鴨與葡萄酒料理的完美配搭!恕我大鄉里出城,平時淨係識食片皮鴨,其他用鴨製作既菜式也沒有試過,朋友介紹到餐廳Pinot Duck吃晚飯,這裏的鴨肉質嫩滑細膩,以特高溫度鎖住肉汁,保留烤鴨風味。以免治鴨肉和煎鴨肝配上醃子薑的迷你鴨漢堡,非常juicy,第一次食鴨漢堡hahaha肉質嫩滑的煎封鱈魚配豆奶芫茜花椒汁等菜式令我一試難忘

We have been here before and all things we tried were quite good.Lots of choices in the menu and most of them are not somewhere you find everywhere.Duck hash with egg - hash brown with duck dices inside, do they use duck oil too? It comes with some salad to balance out the oil and fat u get from hash.Duck meat carbonara - pasta was al dente! this is a nicely made carbonara with duck meat instead of bacon, less oily and not a choice u get everywhere.Duck meat fried rice - unexpectedly good especially with their sauce. Very nice fried rice with good texture and taste. It comes with their home made hot sauce which add flavours to the dish.they still have lots of interesting choices but we were too full for those.

兩點去到想叫北京填鴨荷葉包 - 無黑松露荷葉炒飯 - 無鴨店無鴨?!個飯仲要過幾分鐘先話無 仲自張主張話幫我地轉其他飯被我們拒絕 再諗諗叫四樣無兩樣仲要無鴨肉片?想轉其他鴨既小食都無坐低叫哂菜去埋廁所 枱面仲係無杯無水最後埋單走人張單未埋已經收哂我D野飲奇怪係個石鍋飯又唔收Service差到一個點係一位後生仔收既其餘幾位waiter / waitress 一貫香港服務業態度全程沒見過笑容以後去赤柱都係食番西餐好一個假期就甘被ruined

餐廳特別用上灰黑色裝修,有D型格.芋頭炸左之後仲香,上枱時覺得盞鬼,好似薯波波咁.食左都冇印象,普通,冇特別,只記得虎皮尖椒超級辣鴨肉好嫩有滷水香味,唔平凡份量太少,同真正食北京填鴨鋪頭比,差左十萬九千里皮唔脆,唔夠熱,肉鞋口,好似雪左好耐另叫lee 款配填鴨包硬挖挖,冇口感,鴨肉好老,''un'' ''un''地炒得乾身(過龍),醬汁都冇埋芥蘭苗吸左膶腸油分,菜唔會苦澀可能落左好多糖,好甜蜜瓜唔太新鮮,冇甜味,鴨胸有處理過,冇雪味,菜都唔會苦唔覺有陳皮味,不過餐廳有心思,知道我地有人生日,加左祝福語,幾窩心!

Very beautiful relaxing setting. A little different from the other cafes in Stanley and perfect for duck lovers. The duck of course is delicious, duck fried rice was especially good as was duck and pineapple brioche. Some other salads and sides available, good for sharing. Will definitely return. Pleased with service too.
