總括來說,味道同菜式都唔錯,好多菜式都想食但試唔到咁多款,第一次叫左啲推介既菜式,好幾道都意想不到既好食

鄉下仔出省城,今日同貴族親戚去到中環高級餐廳食飯。細佬我無見過世面,開頭仲以為貴族親戚帶我去麻雀館,點知睇真d原來係中菜廳。搞到好似將自由女神像當成觀世音菩薩一樣咁失禮。入面嘅裝潢當然係好帶格調,滲透出一陣優雅嘅氣派。碟都靚過人。睇咗眼個菜牌,都係俾親戚話事,話晒佢請。睇緊中途就上咗個開胃小食,酸酸地嘅白木耳。之後有精緻嘅蘿蔔糕,香脆嘅外皮,味道,口感都一流。應該係炸雲吞,外脆內香,配合底下嘅沙律醬香而不膩。貴族不愧係貴族,飲餐茶,食餐飯都要食翻隻鮑魚,雖然細隻但極為精緻,佢話算係咁都唔錯。但只有一隻。佢咁獨食,遲下實變成天煞孤星,注定孤獨終老。講笑啫鹵水鵝掌翼,非常優秀,鹵水汁好香,鮮味秋葵炒牛柳,有芥末味,翻甜的,牛柳好鮮嫩。炒薯粉,有豆芽同肉碎,有一點點辣。

雖然個價錢比普通餐廳高,但係因為食物質素好高,菜式都十分新穎,物超所值。所以話一分錢一分貨真係冇錯架!

另一個係薑蔥牛肉角,我係俾佢個名吸引到,呢個又係好攪笑,佢黎到只係睇到埋蔥,咬落去脆架,個汁冇令到隻餃淋,我地睇個樣似係出面既沙律蝦餃 🤣🤣 入面牛肉好香,有莞茜,但我餐還好,好在唔太大陣味,唔係我就食唔到!有一堆大蔥一齊食,好野味 👍🏻

之後就叫左每樣一件試下,有香檳石榴粿同黑魚子鮑魚芋盒,個石榴粿我食唔出個皮有香檳,但入面勁多帶子!反而個芋盒唔錯,個鮑魚好淋身,個黑魚子咸咸地好帶出個味,唔錯 👍🏻
