鰂魚涌康怡廣場最近開咗間金記冰室,既然係新開,於是今日同朋友去果度食晚餐、去到已經好多人在門口等位,我地都等咗半個鐘先安排到!入座後見裝修明亮,天花用咗D汽水盤做裝飾,又幾特別喎!朋友喜歡食咖哩,點咗個咖哩牛腩飯,另一個點咗個鮮茄焗豬扒飯,我就點咗個海南雞飯!三人一齊食!咖哩牛腩飯D咖哩調配得好香,不會太辣,佐飯一流,牛腩肉質夠腍又入味,有水準!鮮茄焗豬扒飯份量好大碟,豬扒都好大件,配以鮮茄好開胃!海南雞飯亦做得非常出色,雞肉嫩滑,配埋羌蓉醤油,令食味提升!飯後再叫杯蛋白杏仁茶同凍檸茶,味道都好好!非常滿足的一餐!

鮮茄焗豬扒飯份量好大碟,豬扒都好大件,配以鮮茄好開胃!

海南雞飯亦做得非常出色,雞肉嫩滑,配埋羌蓉醤油,令食味提升!

飯後再叫杯蛋白杏仁茶同凍檸茶,味道都好好!非常滿足的一餐!

開左咁多間分店既金記終於係鰂魚涌開分店喇!已經一放lunch就衝過去,但都已經有條人龍係門口。雖然入座等好耐,但上菜效率都幾快,叫完5分鐘内就上菜。鐵板西冷牛扒同一般餐廳一樣,有得揀黑椒、蒜茸同燒汁,配飯、意粉同薯菜。份量我覺得都幾大份,牛扒都幾厚身,而且又唔會好大部分都係骨黎。食落又幾好食,keep都d肉汁,唔會overcooked,茶餐廳價錢但質素幾高。懷舊紅豆冰叫套餐仲可以半價享用飲品,紅豆冰椰子味道較重,飲落好香滑。炸雞脾外面炸到金黃色超靚,實物比相靚好多。睇外表就知道係炸得好好,表皮又薄又脆,一咬落去係爆汁,d肉超嫩滑,好正。食完都明白點解金記囉出名既,茶餐廳價錢,但質素又比茶餐廳高。不過如果lunch hour得一個鐘既朋友應該要考慮食第二間。
