呢間金潮小廚喺葵芳出名有人氣,晚飯時間通常都座無虛席。之前已經幫襯過幾次,佢嘅小菜好多都好出色。今晚又黎呢度飯聚。我哋點咗九個小菜一個飯,全部都好好食。個人最鍾意嘅幾款小菜係金沙南瓜、沙拉醬大蝦球、冰梅骨、椒鹽鮮魷同埋XO醬墨魚咀。佢嘅炸物小菜特別出色,炸物嘅脆漿又薄又鬆化。~金沙南瓜外脆內軟,南瓜香甜軟硬適中。~沙拉大蝦球隻蝦球真係超級大同埋好彈牙。~冰梅骨酸酸甜甜好開胃,外面仲有微微脆嘅口感。~椒鹽鮮魷大大隻又係啖啖肉。~XO醬墨魚咀彈牙又惹味。佢哋嘅小菜仲有好多其他嘅選擇,下次嚟又可以再試吓其他唔同款式。 continue reading

以往每次黎都必定大排長龍既葵芳小店金潮小廚, 平時番工就會黎食 lunch, 今次就同朋友食晚飯, 叫左鎮店荷葉飯、金潮小炒皇同啫啫雞煲。🍚 鎮店荷葉飯新鮮荷葉包裹住香噴噴的米飯,散發出淡淡的草香。打開荷葉,米飯粒粒分明,色澤誘人,搭配咗雞肉和瑤柱等多種配料,每一口都充滿咗豐富嘅層次感,荷葉的清香更讓整道菜增添咗不少風味。🥘 金潮小炒皇這道菜色彩繽紛,包含咗新鮮嘅海鮮如蝦、魷魚,加上時令蔬菜,炒得火候恰到好處,讓人食到停唔到口。🍲 啫啫雞煲雞肉經過特製醃料,煮至軟嫩,湯底香濃,配上各種香料,味道層次分明。 continue reading

香港人個個都話要離港消費,可是有一家在經濟衰退下仍然門庭若市的平民小館,每次經過想去試試門口總看見人山人诲,今晚2024年6月5日一個清涼舒服的6月天約朋友一行4人就去試試。訂了枱原來要人齊才可入座,終於等到了,心裡很好奇和興奮想這家館有什麼魅力?坐下來店子就似普通的小館,一貫的坐得很擠迫,沒有舒適可言。目測每枱都吃的那就點了一味豉汁蒸大鱔,試了,味道很普通。又點了出名的咕嚕肉,試了,炸物的功夫確有一手,可惜咕嚕肉酸汁不夠酸,美中不足唉。又點了西芹菇菇炒墨魚咀,這味菜有些特別,味道不錯,最後點了青椒炒牛肉,普通得很但也很不錯,相信他們先把青椒燒烤了再炒,有炭烤香味。整體來說是遍向味濃,炸物愛好者的首選,最最重要糸吃完不口渴,可以再去試其他菜式。 continue reading
