今次朋友帶我去食雞煲,估唔到咁好食。我覺得比起出名的有名雞煲仲好味。絕對係三五知己,專食辣雞的好地方。首先,揀好中辣等級的雞煲。除了火鍋, 餐廳亦有小菜供選擇,我就選了時菜炒牛肉。再逐一講講每一道食物. 雞煲,雖然只點了半隻,其實份量是相當驚人。因為他們選了上等雞,雞翼及雞胸都非常大件及吸收到辣汁的香味。我曾經量度過,雞翼的體積,是1吋長 x 半吋闊,大大啖. 食得過癮。 響鈴,內含紫菜絲&芝士,而且沒有冷藏,新鮮即炸,端上來時會有牛油紙隔油。適宜立即點少少辣汁,保留新鮮初炸的口感,再一口吃下去。時菜炒牛肉,新鮮而餸汁充滿住肉汁味道。相對地,牛栢葉係爽口,但其他東西實在太美味,這裡顯得平平無奇。特飲不錯,服務亦很好。唯一係佢的醬油區配料選擇款式未如理想,而係疫情下,他們會定時清潔地方同公眾區,是值得一讚的。

***終於找到近期幾喜歡的雞煲做法,豐鍋的招牌雞煲($188)非常惹味,有不同程度的辣可供選擇,我們選了小辣,我自感覺它們家的雞煲有點像國內的做法,是真的有麻辣感,香港有的雞煲是比較廣東人口味,不夠香口,雞煲我們還加了萵筍片($38),萵筍直接加在雞煲的汁中直接煮熟,本身雞汁己經很好吃,所以基本上加些什麼配菜都很好。另外點了翠椒炒肥牛($108),不過不失,還是雞煲比較出色,不過就真的很抵食,肥牛用上肉片,基本上兩個人吃到這裡己經非常飽。手工即炸魚皮($53)應該是招牌吧,從來沒有見過這麼大一塊原整的魚皮,太利害,魚皮己經沾上鹽、胡椒等調味,送酒一流,不過這天我們沒有點酒,倒是點了兩杯特飲有驚喜,大家也可以點,因為還是有點凍飲料配雞煲比較好,哈哈。我們點了玫瑰特飲($42)及水蜜桃梳打($42),個人推介水蜜桃核打,不會太甜。

***終於找到近期幾喜歡的雞煲做法,豐鍋的招牌雞煲($188)非常惹味,有不同程度的辣可供選擇,我們選了小辣,我自感覺它們家的雞煲有點像國內的做法,是真的有麻辣感,香港有的雞煲是比較廣東人口味,不夠香口,雞煲我們還加了萵筍片($38),萵筍直接加在雞煲的汁中直接煮熟,本身雞汁己經很好吃,所以基本上加些什麼配菜都很好。另外點了翠椒炒肥牛($108),不過不失,還是雞煲比較出色,不過就真的很抵食,肥牛用上肉片,基本上兩個人吃到這裡己經非常飽。手工即炸魚皮($53)應該是招牌吧,從來沒有見過這麼大一塊原整的魚皮,太利害,魚皮己經沾上鹽、胡椒等調味,送酒一流,不過這天我們沒有點酒,倒是點了兩杯特飲有驚喜,大家也可以點,因為還是有點凍飲料配雞煲比較好,哈哈。我們點了玫瑰特飲($42)及水蜜桃梳打($42),個人推介水蜜桃核打,不會太甜。

小菜方面店員推介這款翠椒炒肥牛,青椒沒有筆者討厭的苦澀味,只有淡淡草青味,醬汁配搭得宜,肥牛切得厚身,口感實在,難得一啲都唔鞋,沒想到豐鍋的雞煲出色之外,小菜也有驚喜。
