The place is decent and we were arranged to sit in a separate room which is very nice( private toilet as well). First came the fish soup which is very tasty. Next come the prawn salad then meat crab 🦀 with sticky rice. The rice is very tasty but the meat crab is substandard I have to say. It is more like a water crab rather than a meat crab. Not a lot of meat in it. Disappointing. Other food is good especially the beef fried rice is good. Overall the place is clean and tidy, food is good except the crab. continue reading

好耐無去呢度食飯啦!今次帶埋成班屋企人一齊再嚟開飯,水準依然無得頂,絕對唔會令我地失望!餐廳仲免收開瓶費、免切餅費、免加一,超級抵食!胡椒炒大肉蟹大肉蟹一斤重,巨型又新鮮,鮮味無比,啖啖蟹肉,用上黑胡椒烹調充滿星洲風味,微辣而帶胡椒香,黑胡椒的「香」&「濃」,令蟹味更昇華!極黑豬叉燒選用西班牙黑毛豬的豬脊肉製作,燒得香氣十足,外層略帶焦香,肉質肥美而不膩口,且肉味香濃,叫人滿足。大元貝大元貝鮮味十足,上面放咗蒜蓉、炸蒜同蔥花一齊蒸,食落更惹味,墊底嘅粉絲吸收哂海鮮嘅精華,仲有適量嘅豉油吊味,回味無窮!脆皮乳鴿乳鴿每日限量供應,因為製作需時,師傅會將油不停淋上乳鴿,直至剛剛熟,所以皮特別脆肉特別嫩,肉汁勁爆,油香十足!冬瓜瑤柱海鮮羹湯頭非常之清甜,配料有好多鮮蝦仁粒、帶子粒、冬瓜絲及乾瑤柱,鹹鮮味十足,口感綿密柔滑,非常好飲! continue reading

嚟緊公司有個冬至團年聚餐,同事睇到呢間餐廳推出咗冬至嘅菜單,又知道有位澳洲廚神 Gary Mehigan 到訪過呢間餐廳。呢位澳洲廚神佢身兼餐廳老闆、食譜書作者、廚藝比賽實境節目主持人兼評審,我同事就係透個呢個節目而得知呢位廚神,佢係一位幽默感與親和力嘅人。呢間餐廳可以邀請到佢到訪,我相信食物質素方面應該有水準!於是老闆就安排咗我同幾位同事今日嚟試菜,我哋今日試咗以下幾款食物。1 古法蒜子焗大蟹肉:這道馳名嘅焗蟹係用豉油同大量嘅蒜頭爆香,香蒜爆到粒粒鬆脆分明,而肥美鮮甜嘅大肉蟹焗到唔會太乾身,火候十足、香味撲鼻,用料恰到好處。2)脆皮炸子雞:皮薄香脆,汁多肉嫩,配合醬油,香口又惹味!真係要花好多時間心機先做到呢個效果。3) 鹹酸菜炒鵝腸:鹹酸菜其實是芥菜,以鹽及其他調味料醃製而成。而每一條鵝腸都好肥美,爽口,兩者配搭非常合適!師傅調較呢味餸果然有一手,無論鹹味同酸味都炒得好夠鑊氣,咀嚼時感覺特別惹味!的確值得一試,啱晒有帶酒嘅朋友,呢味餸真係送酒一流。4) 蘭度炒蝦球:蘭度爽脆,口感柔嫩,蝦仁爽口彈牙,師傅炒得清爽不油膩。5) 荷香龍躉球蒸飯:龍躉鮮味無比,龍躉嘅精華滲入底層嘅米飯到,再配上荷葉嘅清香,令整個荷香龍躉球蒸飯,不但香氣四溢,每粒米飯都有濃郁嘅魚鮮味道。6) 蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子皇:呢味餸係用金銀蒜(即生蒜同熟蒜)整成,蟶子皇鮮甜、爽口、彈牙,粉絲簡直係靈魂之一,吸哂蒜汁味,另到味道更昇華,成個口腔都有蒜香味道。7) 滷水拼盤:有金錢肚、豬大腸,手撕雞滷水汁好香濃,師傅整得好入味,令到有嚼勁嘅金錢肚,腍滑嘅豬大腸,肉質嫩滑嘅手撕雞更加芳香。今日試完菜,覺得整體食物有齊色香味,我哋就決定公司冬至團年聚餐就嚟呢間餐廳食。📍御膳▪️香港▪️觀塘敬運12樓🔥《只此一家》🔥訂座電話/whatApps: 92228210免開瓶費/免切餅費/免加一🥂歡迎自攜飲品 /酒類 continue reading
