I’ve always wanted to try this restaurant ever since the chef from Intercontinental Steakhouse joined. We ordered the prime rib (with French fries, creamy corn and spinach) and a tasting menu of signature dishes, including the crab cake, lobster bisque, pastrami, bacon with cornbread. I had the end cut cos I didn’t like my beef too rare. Went very well with the gravy. Everyone was impressed and my brother said everything tasted exactly the same as Steakhouse, down to the spinach. For me, hilight of the night was the cornbread- it was oozing corn. 😋😋😋😋😋 Chef explained he used a lot of sweet corn paste to make it. I ordered one loaf to take home to relish again the next day. Wasn’t impressed with the hotel tho. We had difficulty finding the restaurant cos there were no signs or directions or staff at all after we entered the hotel after leaving the car. It was like a maze.
