鴨胸肉嫩鮮美,令人胃囗大開。
鷄肉夾大蔥,其實我好怕大蔥那股濃烈的味道,但這肉卷卻只有淡淡的蔥味,而且意外地味道竟然好清新。
豬肉卷包洋蔥像把味蕾提升,肉內滲出的洋蔥香令人非常回味。
碎三文魚茸質感非常細膩,只是略嫌咸了一些。
但隨著的紫蘇葉鴨肉,那微濃的葉味和鴨肉的融和,恰好又中和了剛才嘅咸味。

刺身有鱆紅魚和池魚,鱆紅魚肉味甘甜棉棉的,池魚肉質晶瑩,新鮮爽口,師傅嘅刀功恰到好處,刺身的厚薄均勻,非常有口感。

燒物的鰤魚絞也令人叫好,只是簡單的鹽燒,把魚肉的鮮味完全發揮出來,魚皮燒得香脆惹味,魚肉非常新鮮嫩滑,師傅的鹽燒功夫認真到家!

主角的壽司又見到廚司嘅功架,那小小的飯團拿搯恰到好處,飯的溫暖程度和刺身的生鮮配合得剛好,而刺身都選時令的,先來的鰤魚腩肉質鮮美,好有囗感,中拖羅油香甘美,入囗即溶,金目魚和梳子魚都係第一次食,兩者都用火輕燒魚皮,焦香的火燒味令人更加想先食為快,金目魚肉棉鮮甜而梳子魚滑溜非常,還有的甜蝦壽司也沒有令人失望,淨看那蝦肉肥美晶瑩,已令令人忍不住口了!

要讚一下的是餐廳自家調配的味噌醬湯,沒有一般的濃味,但又有醬鮮味,配埋碗美味的炊飯,吃得人捧著肚皮也要全部吃完!

甜品做得很有聖誕色彩,柚子雪芭同綠茶蕨餅,加上可愛的熊仔餠,給人燦爛跳脫的感覺,雪芭的柚子味酸酸甜甜,配上淡淡的綠茶香味,好食到呢,雖然已經吃得超飽,卻又仍然吃得下!
特別要一提的是這里的壽司師傅是日本人,除了功夫地道之外,還說得一口流利英語,健談風趣,餐廳雖然地方較小,而且只得一名店員,但她服務殷勤,每一道菜也向我們詳細解釋,令人有賓至如歸的感覺,下次一定會再來!

今日同女朋友食飯,特意訂枱去左食omakase 。尖沙咀地段,Omakase都唔算貴。首先,師傳端上精緻前菜。前菜會唔會太吸引女朋友唔捨得食其中以三文魚甜蝦卷、自家製豬肉卷、黑松露玉子、芝士魚餅、鯖魚壽司最為吸引!師傅好有心思,前菜賣相已經吸引,味道更是獨特滋味。刺身是我最鐘意間八魚,當中後面有左口魚。魚味清甜新鮮,厚切口感豐富。燒鰤魚鮫最是油香香口,魚肉較結實但味道咸香。海鮮蒸蛋最岩女朋友口味。滑溜雞蛋入口蛋香重蛋味十足,海鮮爽口唔會好霉。鰤魚腩最重油香,入口肥美夠魚味。深海池魚魚味同樣濃厚,入口鮮甜鮮香。最欣賞壽司飯加入大量赤醋,酸香味濃。燒金目鯛。魚肉燒香入口多一份咸香焦香味道,非常香口。梭子魚。魚皮同樣燒香,入口油脂濃郁,魚肉爽口鮮嫩。海蝦加入蝦膏作調味,入口蝦鮮濃厚蝦肉爽嫩彈牙。海膽夠鮮甜綿密,三文魚籽粒粒鮮甜。最後有精美甜品,抹茶蕨餅夠煙韌抹茶味香醇。柚子雪葩更是清味蕾,滿意的結束 。

放左工又想去食好野, 去左附近食日本野, 門面已有神神秘秘既感覺, 一入去到有個日本師父歡迎我, 哈哈…覺得自己好似去左日本咁, 獨個兒坐上BAR枱, 望住認真的師父為我準備菜式, 十分期待哦. 係呢個時候有禮既店員先給我沙律 & 日式蒸蛋. 先吃個沙律菜可以增加胃口之餘又健康, 酸酸地好清新. 至於個日式蒸蛋超滑, 而且味道鮮甜, 因為大廚加了雞肉, 令蛋味更鮮, 而D雞肉都好滑身.望住師父用心地一刀一刀, 好快就將刺身拼盤整好, 嘩…..見到都流口水啦, 係呢個時候店員也為我準備了麵豉湯&日式珍珠飯. 另外師父也教我應該怎樣食才可以食出別的風味, 首先可以將海草放在麵豉湯裡, 感覺會更鮮, 味道也很爽甜. 還可以將菊花放在刺身上一齊食, 又可以將另外的香葉放在醬油裡, 果然真係會有唔同既味道, 還會令刺身有更新的味道, 哈哈..講返D主角刺身, 有刺身蝦, 間八魚, 鰤魚, 吞拿魚, 白子, 全部都好鮮甜, 有D仲會入口即溶TIM, YUMMY YUMMY.最後仲有抺茶菓子TIM, 哈哈…感覺圓滿了.

食完前菜就食刺身啦,有池魚同埋鯛魚,兩樣都好新鮮,咬落重好有咬口添,最有趣嘅事佢陪左紫蘇苗同紫蘇花,可以夾住一齊食,紫蘇苗就有少少辣,紫蘇花我食唔慣可以擺落去豉油嗰度,都可以增加香氣,呢個配搭可以令到個刺身嘅鮮味更加出,通常出面食池魚都會比個酸汁,但係呢度就唔使,都好有嗰隻魚味,食物嘅新鮮真係好重要。另外仲有一隻美人蠔,上面加左三文魚子,隔離仲有一杯紫蘇汁係配呢隻蠔嘅,之後雖然細細隻,但係超級甜,而果汁就有少少酸味,啱啱好吊起晒成隻蠔嘅鮮味,超級正。

之後食燒物同埋天婦羅,天婦羅有目光魚,青豆,番薯,最特別係出面冇食過目光魚,原來啲魚肉好滑,炸完裏面都仲好多汁,仲可以成條食晒,魚頭一啲都唔苦。另外配左少少甜甜地枝豆,第一次咁樣食枝豆,原來好好味㗎 ,好似糖咁樣,好開胃。熱燒物方面就有燒鰤魚,好濃烈嘅魚味,魚肉比較硬身,配埋蘿蔔食會有更清新嘅感覺。

之後就到我哋今晚嘅主角,壽司出場啦。

超肥美,味道帶甘,魚身比較硬,幾彈牙有咬口。
中拖羅
估唔到第二件已經係中拖羅,咁後面嗰啲一定更加好啦,中陀螺入口即溶,如有嘅香味有一入口開始滲出嚟。
金目鯛
平時我唔鍾意食魚皮嘅,但係今次師傅用火輕輕辣個喎個魚皮,好香好趣,魚肉好彈牙好有咬口同埋好新鮮。
甜蝦
個紫菜吹脆脆,第一次見咁樣包,一啲都冇黐住飯林晒,甜蝦真係甜到好似加左糖咁,好creamy ,將住個口,上面加番啲甜蝦子,成個賣相好精緻。

梳子魚
第一次聽呢種魚,唔怪之得中拖羅都只係擺第二囉,師傅用火輕輕燒過,令到成個香味好出,呢款與有少少清新嘅甘香味,而且啲肉好綿,又唔係好重魚油會溶果一種,質感好特別。
凡立貝
上面已經加左醬油,同聲粒凡立貝嘅味道好襯,仲好大粒添,食落好新鮮,凍凍地咁樣舌頭為之一震。
左口魚
左口魚有佢獨特嘅鮮美,而且肉質好彈牙,有啲似河豚嘅質感。
海膽
海膽下面有飯,上面有三文魚子,成個海膽杯咁,啲海膽好重海水味,非常甘甜,一啲都唔腥。

最後飲埋個味增湯同埋有個好好食嘅炊飯,本來以為遠啦,點知原來仲有甜品,整個甜品真係好大份,有綠茶蕨餅,甜甜地好重綠茶味,士多啤梨好新鮮,甜度適中,另外仲有柚子雪芭,凍冰冰酸味味,好消滯。

買單仲要唔使加一,最平嗰個餐只係$650 ,平時食一個廚師發板起碼都$1000落樓,仲要未必夠飽,呢度款式又多,而且一定食得飽,最緊要係啲質素絕對唔差,師傅識講英文又風趣幽默,真係值得再嚟食過。

It first came with seasonal appetizers, and then today's sashimi which was super fresh and tasty. Then grilled dishes were served, and also steamed egg and miso soup. Afterwards, we had assorted sushi which was very delicious and was my favorite of the night. Last but not least, we had the Japanese-style dessert.
Overall, the food is very good and the price is reasonable.

按照江戶前傳統壽司嘅造法,用酒糟釀嘅「赤醋」嚟做壽司飯,除咗外觀會啡啡哋外,比起用白米醋整嘅飯酸度會高啲、入口仲有獨特嘅香氣、同油脂豐富嘅魚非常匹配,整體嘅層次感十足
BB吞拿魚:肉質爽口,唔係太肥,睇唔到有好明顯嘅網紋,不過味道好清甜

入到呢間餐廳,發現有好多摺紙,一問之下,原本係店員自己摺的,仲可以拎走,唔怪得訂枱時會問你個名,一去到就見到自己個名响枱面,好被重視。

Sashimi is the second. Chef cut the fish in front of us. Super exciting and indeed good quality. The soy sauce dish is in nice design where we can filter the soy sauce. Waiteress also explain us the fish name and way to eat in great patient

今天難得獨自岀尖沙咀工作,就去和処酒肴吃好東西。餐廳由日本師傅主理,一見到我進去,師傅就禮貌地跟我打招呼和奉上熱茶。突然留意到桌上有各種可愛的摺紙,其中一隻紙船還插著寫有我名字的旗仔,令人感覺受到重視。我只點了一個壽司set,有握壽司6貫和手卷一本。套餐還包括沙律、麵豉湯和茶碗蒸。沙律用了新鮮沙律菜,加了醋汁,入口爽甜帶酸,清新又醒胃。茶碗蒸保持一貫鮨店的水準,蒸得嫩滑富蛋香,入面還加入雞肉和白果,很有誠意。麵豉湯調味剛好,我特別欣賞麵豉湯加入魚肉,添加鮮味。食前菜的時候,師傅已忙着握壽司。6件握壽司有油甘魚、吞拿魚、三文魚籽、鯖魚、鰻魚,還有一款忘記名字了。壽司每款都新鮮,米飯亦握得黏密彈潤有溫度,我最喜歡鯖魚,魚味濃郁。鰻魚亦爽彈有咬口。不過三文魚籽就有點失望,鮮味略有不足。手卷夾有黃瓜和青瓜,味道不過不失。最後送上甜品,竟然是抹茶蕨餅!Q彈清爽的蕨餅沾滿濃郁回甘的抹茶粉,入口盡是優質濃厚的抹茶風味!

今天放例假,一個人到尖沙咀逛逛。發現一間不太顯眼位於漆咸道圍一座商業大廈地下既日式餐廳。膽粗粗入去享用午餐,殊不知很驚喜發現主廚在你面前炮制你的午餐。因為平時很少到這類型餐廳用膳。我點了一份頗特別的lunch set Special goble lunch set in small Kaiseki Bento style 。以球體形的盛器裝滿了三層豐富又新鮮的日本料理食材。每一層都能令你眼前一亮,讃口不斷。先説第一層是前菜 有蛋捲、燒魚、新鮮生魷魚.... 其他抱歉忘記了名稱。第二層是五件精心炮製既壽司..佐口魚,吞拿、油甘魚、梳士魚....等等壽司丼 有不同好新鮮魚生,最正有海膽極鮮甜美味。最後唔少得甜品 抹茶蕨餅。抹茶香濃也不甜。👍🏻
