元旦日,早上打點好東西,就按計劃的同父母去飲茶。開了車出街,所以要考慮一些方便泊車的地方,本來想豪少少入去麗豪食,誰知他們的停車場不開,那樣惟有改去河畔泊車。一行出來,我們連飲茶地點都改變埋,經過強記門口,反正N年沒有來過,就決定來這兒回味一下。有一半場是沒有人坐的,但樓面點都唔肯俾任何人坐入去內廳,一眾入來只為了飲茶既人士都要迫住搭檯,所以坐得不甚舒適。而那些檯留著做什麼 原來,強記是為了招待一批又一批的本地一日遊的街坊團,入黎沙田為乜......食乳鴿囉!!!!!我們是來飲茶的,所以並沒有點下馳名的乳鴿同雞粥。我們被安排了在點心檔仔旁坐下。點心檔仔.....自取自選點心啊....當然,興高采烈地,去攞點心,一拿就拿了四籠傳統的港式美點。雞扎,傳統的一舊滑雞肉,一舊靚靚魚肚同一條實肉火腿。油多,是一定的了,不過油油的,是雞油的香,魚肚"sok"滿了雞汁的精華,香味的非常。鵪鶉蛋燒賣,這兒的春蛋燒賣要比起在其他酒樓食到的有少少分別,因為隻鵪鶉蛋係經過走油處理的,是一隻炸蛋。食落,味道依然是夠香,燒賣的肥瘦肉分佈得也均勻,不過隻蛋經過"炸"的處理,總覺得失了鮮香味。

鵪鶉蛋燒賣,這兒的春蛋燒賣要比起在其他酒樓食到的有少少分別,因為隻鵪鶉蛋係經過走油處理的,是一隻炸蛋。食落,味道依然是夠香,燒賣的肥瘦肉分佈得也均勻,不過隻蛋經過"炸"的處理,總覺得失了鮮香味。

另外,是做得非常之好的鳳爪,原隻一開二的鳳爪,絕對沒有偷工減料。醃得入味,食落濃郁,皮骨分明的,沒有牙力的人也會吃得好開心。

叉燒包,也是不俗之作。一咬,內裡的叉燒汁仿佛要流出來的樣子,味道甜美,外皮又軟又夠熱,粒粒的叉燒是吃得出的,是傳統而且優秀。

炒粉麵,我們叫了一個豉椒牛河。一落單,店員就問要不要兜亂。兜亂炒河,好多酒樓為了美觀,都唔會咁炒俾人食,其實這樣炒,才能使配料同味道完全的滲透在整碟河粉內,感覺就同干炒一樣,但有汁,而最重要,係啖啖都有味道,每一啖河粉,都有濃厚的醬汁。

旅行團來了,酒樓開始水泄不通,亦開始嘈吵起來,看見來者一人一乳鴿,真有點興趣想食呢。不過,還是去新強記吧。因為強記雞粥,新強記乳鴿嘛。

我食野都無咩要求,燒肉好熱的,但係用微波爐番叮,酥皮龍蝦魚翅湯就選用原隻雪藏蝦仲要係微形果隻,本身湯以經調味,仲要加埋煙肉,唔單止個湯呀,仲有d餸真係完全唔掂,仲衰過自己煮!真係咩都win嗮,可以稱得上史上最咸餐廳之一

唔係辣酒, 係辣油至真, 成鑊都係油, 而且仲好辣tim~~ 開頭望落有好多大豆芽墊底, 以為冇乜螺, 點知一路食一路都仲有, 好似食極都食唔完咁..............雖然我唔食得辣, 但螺真係要辣酒煮先好味~~

唔想食雞粥, 雖然佢個鮑魚雞粥都只係$12, 但想食得清清地, 所以就叫白粥, 但個伙計仲要係咁推介鮑魚雞粥, 我地就堅持要白粥, 咁佢就話白粥都有味架wor~~ 我心諗, 其實係你地乜粥都係用果煲粥底, 只係唔同粥放唔同料啫~~

參加區議員辦的本地一天團,就是覬覦行程中的午膳環節。早已聽聞強記的乳鴿和雞粥頂呱呱,今次終於有機會試試它的招牌菜。乳鴿上枱時熱辣辣,外皮炸得香脆,肉質嫩滑多汁,果然沒有欺場。徒手拿著半隻大啖大啖撕,夠晒滋味。雞粥令人十分失望,其實粥底幾綿,可惜有大陣燶味,每碗只得一小件雞,而且不太新鮮。導遊向餐廳反映意見後,換來皮蛋瘦肉粥補數。白飯魚煎蛋是另一佳作,白飯魚很多很大條,蛋煎得香口不老,拌飯吃最好不過。蒸魚亦是高水準之作,侍應告知這條是「細鱗」,魚肉甜美嫩滑,魚油香味濃郁,最啱我這個魚痴。冬瓜瘦肉湯味道清甜,我分不出是否有落味精,但確是不錯。同枱幾位團友盛讚生炒骨,我卻覺得十分一般,因為外皮不夠香脆。另一味西芹炒雞柳不過不失,分量很足。整體來說,除了馳名雞粥不能接受外,其餘的也算普通甚至有驚喜。見這裏食物價錢很相宜,如果不是路程遙遠,有機會會再試其他小菜。

同枱幾位團友盛讚生炒骨,我卻覺得十分一般,因為外皮不夠香脆。
另一味西芹炒雞柳不過不失,分量很足。

整體來說,除了馳名雞粥不能接受外,其餘的也算普通甚至有驚喜。
見這裏食物價錢很相宜,如果不是路程遙遠,有機會會再試其他小菜。

老公想吃海鮮,特地到河畔強記。兩個人吃不到太多小菜,見到menu有$88海鮮孖寶,12款選兩款,我們選了日本青酒浸大蜆及西蘭花炒帶子花姿片。上大蜆時,我見到很大隻很多,以為很扺吃,可是好睇唔好食,蜆肉無味而且有點霉霉的,浸蜆的湯很重胡椒粉味,估計用來僻腥味,結果只吃了幾隻就擱下不吃了。西蘭花炒帶子花姿片少得出奇,只用一隻小碟盛著上菜,但我們兩個人吃份量還算可以就不計較了。花姿片份量ok,帶子就少了點又小了點。另外還點了乳鴿及豉椒炒蟶子王。乳鴿很好吃,招牌菜果然沒欺場。蟶子王$15一隻,肉質鮮甜,但略嫌調味不夠,有點浪費了蟶子王,另外不知道豉椒是否包括青椒?在其他地方食豉椒炒蟶子王是不見有青椒的,但這裏就有...總括來說,來強記就不要選平的海鮮孖寶或三寶了,點正價小菜可能保險一點。應該不會再特地來這裏吃飯,要吃乳鴿,樓下大圍都有很多選擇。

老公想吃海鮮,特地到河畔強記。
兩個人吃不到太多小菜,見到menu有$88海鮮孖寶,
12款選兩款,我們選了日本青酒浸大蜆及西蘭花炒帶子花姿片。

上大蜆時,我見到很大隻很多,以為很扺吃,
可是好睇唔好食,蜆肉無味而且有點霉霉的,
浸蜆的湯很重胡椒粉味,估計用來僻腥味,
結果只吃了幾隻就擱下不吃了。

西蘭花炒帶子花姿片少得出奇,只用一隻小碟盛著上菜,
但我們兩個人吃份量還算可以就不計較了。
花姿片份量ok,帶子就少了點又小了點。

另外還點了乳鴿及豉椒炒蟶子王。
乳鴿很好吃,招牌菜果然沒欺場。
蟶子王$15一隻,肉質鮮甜,
但略嫌調味不夠,有點浪費了蟶子王,
另外不知道豉椒是否包括青椒?
在其他地方食豉椒炒蟶子王是不見有青椒的,
但這裏就有...

總括來說,來強記就不要選平的海鮮孖寶或三寶了,
點正價小菜可能保險一點。
應該不會再特地來這裏吃飯,
要吃乳鴿,樓下大圍都有很多選擇。

we went there on a sunday lunch at 12 and got a table straight away. The chicken and abalone congee is a signature dish which was excellent and so was the pidgeon which we ended up ordering seconds... The pidgeon is excellent value and very tasty, crispy on the outside and quite meaty insided with a lot of flavour.The seafood chow mein was good, the noodles were fried just right and enough sauce to cover the noodles with ample pieces of seafood. The seafood chow mein was good, the noodles were fried just right and enough sauce to cover the noodles with ample pieces of seafood. The only thing i didn't like was the crab sticks which they could have done without.

You also get a free daily soup which is not bad. There was dimsum available which was average and not what they are known for

魚肚唔腥, 係間中有1-2舊太爛, 但其餘的都好爽口..............

白菜仔又係間中有2-3棵爛葉, 影響少少食慾...............

蒜子同唐近令到碟餸好香 (雖然呢2樣我都唔食)

個魚湯開頭飲會覺得好好飲, 但唔知點解好似越飲越鹹, 到後來已經唔想再飲lor~~


銀杏腐竹浸聖子
嘩.............又係超大碟, 仲成鑊上, 開頭諗會係一碟仔, 但點知....................

腐竹好入味, 吸收哂d魚湯, 雖然d魚湯又係偏鹹, 但d腐竹又唔會變到好鹹, 可能本身腐竹冇乜味, 所以吸咗d魚湯之後, 變得好正..............

估都估唔到有咁多聖子, 有十幾隻, 而且size唔細, 當然又未到聖子皇咁大隻啦~~ 但都好好肉, 好厚肉...........
雖然d內臟唔係清潔得好乾淨, 可能我個人要求比較高, 我老公就覺得出嚟食都清到呢個程度, 已經好好了..............

都係用果d魚湯浸, 所以都係偏鹹lor~~~

仲有d翠玉瓜片、青瓜片、唐芹一齊煮.............夠哂健康.......haha~~


食到飽飽果陣, 我四周圍望會唔會有糖水/生果送呢...............果然係有架!!! 但老公話可能係人地食餐先有, 咁我就信佢la~~ 點知...............到叫結賬時, 個叔叔話有綠豆沙, 我老公仲未聽到人地講乜果陣我已經答咗 "好呀!!" haha~~~
隔咗一陣就即刻拎2碗綠豆沙比我地, 响等找數時, 啱啱好食哂碗綠豆沙, 簡直係超正, 煲到好起沙之餘又唔太甜........正呀!!!

一坐下來, 心急的爸爸已經好快點菜, 我們叫了今天的精選"香蒜牙簽骨", 之後當然叫了一窩鮑魚雞粥, 之後再點多兩款小菜,因為之前食了個tea, 所以今餐不是叫了好多食物....

鮑魚雞粥----招牌雞粥令我好失望, 鹹味重了一點, 粥底不是好夠綿滑,味精太多了,鮑魚明顯是罐頭的,雞味都麻麻, 不是太新鮮,而且是好像頭頭尾尾, 真是好鹹


豆豉蒸元貝----元貝鮮甜味濃, 肉質實淨彈牙,而且都好大隻,豆豉的味道也是完全滲入元貝內, 真是不錯


香蒜牙簽骨----肉質是豬肉, 外皮炸得好脆口,也是惹味, 但有點過鹹,味道太濃, 最適合送酒之食品,但我不是太喜歡食


清蒸海上鮮---魚都唔錯好滑, 肉質一般不算好鮮甜, 配上豉油味幾香,蒸的時間剛剛好,時間掌握不錯


西蘭花帶子花姿---魷魚也是爽口彈牙又大片,鹹味剛好夠鑊氣,火侯恰到好處, 西蘭花翠綠爽甜,都好算夠腍,也好入味


今餐都不是有太大驚喜,食物價錢不算貴, 不過招牌的食物質素差了一點, 招牌菜的雞粥不是太好食, 下次都是試下大圍的"沙田強記雞粥"比較一下

以為這星期不在港, 所以上星期已慶祝了, 幸好昨日就可回港而今日是正日, 還是可以一再慶祝的 而因為冇預先訂位, 所以今晚未夠六點便來到沙田強記, 因平日他們都是勁多人, 可況是母親節 果然帶完我們入座之後, 他們便跟同事說裡面沒有枱了看看餐牌, 有四人套餐, 但不能改湯, 所以侍應也建議我們點個三寶餐($138), 一個燉湯, 兩隻乳鴿, 兩個鷄粥, 便夠了!!
