去了銅鑼灣The L. Square的Fuhn吃飯主打北美的越南菜其實不太會分辨北美版跟正宗版有什麼分別不過我覺得蠻好吃的火車牛魔粉裡面有安格斯牛肉 牛坑腩 手打牛丸 牛筋片 牛腩邊 牛柏葉湯頭超濃的牛肉香味 好好喝看了一下介紹 吃了一半再加了點是拉差真的更香更惹味 沾著牛肉一起吃好配香草牛筒骨配法包下單時說要等比較久 因為是即焗的喜歡香草的朋友很喜歡 但稍為overcook骨髓的油脂流失了 只能沾著吃早一分鐘出爐就完美軟殼蟹牛油果沙律軟殼蟹炸得酥脆又不油膩整整一顆牛油果的份量新鮮又好吃等上菜時看了看這裡的畫都標了價錢有看中的可以帶回家

見好多人推介呢款冰磚鮮奶咖啡 ($48),又即管點嚟試下。鮮奶咖啡加入咗咖啡冰磚,讓咖啡保持適當嘅濃度,所以唔會越飲越淡,加上冰磚望落去似巨形嘅珍珠,造型蠻特別,好喝之餘還有一點視覺的享受。

提早兩天已經訂好位,點解選擇呢一間餐廳,因為可以喺OpenRice容易book位,那天我們book咗7:00,入座之後,我哋即刻點嘢食!我哋揀咗牛肉河粉、軟殼蟹米紙卷同埋鹹蛋薯條,飲品方面,就叫咗一杯熱嘅洛神花茶同埋碟豆花梳打!薯條一嚟到,我即刻試一條,畢竟都係舖頭嘅推介之一,但咬咗一啖,好失望呀!薯條唔夠熱,加上油淋淋,好肥膩,感覺好似擺咗好耐,而且鹹蛋味亦完全欠奉!至於其他食物中規中矩,份量亦不算少!到大概7:30左右,舖頭開始人多,店員要求我們轉換另一張二人枱,那我們的枱便可以騰空給4人坐,我亦一口答應,之後結賬時,店舖給予我們9拆優惠,因為我哋願意幫忙調位,算是一個意外驚喜吧⋯⋯
