據報這裹的「河內蕃茄蟹檬」只做埋呢幾日,所以趁仲有時間,便過嚟回味一下;湯底帶有濃濃嘅蕃茄味;對唔食得辣嘅我嚟講,就覺得頗為有勁,但對老婆嚟講,就仲要加指天椒才夠喉,認真利害!😬我都係叫返「燒肉丸撈檬」,檬粉口感細緻爽口,燒肉丸更是讓人食不停口,檬粉爽口,真係超級好味!🤤越南脆春卷外脆內軟,餡料清爽,配上青瓜片、生菜、金不換及薄荷葉一起食用,不但有效減低油膩感覺,味道更覺出色。😋另外叫了「薄荷青檸梳打」及「越南柑桔冰茶」,清甜解渴又好味,尤其是柑桔那獨有嘅香味,更是吸引。👍🏻想食#河內蕃茄蟹檬 ,就記得要快手啦!#越發地道河內料理 地址: 旺角砵蘭街99號地舖電話: 68848898 繼續閱讀

呢間越發網上食評唔錯,路過好多次一係冇開一係人太多要排隊冇入去食,最近又出旺角玩Gym兼買嘢見近中午12點又去睇下,剛好開舖已一堆人排隊入緊舖,剛好仲有位就入去食個午餐入到去個舖位唔大,坐位亦有啲淺窄,但企理同乾淨,男女店員都幾有禮貌,比咗張餐單我點嘢食,睇價錢比普通出面嘅高,不過都預咗,我最尾咗個招牌牛柳牛丸粉,要102蚊講真少少貴,我再加杯嘢飲熱情果凍茶飲。首先杯嘢先到,冇咩特別但果肉好酸,我直接啜入肚算。約十零分鐘個粉到,另附一碟仔幾舊油炸鬼,油炸鬼內部個咬感反而似牛脷穌,外面唔係脆,唔係我杯茶,至於個粉賣相ok,牛柳就微紅色唔會滾到熟哂,我先試牛丸,有咬口又唔會實味道唔錯,至於牛柳牛味亦香同新鮮,至於個湯底幾好飲,又唔會過咸過濃,好過出面好多湯底,真係收得呢個價都仲有咁多人排隊有原因 繼續閱讀

牛丸新鮮彈牙仲爆汁tim
如果成粒牛丸咁上唔切一半應該仲正
牛柳半熟 肉味濃郁嫩滑但略嫌太碎
河粉好滑又唔會碎濕濕

🍀唯一缺點係價錢略為進取左少少
可能因為佢既河粉同柑桔都係越南空運過黎成本貴左la

我6:30 到時已經排咗10幾人係我前面 大概等左1個鐘先有得食 店主都盡量排隊時提早點餐 令大家唔使等咁耐👍🏻但排隊時舖頭隔離巷堆積咗好多垃圾 非常臭 🤢店家廁所亦都喺條巷中間樓上仲要不斷漏水 💧見啲人去廁所 要擔遮先過到去點餐先知,原來每個月都會有限定款每個月都不同本來一心想試嘅炭燒豬肉檬 話要暑假先有😓呢間餐廳係我老公睇左YouTuber介紹嘅咁我哋嗰日嗌咗一碗牛柳牛丸河一碗雞絲撈檬 蜜糖蒜香雞翼 同 炸春卷 我哋都成日食完越南嘢除咗個河粉有比油炸鬼配 比較特別之外 面 兩碗都係正常發揮 冇話特別好食🫢反而小食就出色 特別係炸春卷炸得幾好 食完之後同老公都覺得唔值得為咗食佢 排一個鐘🥴 繼續閱讀

長龍店。Worth every penny every minute of your wait. Arguably their 招牌牛柳牛丸粉 (PHO BO VIEN) is the best in Hong Kong. Clear broth, topped with finely chopped high quality beef fillet and generous portion of herbs. I particularly love the texture of the beef, which is so ingeniously thought out that you get to enjoy a bit of beef and herbs as you chow down the noodles (unlike most beef pho shops in HK that serve you with long fatty beef slices, that you ended up either with mouthfuls of beef or noodles). Their old version of 肉丸撈檬(BUN NEM NUONG) used to be my favourite too - which is also known as 奧巴馬粉 as Obama had it when he visited Vietnam many years ago. Their updated version is no longer as interesting but the pork meat balls are still perfectly executed with a nice crunchy exterior and succulent interior. I also commend their thoughtfulness in adding lemongrass into their water. Incredibly refreshing and fragrant. I highly recommend this shop to everyone who’s into pho. 繼續閱讀
