朋友在網上預購了L'AMOUR午市4道菜套餐的買一送一優惠,一個4-course套餐原價是$338,部分餐點需額外加錢享用。店內燈光與裝潢都走昏暗格調,室外的陽光只從餐廳門口的落地玻璃門及窗透進來。酒紅色的卡座配上啤牌花色的椅子,加上店內的大吊燈,環境都適合打卡。座位不算多,可能有優惠推廣優惠,店內大約都有8成滿。頭盤的選擇有多項,我和朋友們各選不同的款式。我選的是塔斯曼尼亞海膽多士,海膽大片又鮮甜,質感綿密。墊底的多士則口感鬆脆,口感有層次之餘,亦不會遮蓋海膽鮮味。餐湯二選一,是日餐湯或加$48要法式澳洲活龍蝦湯。牛肝野菌忌廉湯,湯內有許多野菌蓉,稍嫌湯的質感不夠濃稠,牛肝菌的香氣一般。朋友的龍蝦湯比較香濃一點。來到主菜的部分,我們也是選不同的主菜。美國安格斯肉眼扒,要求7成熟,熟度還可以,肉眼扒外層燒得微焦,仍能保持點肉汁,不會太乾身。伴碟的有3小球薯蓉、紫薯蓉及南瓜蓉,後面兩者帶點微甜,與牛扒好像有點格格不入。朋友的法式龍蝦汁海鮮薏米飯,吸滿了龍蝦汁,薏米飯口感帶點煙韌,幾有趣。至於另一朋友的慢煮西班牙黑毛豬鞍,單看賣相便覺得沒有肉汁,切開來吃,果然是乾柴得很!第一次嚐到慢煮菜式是如斯乾身。甜品也沒有另外加錢要原隻海膽雪糕了,嚐了不夠香濃的湯,乾身的豬鞍,也不抱什麼期望了。是日甜品的蛋糕,芝士蛋糕,質素正常。幸好這頓午餐是有優惠,不然,這樣的質素是不值原價的價錢。 continue reading
