和鮮海蜆熬製而成,所以較為「鮮」和清,拉麵質感又好彈牙。個人就較為喜歡濃味,所以照燒鷄肉拉麵會比較醬油拉麵更適合我口味。店員介紹餃子不是急凍的,是每日新鮮自家製造,當然要試一試,真的皮薄餡靚,值得一試。最後點了紅豆抹茶奶凍($22),飯後甜點是我一貫的作風,甜甜的紅豆與香濃抹茶,一向是最佳拍檔,無令我失望。

I was planning to have dinner alone tonight and since I was around Harbour city area, I decided to drop by Tsuta to try their highly raved ramen. Miso ramen - I chose miso ramen with lava egg, sliced pork and bamboo shoot in it. The waiter told me that miso soup was their signature, and the soup was clear and tasty, with little to none MSG tasted. Ramen was chewy and springy. Sliced pork was juicy and soft, lava egg was very smooth and soft and egg yolk came flowing out when I took a bite. Bamboo shoot was chewy and black truffle was provided to enhance the taste of the soup.
