今晚到九龍城食的不是泰菜,而是一間食完覺得較高質的火鍋。今晚食的較早,暫時見到人不是很多。自制沙爹拼泰式冬陰功湯底$108自制沙爹鍋湯底非常濃,無論灼肉灼菜都用沙爹鍋,好正。傳說中的封門柳$368,封門柳厚切,肉質軟腍新鮮,非常好牛味!和哥滋味牛丸$88,牛丸口感爽,而且灼完後很入味,有牛味且感覺新鮮。自製蝦滑$156,自製蝦滑口感比和哥滋味牛丸更為爽彈,很鮮甜!東山羊肉片$78,羊內片卷著上,切得很薄,瘦中有肥,跟配一碟腐乳,香濃的沙爹湯底,令羊肉味道更香濃。蔬菜及主食要了西洋菜、豆腐及烏冬,烏冬又軟滑又腍,吸收沙嗲的湯底,好美味!

九龍城多嘢食就係人都知 雖然佢出名食泰國嘢,但其實仲有其他好嘢食。今日去咗一間打邊爐,價錢又唔算太貴 但係食材好新鮮 同埋好有誠意😳😳 完全唔係行貨。我哋要左沙嗲湯底,沙嗲湯底唔係話好杰身個隻 但出奇地有好濃郁,同埋有大量嘅花生碎,店員都有提醒要不時攪拌一下,費事黐底。因為我哋都唔食牛 肉類就叫咗羊肉片同埋西班牙黑毛豬,我個人就比較鍾意西班牙黑毛豬 平時會覺得打邊爐食豬肉片比較硬 但呢度咁厚切食落肉質都好腍 而且有油脂 更加香口。佢嘅羊肉比較特別 配埋腐乳 超級夾!另外我哋叫咗個特色魚蓉麵,味道好特別,係要自己唧落個湯度,主要其實都係魚肉 不過就比一般嘅鯪魚肉有咬口,一條條咁食都幾特別。三寶丸有墨魚,牛同埋豬,都係餐廳自家製,每款有四粒 份量可以,每款都各有特色幾好食。最後我哋仲叫咗個西洋菜餃,除咗入邊有滿滿既西洋菜,估唔到佢每一粒入邊都有半粒帶子肉,粒餃即刻唔同哂 好鮮味😋😋2個人埋單$700左右 好滿足!
