今晚老公帶我來了這餐廳, 之前已經聽他不斷讚羅宋湯很出色.  而且最主要這是基督徒開的餐廳, 我們更加要支持.  原來這是一間上海派的俄羅斯菜, 大廚是兩父子, 子承父業將這海派俄羅斯菜繼續在香港傳承, 我們先有幸試到.  原來這海派的味道依照上海人口味是比較濃味的, 所以羅宋湯都比傳統俄羅斯的杰身及多料. 其他既菜式, 有沙律, 鵝肝, 燒烤, 扒類.....不知傳統俄羅斯菜是否一樣, 感覺都幾fusion頗適合香港人多元化口味.因為老闆是基督徒, 所以隨處也可看見經文, GOD is love, Faith, Hope, Love, 襯上暖色系的木餐枱及裝修, 感覺溫暖.  而老闆也會出來和客人打招呼, 很親切呢.羅宋湯 ~ 不得了, 很濃郁很杰身, 不知道全是牛肉既精華, 還是用牛碎, 蕃茄, 茄膏, cream再打爛而形成, 總之一定是用料豐富啦, 真的很好味, 一碗是不夠喉的.  哈哈!!頭盤: 炸魚配酸菜 ~ 魚肉不是滑溜有點失望, 但鋪面的酸菜挺開胃.頭盤: 煎鵝肝配松露香醋 ~ 這店很豪爽, 頭盤都有兩大塊鵝肝, 外脆內軟配以香醋能平衡油膩, 只是碟底剩下較多油, 而松

羅宋湯 ~ 不得了, 很濃郁很杰身, 不知道全是牛肉既精華, 還是用牛碎, 蕃茄, 茄膏, cream再打爛而形成, 總之一定是用料豐富啦, 真的很好味, 一碗是不夠喉的.  哈哈!!

頭盤: 煎鵝肝配松露香醋 ~ 這店很豪爽, 頭盤都有兩大塊鵝肝, 外脆內軟配以香醋能平衡油膩, 只是碟底剩下較多油, 而松露香醋的松露味不太濃烈.  但欣賞這隻上碟用的大匙印上俄羅斯圖案, 相信一定是老闆在俄羅斯搜羅.

主菜: 烤羊串燒 ~ 很大塊羊肉, 肉質軟熟, 羊味濃郁, 還散發陣陣的燒烤味道. 欣賞伴碟的沙律菜及酸菜, 不用order沙律也可以.

Other Info. : 看得出一間用心的餐廳, 不靠賣廣告, 只靠口啤及雜誌主動的採訪. 真的很愛他們的羅宋湯. 如多人份量能以小鍋+火壚上枱, 吃到底都能熱辣辣更美味, 幻想可當作芝士火鍋, 用這濃郁湯底义上麵包塊, 蘑菇或其他食材來都幾吸引喎. ^o^

由於响銅鑼灣鬧市暫時諗唔到食乜,我仍然係响Openrice搜尋呢區,集中搵西餐,結果就嚟咗“麥田廚房”。餐牌日日唔同,主菜要咗俄式串燒魚配俄菜飯、揀咗羅宋湯。羅宋湯濃稠杰身,以番茄、薯仔、紅菜頭、蘿蔔、牛腩淆成,唔太辣之餘充滿甜味,牛腩腍滑唔韌有濃郁肉味。主菜嘅俄式串燒龍俐柳,質感略散,且較油,但洋蔥燒香咗充滿甜味,條魚又微焦,味道幾好。據侍應講解,俄菜飯係蘿蔔絲同香料撈成,食落幾易接受同入口。少有突然想食甜嘢嘅我,查詢當日甜品,同一位女侍應記得我嘅主菜要飯較滯膩,建議要柚子芝士餅。芝士餅入口充滿清新柚子味,質感冇New York Cheese Cake咁硬實,但又唔會太鬆散,非常討好。再飲啖咖啡,即時令原本帶澀嘅咖啡變得順滑濃郁。第一次覺得coffee & cake原來可以產生強烈嘅正面化學作用!☕➕🍰=😄餐廳侍應非常專注,問嘢答到之餘仲識比提議客人。我好努力舉機抄高影緊餐枱紙嘅時候,另一位男侍應行過嚟話比張我等我唔使影得咁辛苦。好貼心😱呢條街接近銅鑼灣邊位遠離市中心,感覺上好寧靜。同一條街仲有好多嘢食,又多一個新點比我慢慢探索。

呢條街接近銅鑼灣邊位遠離市中心,感覺上好寧靜。同一條街仲有好多嘢食,又多一個新點比我慢慢探索。

星期五的晚上,又是我倆出動找尋美食的時候。這次男友選了俄國菜。雖是happy Friday,但人不多,靜靜的環境,感覺幾舒服。餐廳內放了不同的擺設,很多俄羅斯的娃娃,牆上又畫了俄國的建築,很有特色。選擇不少,俄國菜不常見,樣樣都想試。左想右想,最後才選了幾款。俄國菜必試的當然是羅宋湯,湯比較稠,味道濃郁且鮮甜,帶有幾重的牛肉香。酸魚湯酸酸地,幾特別。有幾塊魚肉,但只有淡淡的魚味。湯較稀,面層有一層油。雖然味道特別,也不錯,但還是羅宋湯較出色。是日沙律,燒帶子沙律。帶子大大粒,底面都微微煎過,加了點油香,卻同時保留了帶子的鮮甜。Pan-fried Pork Chop, Apple Sauce豬扒煎得不錯,面層非常香脆,有點像炸豬扒的感覺。肉質都可以,唔嚡都唔韌,而且一邊有層薄薄的油脂,肉質特別嫩,半肥瘦味道更香。蘋果醬帶天然的蘋果甜,跟豬扒一齊食,去了豬扒的油膩感。還有不容忽視的配菜-薯仔,焗得很腍,帶忌廉香。Chicken Kiev (Chicken Roll)沒想到原來是炸的。一刀切開,汁從肉中湧出來,𣊬即傳來一陣油香。半肥瘦的雞肉切成碎,再加上炸得可口的外層,非常香。好像有點油膩?

沒想到原來是炸的。一刀切開,汁從肉中湧出來,𣊬即傳來一陣油香。半肥瘦的雞肉切成碎,再加上炸得可口的外層,非常香。好像有點油膩?吃一口醃得酸酸的沙律,完全去掉一口的油膩。這次薯仔的做法不同,是薯蓉,一樣出色。我喜歡幼滑的薯蓉,男友則愛豬扒的忌廉薯仔粒。

每一道菜都不錯,特別是羅宋湯,很多地方都吃到的一個湯,但為了這味道值得來這裡一試。份量都幾大,幸好沒有點多。菜式都幾特別,有機會可以再來試試其他。謝謝選餐廳的男友,你總是在星期五給我美味的驚喜。

前陣子老朋友跟我說.在銅鑼灣開了一家上海派的俄國菜餐廳,那兒的羅宋湯很正宗,是海派的做法,他老是跟我說一定要去嚐個究竟,然後我叫我女兒去訂位,可惜第一輪已經滿座,要等第二輪,女兒好奇心之下就上網看了一下是什麼類型餐廳,細讀網上食評後發現各有感想,大多是正面的。到了餐廳後,我們一家五口先點了羅宋湯,心想要是不好就立即離開,服務員放下湯碗那一刻,湯的顏色和香味已令我給它滿分了,再試味後,真的像食評和食家唯靈報導的一樣滑膩香濃,很有老上海的感覺,然後我跟女兒說我們繼續點菜吧。(另外,我得在這兒分享一下,其實這家餐廳不是正宗的俄國菜,而是正宗傳統上海派俄國餐廳,如果你們想試正宗,可能要到別家,但是本人不是太喜歡正宗的俄國菜,因為海派俄國菜才是香港的歷史代表之一。

是有型, 還是溫馨?

Wheatfield 佔地不算太大, 裝潢走的是Loft風格, 開放而通透, 很有空間感。而我最喜歡的就是它們的桌子非常大, 亦擺放得非常鬆動, 在香港只有很少餐廳可以做得到。員工一率穿上黑色的制服, 頗為帥氣呢。

但一坐下就留意到吧枱下面的白色磁磚上畫有色彩繽紛的圖畫, 畫風頗為拙稚, 似是出至孩子(或是模仿孩子)的手筆, 異常可愛。有令你想起小時候頑皮地在牆上作畫的舊事嗎?

可作私人派對的空間

若果想要更多的私人空間, Wheatfield 也有部份場地可以以間板分割出來, 很是靈活。以鐵架作酒架看上去率性又簡單, 貫徹loft 風格之餘也令酒更顯得平易近人。

好啦, 是時候說說食物了。菜單貌似厚厚的一本, 以為有很多選擇嗎, 原來只有兩版。又以為只有數個選擇很輕鬆可以揀到食物? 仔細看看菜色竟是五花八門, 結果還是花了不少時間去挑選。個人覺得湯、沙律、頭盤、飯麵、甜品的價格都很正路不算貴, 但main course 定價卻是由HK$180-HK$420, 蠻誇張的。不過, main course 的份量很大, 比較適合share著來吃呢。

目標之一: 羅宋湯。香港人有哪個無飲過羅宋湯? 就算是去個茶餐廳吃個SET, 餐湯亦很大機會是一個「羅宋湯」! 只是, 那些「羅宋湯」都慢慢變了調, 香港化了。不說不知道, 原來正統的羅宋湯應該加入紅菜頭, 才出現漂亮的紫紅色; 其他材料還有薯仔、紅蘿蔔、牛肉, 未了, 還要加點奶油或忌廉! 和我們常見的只有蕃茄的版本可是大不同啊。

Wheatfield Kitchen的羅宋湯應算鎮店之寶吧。煮了三天的湯底有著濃厚的肉香, 質地濃厚隱隱起沙, 大概是薯仔都化了才有此口感。加入各款椰菜紅菜頭等蔬菜, 清甜的菜味和肉香混和, 滋味豐厚細膩, 再配合微微的辣, 直叫人捨不得放手! 試想想在寒冷的冬天, 可以熱熱地喝一碗又辣又濃的羅宋湯, 再配以麵包, 那是多麼幸福的事! 唯一遺憾是烘出來的小片麵包並非惹味的蒜蓉包, 讓我有一點點的悵然若失...

看圖不覺, 這塊豬扒份內很巨大。我甚至懷疑此間的main course都沒有想到是要作一人份量! 從來豬扒都是厚切最佳, 這塊厚約2cm的豬扒是完全合格! 不乾不柴, 豬味香濃, 邊上帶一點點肥膏更添油香, 咬下, 自是啖啖有肉汁。比早前在葡國餐廳那標榜是黑毛豬的豬扒要好吃得多。

蘋果醬也是煮得極好。果味香甜, 卻是清新異常, 和豬香是絕佳的平衡。只是蘋果醬與豬扒同入口, 蘋果醬會掩蓋那齒頰留香的豬味, 讓我萬般不捨。最後也就分開, 或白口吃, 或以薯角配襯, 也是一樂。說起薯角, 油味太重, 想是油溫未夠高, 必須改進呢。

最後再來一個主菜, 烤羊肉串。本擬吃人人好評的羊架, 但侍應一面抱歉地解釋供應商最近提供不了羊架, 一面推薦我們試試俄羅斯式的烤羊肉串。此羊肉串的製法繁複, 要又煎又烤, 再煎再烤, 經幾重手續慢慢炮製, 確保肉汁鎖死在其中, 入口才好吃。

上菜之時串燒棒已經去掉, 雖然羊肉青椒還是補持「一串」的模樣, 還是暗暗覺得連串燒棒同上會顯得更豪邁好看。

切開羊肉裡頭還是粉紅粉紅的, 大約是medium rare。肉質非常非常的軟柔, 而且滑嫩得很讓人眼前一亮! 略略帶點羊脂的騷香, 不濃烈, 調味雖然有一點過咸, 但無損美味。夾在其中的青椒更見精彩, 吸收了羊肉的精華, 加上自己本身的香甜, 惹味非常。

雖然是如此的好味, 但這個價格似乎是太高了一點? 但觀乎同價的羊架... 似乎是烤羊肉串抵食一點了。

這是一道appetizer, 把它放在最後才介紹是因為小妹覺得它和別的菜式似乎有點格格不入。不論是豬扒還是羊肉串都是油潤而多汁(湯更加不用說吧), 而它呢, 偏生是乾乾的。蝸牛小小一朵, 蘑菇也是極迷你。底下的薯蓉很乾身, 雖然輕輕焗過, 卻沒有帶來一絲脆口。太乾了, 由賣相到味道都不能使人愛上

最後不得不說說服務, 是我很喜歡的形式。侍應都很勤快溫文, 專注, 亦樂意解釋餐牌餐廳的大小事, 更不會似JI餐廳般過份活潑讓人喘不過氣來! 用餐其間小妹不慎灑了點水在身上, 一邊和朋友繼續談天一邊拿起唯一的餐紙在身上印。然後, 就有人默默拿了一碟紙巾放在枱上。很小很小的一個舉動, 卻足見餐廳待客的細心呢。這個人, 就是留了一面絡腮鬍子的老闆Andrew! 以身作則, 此間的服務應該一直都會是滿分。

是次消費約HK$250/人, 不過, 我真的會回來再喝他們的羅宋湯, 也想試試邪惡又炫目的牛油雞卷, 和baked meatball with rice!

龍脷柳煎得金黃色很脆口,魚肉嫩滑,可是,當第一口吃後,我連忙吐出來,是非常咸!我亦有試其餘2塊,同樣是非常咸,我想是醃魚調味中出現問題!

魚柳吃不下,只可吃菜飯,俄羅斯菜飯是用師傅特制醬油加紅蘿蔔炒,此飯亦沒有太大驚喜。

為了一碗羅宋湯而來,結果沒有令人失望,湯底濃郁,每口都是啖啖蔬菜,湯中的牛肉沒有煮得過熟而變硬,每塊肉都可以輕易咬開,且充滿牛肉味道,作為點綴的紅菜頭,更起了畫龍點精之作用,非常精采,喝出廚師所花的心思。主菜點了餐牌上沒有的芝士焗釀蟹蓋,用料十足,蟹肉與芝士、磨菇及洋蔥結合得很好,惟吃完後有點過膩,適合與朋友分享。家人點了煎豬扒,上桌後不禁嘩了一聲,因為豬扒不只面積大而且非常厚身,換了在學藝不精的廚師手中,這豬扒可能落得被煎成又乾又柴口的下場,但在這裡卻沒有這個問題,家人表示帶肥肉的部位煎得又香又嫩,即使是中心位置也沒有柴口感覺,清甜的蘋果醬汁有解膩作用,兩者配搭在一起,感覺很不錯。順帶一提,大部分主菜都配上粗身薯條,薯條炸得非常香脆,攤涼了也好吃,薯條痴一定喜歡。向侍應查問午餐餐單,套餐價錢比晚市便宜超過一半,且有羅宋湯附送,為了這碗可能是全港最好喝的羅宋湯,一定會再來。

The first meal i had was a few days  after the opening. I had the Russian Burger which was special and tasty. THE STARTERS & MAIN COURSE

We ordered cold fish, caviar, chicken roll, lamp chop, pork chop with apple sauce. 

The pork chop was unique, the sweetness of apple can balance the pork chop oiliness. Pork chop is in perfect texture, thick slice with luscious mouthful bites. This is a very impressive dishes. 

The chicken roll is their signature, presentation is nice, it comes up mashed potato. It is surprising match with chicken roll. It is just impeccable perfect taste with perfect texture. It is in a hot condition and crispy enough. 

The lamp chop impressed me the most with its tender texture and perfectly balanced taste. Not too salty and the freshness of the lamb is just too juicy! I would certainly recommend it.

We noted positive comments about this new restaurent and decided to treat a friend dinner there yesterday evening.

We were quite surprise when we arrived at the place: very simple and 'minimalist-deco interior' design, quite a lot of space between tables and only 1 table with guests (at 7pm!) ... good for us as we dislike crowdy and busy environment.

The waitress was polite, attentive and knowledgeable about their menu.

We tried the follows:
- Drink
-- Globe Crush - quite a lot of mixed berries, a bit too thick, just so so 
- Soup
-- Borshch ($48) - hot, thick and yummy, a bit too sweet though
-- Chicken Consomme ($48)- rich of chicken aroma
- Appetizer
-- Cold fish in Russian style ($78) - okay la
-- Ox-tongue ($88)- just so so
-- Pan-fried goose liver ($98) - a bit over-cook but still okay
- Main Course
-- Chicken roll ($180) - my wife said it was better than the one she once ate at Moscow   
-- Roast lamb chop ($280) - best dish for the day, tender and juicy
-- Pan-fired pork chop - ($150) - the meat was 鬆化 and well marinated, the apple source was a bit too sweet though

All in all, it was a delightful dinner gathering and we are happy to try it again.
 
Other Info. : The dining table was quite unsteady and could easily tilted when I put my arm on it : O
