每年到了秋季之時,便自自然然地想起要吃大閘蟹, 今年也不例外, 這晚就來到太子的夏麵館吃大閘蟹。打頭陣有蟹粉小籠包, 小籠包夠熱,而且皮薄多汁,就算用上筷子去夾起來,肉汁還是完好的在內,會看到裡面的湯汁之餘外皮也不穿,包得不錯,蟹粉是頗鮮濃,而肉餡也鬆軟有肉汁, 肉香味濃, 是有水準的小籠包。鎮江水晶肉賣相討好, 是切成方條的做法, 口感是爽口結實的, 肉味濃郁, 味道方面也鹹香有致,加入香醋提味就更加好。另一款花雕醉雞, 雞肉浸得很軟滑,肉質鮮嫩入味,花雕味道香甜,不嗆侯也不過濃,很不錯,是值得一吃的。再來一味上海醬鴨,醬汁滲透入皮和肉,鴨肉做得粗實,鴨皮香甜油亮,這裡的做得不錯,夠味又有咬口。到了重頭戲大閘蟹(乸),先把蟹身和蟹蓋分開, 再把蟹身分成兩件, 蟹肉是鮮甜無比,蟹羔是非常的豐富,味道鮮而口感軟糯,再把蟹腳肉已褪出來,蟹鉗也要剪成兩半方便進食, 原來大閘蟹是可以這樣討人的歡心。就當晚所見, 在這一個周一的晚上, 人客也不少, 已是唔錯的成績了。

得知夏麵館有做蟹粉系列既美食,就黎叫左個lunch set食。小食選左小籠包,味道正常,入面有熱辣辣既肉湯汁,但個皮厚同硬左啲,我比較鍾意薄皮。鮮蟹粉黃魚片麵 $88好大碗麵,湯底有魚味,可能係魚湯。黃魚有幾片,好滑。蟹膏蟹肉一大片放左喺麵上面,未食已經聞到好香好香蟹味,好正呀!!但食時要小心唔好俾啲蟹膏跌落湯度,如果唔係就會無晒蟹味GG了。。。飲品選熱豆漿,甜得滯,好可惜。P. S. 茶錢$4,再加一佢有七道菜清水大閘蟹宴,我諗可以一試。

這間位於太子始創的夏麵館經常滿座要等位,十分受歡迎,相信食物質素不差,而且價錢合理,今晚一於一行3人去試試。等了20分鐘左右便有位,而且幸運的是舒適的卡位座。砂鍋雲吞雞 $138湯底奶白色,以原隻雞、金華火腿熬煮而成,鮮香味美,加上小棠菜令湯底更甜;菜肉餛飩有成6-7大粒,皮薄餡飽滿,肉味鮮嫩,每人大約有2碗。韭菜炒鱔糊 $90很大碟而且鱔肉很多,愈吃愈有,味道香濃,拌麵一流,很抵食!燻魚 $58口感比較像炸魚,比較乾硬,但味道夠還不錯。陽春麵 $30點一碗淨麵來拌鱔糊不錯。上海擔擔麵 $46預期會有很香麻醬味的那種湯底,但原來麻味偏淡,辣味比較多,不是我杯茶。蒸饅頭 $28包身熱烘軟熟,配煉奶很好味。榴連榴槤窩餅 (半份)$38朋友點了半份獨食,意見是皮夠香脆,但略嫌榴槤餡太少。下次要試試大閘蟹。

星期一約咗好朋友一齊去旺角食飯,全因要捉緊食大閘蟹季節嘅尾巴,一齊去試試夏麵館新推出嘅蟹粉特色小菜。花雕醉雞經香濃花雕浸泡過嘅雞件每一啖都散發幽香嘅酒味,值得一讚雞肉唔太肥可以連皮食。蟹粉小籠包小籠包外層皮薄,內裡非常Juciy, 高湯味道偏啖唔會蓋過蟹粉嘅咪道,份量剛剛好。蟹粉蟹肉菜芯菜芯爽甜可口,加上蟹粉及蟹肉令味道層次UP, 食得出菜嘅新鮮同蟹粉濃郁嘅膏味。烏金蟹粉拌麵非常醒胃嘅拌麵,而且份量十足。麵質略偏硬身彈牙。除咗蟹粉外仲有少量嘅醋味,少許嘅醋酸令食慾大增,一個人KO一大碗冇難度!黃魚煨麵鐘意食魚嘅朋友一定要點!大塊嘅黃魚已經去骨啖啖肉唔洗拆骨。魚湯清甜冇味精,上海麵嘅粗幼軟硬度適中。酒釀丸子天氣近排轉冷,最岩就係點一客熱嘅甜品作完美ending,酒釀丸子味道不淡,雖然同想像中嘅味道有落差,但丸子彈牙唔太粒,尚算合格啦。

總結嚟講,尼個蟹粉宴喺物有所值嘅。香港可以食到咁嘅質素嘅蟹粉地方唔多,趁住喺食大閘蟹季節,唔鍾意慢慢剝蟹殼嘅人不妨嚟食一次過吓癮。不過當我寫呢篇食評嘅時候,佢嘅活動亦都完結。各位想食蟹粉的朋友,可能要等到下一年至會有機會再食喇!

很久沒有在街外吃上海菜了,今次來到這間位於太子的餐廳,晚上時間都幾多人食!餐廳在這個大閘蟹季節推出了不少蟹粉製成的菜式,我們也點了款來試試!烏金蟹粉拌麵,這個拌麵的蟹粉用上江蘇大閘蟹拆成,味道非常香濃,拌入墨汁麵中,更能突顯蟹粉的金黃色!鮮肉小籠包,每粒都很大粒,內裡湯汁滿滿,味道鮮甜!干扁四季豆,四季豆好有鑊氣,味道咸香,口感爽身,非常惹味!雪菜肉絲炒年糕 ,年糕口感煙煙韌韌,加上雪菜肉絲和筍絲一齊炒,味道不會太咸,清清地,口感又豐富!鎮江水晶肉,這個前菜每次吃上海菜都會點,啫喱拌的肴肉點上醋一齊食,很開胃!醉香豬手,豬手有濃濃的酒香,口感爽口,而且份量好多,好正!炸銀絲卷,銀絲卷外層炸到脆身,內裡軟綿綿,點上煉奶味道甜甜的,很美味!

芥蘭是粗大的那款 我想看起來很難咬 可是吃起來不硬 是爽脆的 上面有一些蟹粉 裡面有一些蟹腳的肉🌟

餐廳位於太子,地鐵站附近,還算方便快捷,餐廳主打的就是上海美食。餐廳位於商場之內,內裏冷氣充足,環境寬敞,坐得舒適,乾淨又衛生。我點選的食物就是豬扒菜飯還有上海小籠包。先說說豬扒菜飯,豬扒可口,最重要不油膩,肥瘦適中,入口肉質鮮嫩,真是不錯,但其實我更欣賞就是他的菜飯,最重要菜和米飯的比例剛剛好,絕對是健康的選擇。至於上海小籠包,皮薄餡靚絕對是基本功,最喜愛就是他的濃汁,咬一口你整個嘴巴也充滿了他的味道,這個爆汁的感覺,不是每個地方也能感受得到。
