大前日(24-9-2024 Tue)正日生日請假,老公之前決定嚟食呢間,因為有蛋糕畫板俾老公畫,咁就book呢間嘅lunch。由於天雨影響路面交通關係,所以我哋遲咗,我有啲擔心,於是比book枱時間遲5分鐘左右,就打電話話我哋嚟𡁵,仍會留枱嗎?店員答會,慢慢。最後我哋遲咗約15分鐘至到。上到嚟,𨋢門口都已經好有藝術氣息,重養咗兩隻鸚鵡喺喥。入到去,佢哋按我嘅要求,安排咗窗邊枱俾我哋,坐低後,店員即介紹今日有兩個湯,一個係雜菜湯,一個係佢哋嘅招牌野菌忌廉湯,同今日嘅鮮魚係比目魚。睇完menu,我哋都揀行政套餐,我要$248.00嘅招牌炭燒澳洲新鮮羊架配羊肉濃汁。老公要$228.00嘅是日鮮魚,湯我哋就要晒兩種湯。落完單,首先係是日頭盤~凱撒沙律,我好耐冇食lu,蔬菜都幾大件,芝士落得啱啱好唔會太膩,不過受潮嘅煙肉碎有啲韌。3分然後餐包同餐湯到嚟,我先飲雜菜湯,見到有好多雜菜,味道酸少少但完全唔辣,啱我。3.5分招牌野菌忌廉湯呢?味道都幾濃,但有啲辣黑椒落得重手咗?3.5分而餐包係烘脆咗,本身都幾好食。5分等咗一段時間,medium嘅招牌炭燒澳洲新鮮羊架配羊肉濃汁到嚟,然後老公嘅比目魚都到。見到擺盤都幾豐盛,羊架燒得好香,肉質鬆軟,蘸埋羊肉濃汁更好味;而配菜都有驚喜,烤得唔錯;大大pat薯蓉幼滑,但味道又有啲唔同。4.5分比目魚就好似冇調味,但亦煎脆咗,蘸佢嘅醬汁食係唔錯。4.5分到甜品喇,端上嚟係法式焦糖燉蛋,脆焦糖甜係必然,而燉蛋好滑,唔錯。4分然後係餐飲,我要熱檸水,老幾公要咖啡。我嗰杯冇乜問題,老公嗰杯冇落奶嘅就唔知喇,因為佢冇講。然後,我哋order埋由$138.00到$158.00不等嘅凡高“畫布”蛋糕餐,揀$149.00嘅培茶蛋糕,由於我哋已有餐飲,店員主動話如果呢個唔要飲品,就減返飲品錢。好啊,唔該晒。又等咗一陣,件蛋糕,忌廉顏料同”畫具‘到嚟,佢初初畫小忌廉,但始終呢啲‘’顏料‘’較難控制,所以畫得唔好要重畫,改畫史廸仔,最後變咗halloween版。畫完就食得,切開睇,白忌廉唔太多,蛋糕夾咗兩層培茶,食落,就算唔多嘅白忌廉都好甜,培茶味淡香,但個心仍然好凍,可能因為要預長時間畫完畫至食,所以唔解咁耐凍拎出嚟。2分老公經過呢次畫畫經驗,我諗呢種畫都係適合畫風景。環境:冷氣有少少凍。價錢:最後佢喺“畫布”蛋糕餐喥,減咗$40.00,而全單九折後,埋單係$584.00。其他:喺openrice訂座可享全單九折優惠,但冇講明一定要用現金或payme埋單,呢點要留意。 continue reading

入餐廳前,有兩隻可愛嘅雀仔歡迎我,餐廳內不同角落都有名畫作裝飾,影相都好靚,餐廳有2至4人枱。平時食沙律菜好少有青蘋果片,今次食到感情好清新又爽口,酸酸味道配上黑醋汁,新鮮配搭口感層次豐富。蘑菇餐湯,質感已感到非常之濃厚,入口感到香濃嘅蘑菇香味,小小奶油,濃而不膩,配上一片脆包,又飽足又好味。意式虎蝦蒜片意大利粉意粉清爽,冇油膩感,而且蒜片同乾辣椒,香氣撲鼻,又帶出食慾。虎蝦質感彈牙夠入味。美式牛肉芝士漢堡包配炸薯條芝麻漢堡包焗到脆香,包裹著蕃茄芝士同牛肉,厚切牛肉肉質嫩滑,而且肉汁豐富,一d都唔乾,有蕃茄、芝士食落更唔覺膩。香脆薯角、沙律菜增添滿足感。甜品細細杯嘅奶凍上,放了士多啤梨果jam,甜甜嘅感覺,奶凍質感Q彈,藍莓點綴,奶味香濃不會過甜。 continue reading
