深水埗蘇媽好出名一直都好出名,但可惜成日都要等號耐先有位。自從旺角開左分店之後,我就成日都幫襯旺角嗰間,地點方便又大間,而且裝修都好有特色。百吉爹肉骨茶(大雜錦)黎到蘇媽當然要試個肉骨茶,可惜晚市去嘅時候,得返大雜錦。不過唔緊要,肉骨茶最緊要個湯底。個湯底飲落唔會有好重嘅藥材味, 非常容易入口,最正嘅係個湯係無限添飲。大雜錦就乜都有D,豬肉幾淋且味濃;豬手口感爽脆;三層肉帶油香,仲有油炸鬼響鈴等索湯食材。紫菜肉鬆咖央多士多士烘得香脆,咖央醬係厚厚咁鋪滿成層。幼滑嘅央醬加上紫菜肉鬆,鹹甜交織,非常特別。
