和同事在九龍城見客,差不多晚飯時間,見到「有口福」標榜酸菜魚,一於光顧試試。餐廳地方不大,尚算整潔企理。奉行健康飲食,蔬菜不能少;以大盤花菜打頭陣!分量超多有驚喜,花菜爽甜,以肥肉炒香更開胃好味道。酸菜魚,二百蚊有找大大盤,兼且色香味全!魚肉片軟滑鮮甜,酸菜湯汁調味得宜,惹味可口。各式配料分量十足,更顯廚師功駕。炒豬腳皮老闆娘極力推介,豬腳皮爽滑中帶煙韌;味菜香口爽甜,十分美味。無介紹錯!酥炸雞翼香脆炸皮包著熱騰騰的鮮嫩雞翼,邪惡但卻深得我心。飲品除了一般汽水外,亦提供較健康選擇:蘋果醋和竹蔗茅根。 continue reading

之前曾經在這裏吃過,最近朋友介紹這裏的酸菜魚,說是味道不錯,今晚便來到一試。酸菜魚小骨$198 ,配料有筍片,芽菜,酸菜,薯粉。酸菜魚可以選擇鉗魚或者沙巴龍躉,不過沙巴龍躉要$308 。鉗魚的魚質比較鮮嫩,魚骨亦不算太多,加上酸菜魚湯的鮮味,更加配合。酸菜不算太酸,湯底鮮甜,廚師加上芝麻令到香味更加濃郁。蔥爆羊肉$138,羊肉有肥有瘦,口感紮實,加點自家製的辣醬,可以提升鮮味。辣炒土豆片$88,可以選擇乾身或者濕身,乾身就有點像薯片,亦有點煙煙韌韌,口感層次豐富。青島啤酒$32,冰凍的啤酒一直是川菜的最佳伴侶。天地1號$20,蘋果醋帶點蘋果的香甜味道,酸酸甜甜,可以解辣。 continue reading

抵食高水準川菜,除咗食辣,仲有其他唔辣嘅菜式。特別推介酸菜魚真係好好味,有淡水魚同鹹水魚可以揀。啲魚好滑完全唔腥,湯底唔會死鹹好有鮮味!普寧豆腐,呢個好得,第一次食份量咁多又大大碟,炸得好酥脆。我對家鄉炒米粉有特別既情懷,因為我嘅家鄉都係咁樣煮,所以好有家鄉嘅味道。全部嘅份量都好多,酸菜魚足夠三至四人食。同老闆娘傾偈先知原來呢度開咗好耐,整體好高質素同有水準。值得推介!!!希望可以長做長有!會多啲過嚟食 continue reading

而家搭地鐵去九龍城真係好方便,今晚就同老公去搵食,老公喜歡去有口福,餐廳係九龍城係老字號,主打四川菜,食物味道好,街坊價錢,老闆娘招呼客人又親切。酸菜魚:一大盆上枱,份量真係好足,湯底辣度剛剛好,微辣中帶少許麻味,用鉗魚起肉做成魚片,魽魚肉厚身結實,肉多骨少!食落啖啖都係肉,配料有芽菜、萵筍同水晶粉吸收索晒啲湯汁好惹味!紅燒乳鴿:乳鴿炸至外皮金黃香脆,肉質嫩滑夠味。點些椒鹽更惹味!炸普寧豆腐:豆腐炸至金黃色,吃時蘸上韭菜鹽水,外酥內嫩,鹹鮮微辣,風味獨特。家鄉炒米粉:炒得好有鑊氣,米粉炒到乾爽又彈牙,材料亦好香口。 continue reading

京蔥爆羊肉 : 羊肉肉香而不腥,爆炒後有淡淡嘅羊臊味,配上京蔥嘅香甜,食完一口一口,送啤酒一流。家鄉炒米粉: 米粉Q彈,配上白豬仔午餐肉10分惹味,加上火候炒得好乾身,好有鑊氣,加少少辣椒醬,香濃而不油,食得好滿足。招牌酸菜魚: 酸菜魚份量十足,餐廳用咗整條黑魚包括魚頭魚骨,煲咗個靚湯,再喺湯底入邊加入酸菜,泡椒,酸筍將酸菜魚嘅酸度提升到唔同層次,再用花椒香油令到魚肉入口爽滑,香辣麻香恰到好處,一啖接一啖10分過癮。而且仲有大量配料芽菜同寬粉,兩個人食到好飽飽。蒜蓉炒菜心: 菜心配搭豬腩肉一齊爆炒10分爽滑,菜心吸收咗豬油嘅香氣食落好香口,簡單嘅調味,帶出咗豬腩肉嘅油香,菜心嘅清甜。唔錯。 continue reading
