好耐冇同女朋友拍拖,今日難得出嚟梗係要食好啲啦。我哋今日比較夜,見到呢間開到兩點,而家好難得嘅宵夜餐廳。嚟到日式居酒屋點少得叫返支sake,你朋友話想飲啲甜口啲嘅,職員就介紹咗呢支紀土,又真係甜甜地好易入口,最重要係冇乜酒精味,啱晒兩個女仔把酒談心,呢次絕對係需要Mark低,第時再飲過。嚟到居酒屋串燒雖然好緊要,但係都要試吓佢哋啲刺身先。我哋叫咗個蜜柑雕,佢哋鮮甜味同普通嘅鯛魚有啲唔同,加埋佢適中嘅魚油脂香味,口感會豐富少少,讚。然後叫咗兩隻牛油燒蟶子,簡單嘅牛油冇其他複雜嘅調味,淨係食到蟶子嘅鮮甜,夠晒大隻啖啖肉真係不得了。日式煎餃子就食得多,用炸雞皮嚟做餃子皮就比較少見。原本都好驚佢會好油膩,但係承諾又唔會有呢種感覺,佢個雞皮餃子外脆內軟,好好味呀。然後叫咗個芒果炸蝦卷,芒果加埋沙律醬同埋蟹籽,酸酸甜甜鹹鹹嘅味覺衝擊,夠晒新鮮。平時鵝肝多士就食得多,鵝肝豆腐都係第一次見,佢個鵝肝都好厚身,絕對唔呃秤。佢個炸豆腐都好特別,咬開入邊係一層層,出邊脆,裏面超滑,真係一舊滑豆腐,味道濃郁鵝肝都幾襯。跟住我哋叫咗個明太子燒蓮藕,佢個蓮藕輕輕燒個面,蓮藕味甜味再加明太子小小嘅辣味,又係一個口味嘅衝擊,但係又幾特別,令你想一試再試。串燒方面,我哋叫咗個辣味墨魚嘴,大家都知道墨魚嘴本身冇咩味道,好靠佢個醬汁。而佢今次呢個醬汁真係好成功,因為完全係神複製泰國辣魷魚片嘅嗰個汁,超級辣,但係辣得來又勁過,唔係講笑,真係好好嘅下酒菜。跟住我哋叫咗個豚肉紫酥卷,睇佢嘅外表平平無奇。但係一咬開就見到佢下左嘅功夫,見到豚肉係卷起左,包住紫蘇葉,紫蘇葉嘅香味真係好濃郁,個豚肉都唔會太油膩或者係燒到太乾,完全係啱啱好嘅配搭。最後叫埋個明太子茶漬飯,雖然佢係茶漬飯,但係其實佢個茶底係鰹魚汁,鹹鹹香香,加埋明太子,係呢一餐宵夜嘅美好結尾。 continue reading

店舖位於太子鬧市中,餐廳主打有多種日本酒及下酒小食,仲有串燒、海鮮和多種日式料理,環境寧靜有格調,與朋友放工後談談心都不錯。甲羅燒以蟹殼作器皿裝住各種配料,表面有香蔥、蛋黃、蟹子及蟹肉,而底層藏有滿滿的蟹膏,味道甘香濃郁。可攪拌配料配上附有既烤鱈魚片食用,鱈魚片香脆,整體增加了口感。清酒煮蜆蜆煮熟後肉質仍然鮮嫩,而清酒煮過蜆後更清甜。裝蜆的盤是藍色,而蜆擺成一個盛開既花朵,好有心思。慢煮廣島蠔配法包廣島蠔以慢煮方式烹煮,肉質特別鮮嫩多汁,廣島蠔特別大和份量都有誠意,味道除左原有蠔既鮮味外,仲有濃厚既香料味。明太子燒飯團飯團經燒過後表面好脆口,同時內裹軟熟,有淡淡米香味,底下有紫菜,而明太子又辣又香,食落都幾惹味。朝邪惡玉子燒玉子燒內有濃郁芝士,表面仲有蟹子和美奶滋,芝士配搭玉子燒味道十分和諧,一層層既蛋香味和芝士濃厚味道相映成趣。大啡菇口感軟熟多汁,可以沾點調味料,再加啲薑蓉食,令大啡菇的味道更豐富。鹽燒白鰻串白鰻串肉質厚身又結實,口感彈牙爽口,食落好新鮮,主要簡單用鹽調味,更加食到白鰻原有味道鮮味。豚肉湯烏冬最後叫左碗豚肉湯烏冬作結,口感彈牙既烏冬浸淫係熱騰騰既湯底,豚肉肉質嫩滑,整體食落十分暖胃舒適。柚子日本果酒日本的果酒好易入口,酒精味唔會太濃,柚子味微甘,好適合在居酒屋邊食小食邊飲。蘋果日本果酒蘋果味果香味較特出,味道香甜,唔飲開酒的朋友都可以一試。 continue reading
