今次一行10人黎呢間餐廳幫朋友慶祝生日,早幾日訂咗位之後,餐廳就安排咗一間房間俾我哋用餐,夠晒私隱度,非常適合朋友聚會,唔怕大聲傾偈嘈到其他人,亦唔怕其他食客騷擾到我哋。佢嘅串燒種類都算多,基本種類嘅豬牛雞海鮮都有供應,而比較特別嘅就包括有豚肉包提子串燒,提子嘅甜味中和左豬肉嘅油膩,係一個幾合拍嘅組合,而且提子食起上嚟非常多汁。另外值得一提嘅仲有佢嘅爆膽丼,每三個人就可以預訂1份,$99嘅價錢就可以食到一碗鋪滿三文魚子同海膽嘅丼飯,魚子同海膽食落都好新鮮,冇任何怪味,而佢提供嘅份量就好似日本旅遊節目上面嘅海膽三文魚子放題,非常有滿足感 continue reading

呢間又係 book mark 咗好耐,今日終於有機會一試。首先一定要介紹呢個兩餸爆膽丼,想食要預訂,碗仔細細,但海膽勁多又鮮味,撈埋隻日本雞蛋(朋友唔食所以另上),真係欲罷不能。唯一可惜係冇咗三文魚籽,唔知係咪缺貨?不過齋食海膽都好滿足😋。跟住就係幾款燒物,包括特級牛脷芯,豬頸肉伴柚子汁,鹽燒心燒雞翼同燒冬菇,樣樣都高質,牛脷芯同豬頸肉夠 juicy,雞翼燒得夠香口,冬菇就正常發揮,燒完唔會太乾,好食。再之後係幾款小食甜品,包括燒芝士年糕餅,燒菠蘿同燒芝麻湯圓。芝士年糕餅芝士味勁濃郁,絕對有驚喜;燒菠蘿係呢度嘅名物,又甜又 juicy;芝麻湯圓都幾有趣,外形勁似燒墨魚丸😹,味道都唔錯,如果可以整到佢流心就更加好(我認我好貪心😎)。朋友唔飲酒,所以我叫咗杯 mocktail,呢杯 Baby Bellini 有桃片,橙汁,檸檬汁同薑啤,對於我嚟講實在太甜,下次可能叫梳打類較好。最後必須一提,呢度嘅服務認真好,打電話同佢哋溝通過兩次,兩次都非常有禮,值得一讚👍。 continue reading

每一次當想食日本串燒,呢度必定係首選,而且未試過失望。最令我欣賞嘅,就係佢哋嘅「牛舌」🐮👅,每一次都煮得好好味,燒得好香口,佢哋能夠拿捏得到烹調嘅時間,牛舌唔會煮到韌,食落去有爽口嘅感覺,配上青檸🍋‍🟩,唧少少喺啲牛舌上面,更加帶出佢哋嘅味道👍🏻另一樣至愛嘅食物,就係佢哋嘅「鹽燒雞翼」,唔需要太多嘅調味,只係鹽燒已經好好味😋「味醂魚竿」都係每一次會叫的,不過今次有少少失手,可能要燒多少少時間,所以唔夠乾身,有啲腍,另外今次嘅份量都明顯少咗好多。「燒午餐肉」同埋佢嘅「粟米金磚」都係必食系列🤤 continue reading
