爸媽與親戚懷舊聚,去到金沙角大牌檔吃一頓晚餐這裡架架仔也有印象,還記得兒時在這大牌檔留下不少快樂的回憶父母大人真的很有心,埋單前也特意點兩隻燒乳鴿帶回家!想不到,從沙角村拿到家,乳鴿仍有餘温乳鴿身型不少,皮色澤光鮮,甚討好的外觀馬上起動,皮咬落十分香脆,肉也很鮮嫩入味,油份仍是有的,但還是可以接受說真的,比龍華的好吃多了父母親的照顧就是如此無微不至的,世上只有爸媽好!

晚上和朋友走到沙田, 雖然落住毛毛雨,但天氣又不是太熱太焗,所以就選擇走去這個大牌檔食飯. 坐底隨便點了幾道菜, 可能不是太多人關係。等了不夠十分鐘便上枱了.真是服務快。這碟咕嚕肉不錯,精髓當然係個汁, 做得不錯, 酸甜適中. 雞球大大塊而且炸得很香脆, 食落去亦不會有太粉感覺, 不錯.這煲雞的份量還勉強可以,胸、背及脾也有一點點,雞肉入口也嫩滑,味道尚可以, 但芡汁有點淡和有點不夠鑊氣.這道黃金蝦炸得不會太油, 用鹹蛋黃做的粉漿好香, 蛋黄亦份量充足. 海中蝦雖然夠大隻, 但蝦食落去好像有點不新鮮.

那碟豉椒蟶子出場了,雖然豉椒味香濃,但一上枱大家心中已出了問號:為何蟶子肉沒有劏開洗去內臟?鼓起勇氣咬下去 ... ... 出事了!一口令人反胃的泥味擠了出來 ... ...


那碟花甲看上去,論貝殼形狀跟本不是花甲,只是大隻一些的花蜆。那油鹽水上湯鹹到呢!!!
 食之無蜆味!


曼後那碟椒絲腐乳通菜 ... ... 說得準確點應該是腐乳汁浸通菜,不如放樽腐乳落口好過!

這是第一次到沙角邨品嘗真正的田乳鴿,大熱天時入到去其實唔係話好熱,正在豫疑入唔入之際,老闆好熱誠咁衝出黎咁招待我哋入去坐,重話入面有冷氣位添……哈哈!咁我哋就好放心咁入去坐底左,嘩!冷氣位部份真係坐無虛席。一坐底就梗係叫左2隻沙田乳鴿先啦,另外重叫左椒鹽鮮魷、蝦醬炒通菜、豉椒炒花甲、黃金蝦 and 鮮豬潤啫啫雞煲。首先係碟椒鹽鮮魷黎先,表面個脆漿一啲都唔厚重好香疍香味,個鮮魷啱啱熟所以好林好鮮味,正呀!跟住主角出場…沙田乳鴿黎到,大家二話不說咁用手拎住食,個皮好脆啲肉又嫩就連啲骨都係軟架,味道不太鹹,贊呀!講番個豉椒炒花甲同黃金蝦味道都幾好,又唔會太過鹹,黃金蝦啲鹹疍黃 texture 唔會太過漿住個口,而且好均勻咁分佈响隻蝦庶。但係個鮮豬潤啫啫雞煲就差左,個雞同豬潤就鞋左,但反而啲配料干蔥同洋蔥就好好味。最開心就係飲左支裝芬達橙汁,真係好飲過罐裝好多!至於服務都OK 但係就係唔係咁夠人手,叫飯同飲品就要等啲樓面阿姐行過先叫到,不過全香港啲大排檔都係咁,所以都慣哂。下次路過都會再試其他菜式。

Unfortunately it was 8PM and there was no Dim Sum to be sold, but we were very exciting to try their dinner dishes. We were seated in the middled of the Dai Pai Dong and as usual when you are in a bustling area, the noise is just there.

Initially we thought of placing an order for hot pot, but since no one around us was eating hot pot we figured out that it might be best to stick to their dinner dishes.

The waiting staff was very friendly and not pushy at all, and above all they were particularly attentive.

Our order:
- Salty Skin Chicken
- Stir fried string beans with black bean sauce minced meat
- Steamed prawns in garlic, chilli and vermicelli

The salty skin chicken was not extremely tender, but a very nice dish to go along with our beers.

The prawns were exceedingly fresh and steamed well. Very garlicky taste, would prefer a bit more chilli taste, but that's because we both can eat quite spicy. Absolutely a nice dish and true value for money.

回家食的一個最大好處,就是可以吃到乳鴿免切!

始終女仔人家,在街上拿著乳鴨"選"手指,我也不是lisa s,大家應該不會覺得好sexy,所以還是留在家慢慢享用好了.

免切的好處是可以保留鴿內的肉汁,而且也不會這麼疼快.

我的六千元終於來了,於是便請媽媽到這兒吃火鍋。其實我都想來,因為已聽過人家話這兒很好吃。我們點了:清湯湯底,拿了:少少肥牛、金菇、大量菜及冬瓜。肥牛不太肥有金菇及大量菜當然很好。清湯湯底淡了少少,但都有很多娃娃菜!仲有,佢的魚蛋及雞件好好味!更拿了:粉絲 豬肝及豬腰、烏冬等好好味,唯沒有生蒜及蔥等,而他們送的肉蟹好好味呀!服務態度不錯!很好!下次會再和其他人來!

我地4個人想食小菜晚飯,7:00pm去到都好多人,嘈到成個墟咁,超難頂,想傾下計都要鬥大聲先得,又見有人食煙不過一場黎到就試下啦最後叫左幾個餸如下:椒絲腐乳炒通菜 ~ 超低水準,不但D菜老,成碟菜只得腐乳味,食到尾先見到有1條椒絲仔咁大把,相都浪費事影啦差差差乳鴿 ~ OK!!夠晒味~必食~~韮菜豬紅 ~ 好細碟 ~ 韮菜又唔靚 ~ 唔值價琵琶豆腐 ~ 無特別,不如食第樣好過咖哩牛筋腩 ~ 麻麻啦~ 未達大排檔Level總結就係不值一試~~

原來大家也是首次光顧,也是有點始料不及。說回這裡的食物,雖然是街坊小菜,但消費上也是豐儉由人,沒有龍蝦之下,老闆推介廿二元一両的大隻花竹蝦,五個人如一人一隻,可要數百元的價錢,不免有點貴,唯有另覓他選。另外見人家的蒸蟶子,也是大隻而鮮美,可惜最後也是觀望而已。

最後以上次那頓宵夜為基礎,再改上幾樣東西。先來兩隻炸乳鴿作斬件上,水準依然,熱炸之下,也帶上些許皮脆、肉嫩而帶上肉汁於一身,肉質亦沒上次的那麼「粉」,外層雖有點油性光澤,也不太相干。以四十元的價錢來論貨,也是用上冰鮮鴿居多,但在沙田用上鮮鴿的,能有幾多間?!

舊友點選的韮菜豬紅,用上沙茶汁作底,大扺仍是以惹味爽口為主,細嚐之下,也吃著少許嚡身之感。

上次甚為叫好的油鹽水花甲,食味上仍然不俗,恰當的油鹽水調味,確能帶出花甲的鮮味出來,可惜今次夾雜著一點沙,不免有點掃興。

點了一個芥蘭炒牛肉,鑊氣上是合格的,可惜弄得菜身軟淋,而牛肉也有用過鬆肉粉的跡象,口感食味也不太滿意。

黃金蝦倒是印象不俗,油泡過的大蝦,再給鹹蛋黃汁撈至表面金黃,那陣鹹香味道,也懶得剝殼,最後一併吞下肚子裡,內裡的蝦肉亦很爽身,也吃著一些鮮味,以同類菜式來計,弄得甚有水準。八十八元的一份例牌,也發現在沙田河畔一間菜館,只售六十餘元而已,如有機會的話,可會一試以作比較。

來一條蒸魚,論八十餘元的黃立倉,蒸功的火侯時間也恰到好處,吃著的魚肉甚是嫩滑,食味亦以鮮味為主,腥味甚微,想起上次和食友姚東師傅短聚,那條失格的出品,令他妄來大圍一躺,到現在仍是耿耿於懷。

最後以一個海鮮雜菜煲作終結,弄得湯底清甜,內裡的雜菜鮮爽清嫩,作為「綠葉」的海鮮餡,亦發揮出「吊味」的效果,有小朋友在場的情況下,如她也說好味的話,這道菜相信也差不到哪裡。

最後五個人下,每人約一百元下樓,和上次比較的話,今次有些食品不免失準一點,可幸亦有些東西挽回若干印象,論大致的評價,這裡不屬頂級的菜式廚藝,但仍然不失為晚飯宵夜的好地方,勝在晚市頗為熱鬧。看到隔離食肆的自助火鍋,價錢甚為廉宜,也可以考慮一下。

當晚正是三月十一日,食肆內設有電視,期間不時夾雜那天從日本傳來的消息,大家也議論紛紛,亦知道事件的嚴重性,卻沒想過一個星期之後,其「後遺症」會那麼深遠............

當在彼邦機場正等候上機,在禁區的電腦上網,看看有沒有人留訊息,收到友人在當晚於沙田金沙角飯局之邀請,時間剛好,於是回港一下機,便拉著行李到沙角村,與一眾友人相聚.來到眾人已經正在吃得不亦樂乎,我亦能夠拿到一點剩餘物資,有蠔餅,油鹽水大蜆,蒜子豆苗等等,乳鴿更是免切原隻上,夠原汁原味.大牌檔的乳鴿,有時候不遜於酒樓之出品,當拿吃乳鴿之同時,便聯想到區內的名店楓林和萃華,他倆的乳鴿固然有水準,但我手上的乳鴿,一樣不差,皮脆,肉厚,更有肉汁呢.所以名牌不一定是皇道,廉價不一定差.美食從來無分貴賤.寒風中仍是身穿彼邦的衣服,但當一大班人熱鬧地開飯,拿著乳鴿大塊頭,飲一杯冰凍啤酒,高歌一曲氣量厚,什麼寒意也全消.雖然我時常清風兩袖,吊兒瑯噹最自由,不過我更享受一大班人相聚吃飯的美好時光.就算不是什麼山珍海錯,一樣吃得快樂.飯局的其中一大意義,便是如此.

寒風中仍是身穿彼邦的衣服,但當一大班人熱鬧地開飯,拿著乳鴿大塊頭,飲一杯冰凍啤酒,高歌一曲氣量厚,什麼寒意也全消.雖然我時常清風兩袖,吊兒瑯噹最自由,不過我更享受一大班人相聚吃飯的美好時光.就算不是什麼山珍海錯,一樣吃得快樂.

飯局的其中一大意義,便是如此.

我們的「開飯之友」龍火兄及其嫂夫人,終由加國回港作短暫逗留,上週四晚由食友們安排之下,飯聚於沙田沙角村的「冬菇亭」作一個簡短的洗塵,已有好一段時間不見賢伉儷,至今風釆依然,心中不禁令人欣慰。入夜後的沙角村大牌檔,雖是閒日之下,人氣也沒有絲毫遜色,今次選的是以小炒為主的「金沙角」,乃是主人家的意願,因為火兄還在香港之前,曾是這裡的老主顧,甚為喜愛這裡弄的田螺,可惜時移世易,人事上已有所改變,當年的大廚亦換了人,吃不著當年的美味。也有一段時間沒出席食友間的聚會,難得相敍之下,不需珍饈百味,旨在把酒言歡,每人也隨意點一個小菜好了。先來的是上湯蒜子豆苖,作為頭陣確來得甚為不俗,正值豆苖當造之下,配上鮮濃的蒜子上湯是聰明的造法,襯托出食材的爽脆清甜。再來一個韭菜豬紅,用上濃味的沙菜醬作汁底,其豬紅也來得爽滑,加上爽脆的韭菜作底,雖有人垢病當今己多用鴨紅代替,好吃就是了,也何需深究?!自己點了一個啫啫豬潤雞煲,正值寒冬之下,熱燙的煲仔傳來滋滋聲響,食材上也來得軟嫩,配上濃味的芡汁和蔥頭作崛焗,食味也算不俗,只是覺得件頭來得較碎,斬得較削了一點,近來本港正值通漲來襲,百物也要騰升,莫非連食材也要就住

自己點了一個啫啫豬潤雞煲,正值寒冬之下,熱燙的煲仔傳來滋滋聲響,食材上也來得軟嫩,配上濃味的芡汁和蔥頭作崛焗,食味也算不俗,只是覺得件頭來得較碎,斬得較削了一點,近來本港正值通漲來襲,百物也要騰升,莫非連食材也要就住就住?!
色香味俱全,也弄得夠熱,略嫌碎了一點

來一些香口的炸物,椒鹽狗肚魚的粉漿也薄,內裡的魚肉鮮嫩下不失Juicy,另一道厚身的炸蠔餅則來得重粉漿,幸好蠔仔份量不少,加上入口香脆,總算發揮出取長補短的作用。

打後的有油鹽水大蜆,上桌一看不禁一問,為何那麼大隻?! 無知地詢問隔鄰的食友是否花甲?! 換來的答案應該不是,因為更加大隻,炆理上也有所不同,但這碟東西鮮味則是不容置疑,每隻都有近湯匙般的大少,白色的肉質略有彈性,而湯汁調味也吊出食材應有的味道出來。

最後來五隻紅燒乳鴿作終結,每隻四十元之下也來得大件頭,炸得皮脆肉脆,內裡也嚐出肉汁,略嫌某些部位來得比較「粉」,始終受政策所影響,也難吃著新鮮的來貨,取價和品質上算有所交代;雖然有食友略嫌中間不夠熱,算我時運高,吃不著這等缺憾。
由於有食友投訴內裡不夠熱,要扣點分

最後九個人約六百餘元的價錢,每人只需七十之下,總算吃得開懷,難得是志同道合的好友,當大家心裡都掛了一個「食」字之時,就沒有溝通不來的可能......今次的標題用了個「火」字,既代表食友Dragon Fire的名字,也包含了諸位的友情之火上去,當然少不了的,仍是廚房鑊頭傳來的陣陣火氣聲。

除多謝上蒼給我結識到龍火兄這樣的好友外,最後也感激當晚攪手的悉心安排,一切盡在不言中,即使以茶代酒,也是美事一樁。
