又係blue monday時間,我約個泰國朋友去食泰國菜。門面門面有泰文字,一睇就知食泰國嘢。食物青咖哩豬青咖喱有泰國茄子,茄子食落去好爽口。青咖喱聞落去好有椰香味。個青咖哩真係要叫碗飯,因為青咖哩個汁唔太辣反而有少少甜;用嚟送飯就一流。豬肉切成片狀,食落去好淋好滑。大蝦冬陰功湯冬陰功湯有好香嘅香茅味,湯內有草菇、大蝦、豆角、芫茜、紅辣椒。飲落去有青檸味同香茅味。辣得嚟又幾過癮泰式炒椰菜苗呢款椰菜苗上放左面豉,椰菜苗唔係平時嘅椰菜苗。食落去爽口,無咸味反而有少少甜。炸魚餅食落去熱辣辣,魚餅又夠淋。一份有八件,有少少辣。聞落去有好香嘅檸檬葉味。魚餅用豆角、魚膠撈混然後再拎去炸。餐廳裝修牆身掛上充滿泰國特色嘅畫,令我好似去左泰國咁。甜品飯後仲有甜品,黑豆西米露。食落去有好強黑豆味飲品椰汁沙冰好香椰子味。餐牌原來食滿$300 加$1就多一款食物。好抵呀!但可惜我地唔食烏頭,如果唔係一定會叫嚟食。餐具餐具同出面餐廳與眾不同,有少少雲石紋:碗碟都很乾淨,無任何水跡。調味亦擺放得井井有條!餐廳擺放了紙巾,方便客人使用。調味料有四款,我朋友見到有辣粉佢就話,辣粉一定要搵嘢中碎佢。可見餐廳嘅誠意。

周末同老公出街食嘢鬆一鬆,近近地去九龍城食泰國嘢,不失為賞心樂事,千挑萬選之後,我哋試吓一間叫倪姐的泰國餐館,入內有個又醒目又靚女店員招呼我哋,唔知係倪姐這本人呢……青芒果沙律青芒果是好爽口,個泰式酸辣汁好開胃,雖然係比較辣,不過個辣味同個酸味好配,仲加入左好多櫻花蝦,令到呢個沙律添啲鮮味。龍眼冰食泰國菜,唔係叫椰青,我就會係叫龍眼冰,食辣野嘅時候,飲啖冰凍龍眼冰,即刻爽晒。呢杯龍眼冰嘅甜度幾適中,又夠冰凍,不錯。咖喱炒蜆黃咖喱汁好香,仲有好多蛋花,令到呢個醬汁十分之滑溜,就咁送飯都覺得好正!啲蜆煮得剛剛熟,所以蜆肉好鮮甜。不過如果再煮熟啲都無妨,畢竟係海產。冬陰公炒飯炒得幾香口,不過係會冇咗冬陰公湯的酸,有幾隻好爽口嘅鮮蝦在其中,最妙之處,就係其中嘅香茅,食入口果下就唔覺,但係香茅會係食完果啖飯之後發揮作用,有香茅嘅after taste,味道咁有層次,我幾欣賞。串燒叫咗雞腎、墨魚丸、魚餅,雞腎係我最愛,佢都燒得幾香,食落雞腎幾爽,魚餅好香。

呢度嘅泰式飲品好抵飲,平均都係$20幾蚊,龍眼冰大大杯$25,仲有7-8龍眼肉,好解渴!

今晚美容院老闆娘請我去九龍城食泰國菜,呢間餐廳叫倪姐泰國美食,環境不錯! 服務非常之好! 食完深深回味! 下次一定會再約朋友嚟食過。 我 第一個想食就係咖哩炒蟹,食完個人好回味!好似去左泰國嘅感覺,十年前都食過這種味道 ! 今晚食過完個咖哩蟹好開心! 仲有一個泰式炒通菜,好夠火喉,味道啱啱好! 非常唔錯!我之後又叫咗個海南雞飯,感覺同海南島嘅文昌白切雞一樣「皮好爽」肉好滑,非常好! 最後叫左個芒果糯米飯,芒果又香又甜! 糯米飯控製得好好,食落好有口感,今晚呢度環境好優雅而裝修就好有泰國嘅特色。
