今次第是二次到來光顧,點了京葱爆羊肉配薄餅。鐵板上的中菜,離遠已經聽到吱吱喳喳聲,端來聞到好香的鍋氣味!未食已經覺得很惹味!驟眼看羊肉份量唔多,但食落原來一點都唔少,還好"林"好入味又沒有羊騷味!配薄餅代替白飯,又是另一風味!接著點了個職員推介的黃金蝦球,面頭是香濃鹹蛋黃,炸得又香又脆,與內裡的蝦好夾,膽固醇高的問題都暫且放下,食少少不怕吧,因為真的很好食!很滿意的晚餐!(見餐牌的拔絲地瓜賣相很豪氣,下次要試試!)

今次第是二次到來光顧,點了京葱爆羊肉配薄餅。鐵板上的中菜,離遠已經聽到吱吱喳喳聲,端來聞到好香的鍋氣味!未食已經覺得很惹味!驟眼看羊肉份量唔多,但食落原來一點都唔少,還好"林"好入味又沒有羊騷味!配薄餅代替白飯,又是另一風味!

接著點了個職員推介的黃金蝦球,面頭是香濃鹹蛋黃,炸得又香又脆,與內裡的蝦好夾,膽固醇高的問題都暫且放下,食少少不怕吧,因為真的很好食!

拔絲地瓜整得好靚,上面全部都係一絲一絲針,整得好細,食到差D會吉損哈哈,不過因為剛整起,蕃薯有點餘溫,所以糖都開始有D融
蕃薯厚度剛剛好,不會太硬太林,食落好甜,份量超出預算,如果兩人吃的話感覺有點多了,每人吃兩塊左右就剛剛好!

最後再慢慢嘆杯茶,兩個人吹下水,消化下先~

今日食左個好好味的晚餐。實在太耐冇食上海野,終於端午節可以食上海野,順便應下節。餐廳舒服,有卡位,大檯可以慢慢食。叫左個東波肉。勁快上菜,效率高。我期待既東波肉,同餐單既相一樣。侍應切左九塊東波肉,好靚。東坡肉口感軟滑,東坡肉汁滲入豬肉,啖啖都係香甜味。豬腩肉既皮整得滑,加埋少少肥膏,入口即溶,冇叫錯野食。好邪惡。叫左個南翔小籠包。皮整得幾好。中間有個窿仔俾小籠包透氣,唔會整爛個包皮。燒籠包入邊既湯汁熱辣辣滲入口中,好鮮甜。加埋少少醋,令小籠包味道更fresh。小籠包最重要係皮唔會爛,呢四粒既皮夠彈牙,又冇爛到,保留湯汁保留得好好。有咁上下功夫!好舒服咁食完呢個端午節晚飯。開心既,最重要好食!
