今天去到靚煲皇回味一番香港的口味-豬骨煲,原來此店已開業了20年,今晚來食晚飯,收到將營業到5月15日結業此消息,感到10分可惜無奈。因為此店令到我和朋友們有很多的過往快樂回憶和與別不同獨特的味道,我對於此店的出品已經十分有信心,特別是新鮮的火鍋生料,還有他們自家製的水餃和雲吞,手打墨魚滑及蝦滑,即叫即炸的響鈴,最主要就係新鮮的本地肥牛牛肉,都係食火鍋最重要的食材!夠新鮮已經贏晒,我和我朋友一共三個人,吃得很回味,個湯底特別吸引,我們喝了一啖又一啖,店員不斷為我們家新鮮的豬骨湯!好飽滿!我們決定把握時間在此店結業,之前會再來一次大型聚會! ! continue reading

香港食肆最近執左好多, 眼見好味既餐廳越黎越小, 為左支持下佢地, 假日都唔北上, 留返香港同朋友聚舊打邊爐.因為呢帶好濕, 所以湯底要左個胡椒豬骨煲, 飲左幾啖湯, 胡椒味濃帶微微胡椒既辣, 好開胃, 啱晒潮濕天氣, 驅下濕, 連個胃都舒服左.另外湯底既豬骨好足料, 豬骨每舊都好大, 可以食埋豬骨入面既精髓.黑牛柏葉, 唔係好多地方有, 份量足, 入口新鮮爽口.手打墨魚滑, 打得好膠身, 食落特別彈牙, 好鮮墨魚味.雙拼雲吞韭菜餃, 好大隻, 餡料豐富, 食到新鮮既韭菜香味.仲有白魚蛋同蟹柳, 都係份量足, 蟹柳吸收晒胡椒豬骨既味道, 更加好味. continue reading

尋晚自己一個喺旺角度行街散心,咁啱行過見到靚煲皇,諗住天氣咁凍打邊爐暖下身都好,入到去同個店員講一位,個店員都照比張大枱我坐,等我坐得舒服啲,服務好周到👍尋日天氣都幾凍,我就叫咗個特香胡椒豬骨煲,個湯好夠胡椒味,飲完之後成個身暖笠笠,而且個湯仲好香豬骨味,啲筒骨唔係淨係得骨,係有啲軟骨黐住,同埋入邊係有骨髓嘅,舊舊都有肉!我仲叫咗細嘅手切肥牛,肥鵝腸,同埋新鮮海蝦,個手切肥牛,十足牛香味,啱晒我唔鍾意好肥膩嘅牛肉,係新鮮嘅牛頸脊位,肥鵝腸夠晒爽口彈牙,個海蝦feel到係新鮮嘅蝦,肉質唔會霉有彈性,淥完啲蝦之後個湯底仲多咗蝦鮮味,令到個湯更加鮮味十足,啲份量都好足料,加上個煲有好多材料,有粟米同埋白紅蘿蔔,啲豬骨每嚿都好大嚿,搞到最後要打包食物拎走🤣會有下次! continue reading

麻辣雞煲,夠麻辣香口,啱晒我地男人攞嚟一邊飲啤酒一邊食,食隻雞就叫店員加湯打邊爐,個台山蠔雖然size比唔上美國桶蠔咁大,但比美國桶蠔更加夠鮮蠔味,又唔會食到沙同蠔殼碎,D蠔清洗得幾細心乾淨,個牛胸爽好爽夠牛味,一食落口就成口都係陣牛油香味,正!個雪花肥牛,一上枱有驚喜,仲以為同出面嗰啲打邊爐一樣,係好似佳寶嗰啲一卷卷既牛咁,係就係牛肉,但一啲牛味都冇,呢度既竟然牛味好足,價錢仲好抵,唔係薄薄地一片同一層!仲叫咗個萵筍同埋生根,萵筍配麻辣湯絕配,新鮮清爽嘅萵筍味同香濃嘅麻辣湯味絕配👍👍啲生根吸滿滿嘅湯汁香麻辣湯汁真係超正,呢間打邊爐好食,仲可以坐室外,氣氛好啱同兄弟嚟一路食一路啤啤佢,下次再叫多啲人嚟試埋其他煲底同埋其他菜式✌🏻✌🏻 continue reading
