今日我去咗大埔富山居食日本菜，佢嘅防疫措施都做到好足㗎，枱與枱之間嘅空間非常足夠，枱與枱之間亦都有夾板隔開。火炙三文魚卷三文魚固然鮮味啦，一睇就知道師傅係用足心機，佢先汐三文魚喺飯上面用火炙，然後先至放三文魚子，喂師傅再用沙律醬裝飾碟面，簡直係藝術品一樣！蟹子沙律份量簡直超值，四個人都食唔晒，青瓜絲非常之新鮮，師傅放蟹子毫不吝嗇，唯一嘅缺點就係太多沙律醬，而家淨係減肥嘅我唯有食少啲啦！I went to Fu Shan Restaurant in Tai Po today and they have taken good precautionary measures. Fire-roasted salmon rolls
The salmon is delicious, but you can tell that the chef has put a lot of thought into it. He sears the salmon on top of the rice, then puts the salmon roe on top, and then decorates the plate with salad sauce.
Crab Roe Salad
The portion was worth the price, even for four people. The cucumber was very fresh and the chef was not stingy with the crab roe, the only drawback was that there was too much salad dressing, and I had to eat less because I am on a diet!
