雖然疫情持續 但生日飯都可以簡簡單單吃一吓 另一半很喜歡食岩石牛扒 上網找一找 附近有二家岩石牛扒店 就選了其中一間坐位較舒適的去試 入到店內同係日本一樣 自助形式 自己入錢禁制買飛 (新炒用唔到 可找店員換舊炒)買完之後搵個位坐低 另一半就出去 沙律吧自由發揮 當然唔少得牛尾湯同白飯任裝 唔怕食唔飽仲可以拎定紙圍裙以免比油整污糟件褸 過左一陣牛扒送到 我哋叫左牛肩肉同雜牛 各300g. 牛肩肉好淋身 好嫩 不過牛味唔濃 牛雜扒 乜肉都有少少 啱曬好似我咁貪心想試幾款牛嘅大家 🤣 總括黎講 我都推薦牛扒控來試試 哈 (P.S.油煙味比較大)

仲可以拎定紙圍裙以免比油整污糟件褸 過左一陣牛扒送到 我哋叫左牛肩肉同雜牛 各300g. 牛肩肉好淋身 好嫩 不過牛味唔濃
牛雜扒 乜肉都有少少 啱曬好似我咁貪心想試幾款牛嘅大家 🤣 總括黎講 我都推薦牛扒控來試試 哈

賣相同樣不錯, 超厚的牛柳, 燒的時間比較長, 建議可以切成小份再燒會較易控制, 牛柳肉質比牛肩嫩, 牛味更重, 個人比較喜歡牛柳, 調味料比較推介加點海鹽, BBQ粉, 味道更加豐富, 海鹽更能帶出牛味。

總結這餐廳有趣之處在於食家可自行控制燒牛的成熟程度, 但如果不太熟識燒牛扒的朋友可能會令牛扒過熟而失去原有的肉質, 味道, 所以有好有壞, 餐廳還會提供即棄式的圍巾, 防止燒肉時彈到身上, 非常貼心
