The only challenge is that the place can be very busy. If you go to the one in the hysan and it is lunch or dinner hour, you can queue for 45 minutes to get a seat, as the number of seats is very limited. So we tend to go either in the afternoon (during the weekend) or for a late dinner.

The best places are those at the conveyor belt, just because you can see all the fresh sushi – but of course, we always end up picking some additional ones from the a la carte menu, because we are too hungry to wait or someone else has picked the last marinated tuna from the belt. Also some of our favourites like the spicy salmon battleship (that’s what they call it!) are never on the conveyor belt when we are there and others like the fried prawn roll really need to be fresh and crunchy (I hate it when it goes soggy).<div style="line-height: 1.6;">
The prices are average – a little more expensive than Genki sushi, but then the quality (I feel) is better. It is still cheap compared to a proper Japanese restaurant or sushi place, so I won’t compare it to that. But for me personally Sen-ryo is a good choice if we are passing the Hysan and want to eat some fresh fish.
 
What I like about Sen-ryo is that they have a few additional dishes (like this octopus salad which is very yummy) and some not-so-typical sushis. I found out that I like the seared olive flunder muscle sushi really a lot, I’ve never had it before.

Green tea is free (as in all these places) and once we satisfied our hunger for sushi, we quickly get up and pay at the till. Someone else will already be waiting for our seat. Normally, the two of us eat for around 600 HKD together, so that’s fairly reasonable. I don’t want to think what sushi of this quality would cost us in Europe, definitely lots more.

今日黎叫左個海鮮刺身定食,又咁岩見到迴轉個邊有D又靚又新鮮的壽司,首先就攞一碟柑味油甘魚,依個真係好食,佢個柑味好清新食落好正,加埋油甘魚既鮮甜,非常好味,之後個海鮮刺身定食就黎左喇,刺身都非常之新鮮,不過個冷烏冬差少少涷,不過用芝麻醬又幾清新既都埋幾開胃,雖然同之前個沙律重複左個汁的感覺當然唔夠食,之後當然食多少少野,有依個香蔥呑拿魚腩軍艦、帆立貝、同埋炙燒左口魚背。依舍香蔥呑拿魚腩軍艦入口非常香,不過差左D紫菜唔夠脆口。帆立貝真係特大喇,一啖一定食唔哂,不過真係夠哂口感一定要推介既就係炙燒左口魚背入口即溶,魚油夠哂多最後就叫左個綠茶糯米糍。綠茶雪糕配糯米糍,絕對唔比甜品鋪差,綠茶雪糕唔會太甜幾好味,個糯米糍又夠軟又有咬口!正

Sen-ryo is a popular conveyor belt sushi restaurant from a major chain, Genki Sushi. This is their higher end line of restaurants. You basically see whatever sushi you want that rotates by you, grab a plate, eat. When you're finished, they count the number of plates and you are charged the value according to what color the plate is.

However, at lunch hour, they have lunch sets ranging from $78 to $132. I ordered the sashimi with green tea noodles set. It included miso soup and salad.

Green tea noodles were very strange in texture. Definitely not made from buckwheat. They were springy in texture. They tasted more like shirataki noodles. Anyways, it was refreshing to have them cold on this hot afternoon.

$12 槍魷魚,一整條小小的魷魚,味道比較清而軟身

$32 他他牛,0.5成熟既牛肉肉味濃郁,冷凍既溫度而輕輕燒過既邊皮更能特出牛味,加上薑蔥既提味,又一完美之作.如想更完美,只能食和牛

食原條既魚剌身有樣野好,就係魚骨都要用埋,咁先夠抵食.呢度OFFER炸同煮湯,但煮湯要加$20,所謂都係炸左佢食.香脆口可,骨頭大部份都可以食埋,送酒一流,加點檸汁減少油膩感更佳.

2個人食左約$600,質素算係比上不足比下有餘,起馬不會失望.千兩咁受歡迎總有原因.要食最好的,還是壽司店,要食平既,去爭鮮.想食比較好又唔想用好多錢,千兩都算係個不錯既選擇.

而我對千兩又愛又恨,原因只有一個,因為要等位,仲要等仲成7個字,我本身唔會等位既,今次又屈服

今日朋友k正日生日。我同k都想吾到食咩好。突然想試下千両。去到九點左右等左20分鐘有位。因為都知佢貴少少...點知一去到見到綠茶粉。超開心。但淡左少少我地叫既都係12蚊至58蚊7碟壽司卷物加各人一手卷和炸蠔不可不講真係超新鮮好食三文魚腩真係抵,20蚊有嘩新鮮厚肉既質量日本帶子32蚊也驚喜。厚肉同甜美反而顯得炸蝦卷普通整體我地2個都飽。都係300蚊。堅好食又抵喜出望外(當初想一人大約230蚊落樓)

這天,DEFK又相約一起到銅鑼灣購物,本來打算趕在入冬之前,再一次到千両概念店品嚐美味秋刀魚,但由於是日逛得有點兒晚了,再由銅鑼灣到尖沙咀的話,恐怕概念店早已大排長龍,於是唯有將就一下,到就近的恒隆中心千両分店。我們來到的時候剛好不用等位,而且還被安排坐在舒適的四人卡座,真夠幸運!要是晚上數分鐘的話,門外已經大排長龍了。除了九龍酒店概念店及圓方分店外,我都沒有到過其他千両分店,而恒隆中心分店的裝潢跟其他分店一樣,以一貫黑/木色為主,走高格調迴轉壽司店風格,店舖面積不大,給我的感覺是店內環境較擠迫,以及非常嘈吵,客人多是三三兩兩的年輕男女,而且迴轉座位較table檯多,因此人流速度頗快。四人卡座旁邊就是迴轉帶,有些客人會怕放在迴轉帶上的壽司不知放了多久,不太喜歡在上面取壽司,反而直接向師傅下單,但我相信這裡就沒有這個問題了,無非是人流多,去貨快,而師傅在處理客人新order的時候,會另外多做十數碟放在迴轉帶上,因此我們不時會在迴轉帶上看見新鮮大拖羅、油甘魚腩的蹤跡,但當然它們都沒能轉多過一圈,誰不知手快有,手慢無這道理?除了沒有概念店獨有的特別菜色之外,千両一直標榜的「朝務晚嚐」新鮮魚生

除了九龍酒店概念店及圓方分店外,我都沒有到過其他千両分店,而恒隆中心分店的裝潢跟其他分店一樣,以一貫黑/木色為主,走高格調迴轉壽司店風格,店舖面積不大,給我的感覺是店內環境較擠迫,以及非常嘈吵,客人多是三三兩兩的年輕男女,而且迴轉座位較table檯多,因此人流速度頗快。

四人卡座旁邊就是迴轉帶,有些客人會怕放在迴轉帶上的壽司不知放了多久,不太喜歡在上面取壽司,反而直接向師傅下單,但我相信這裡就沒有這個問題了,無非是人流多,去貨快,而師傅在處理客人新order的時候,會另外多做十數碟放在迴轉帶上,因此我們不時會在迴轉帶上看見新鮮大拖羅、油甘魚腩的蹤跡,但當然它們都沒能轉多過一圈,誰不知手快有,手慢無這道理?

除了沒有概念店獨有的特別菜色之外,千両一直標榜的「朝務晚嚐」新鮮魚生/刺身,或是當季時令海產鮮味,普通分店仍是不缺的,因此若不是一心想要品嚐概念店的特別菜色,隨便一間分店都可以。

沒有最喜歡喝的巨峰乳酸梳打,而又在餐牌中發現了這巨峰清釀啤酒特飲,於是貪得意點來一試。顏色看起來有點像黑啤,喝起來是巨峰提子的甜味跟啤酒的淡苦味道的融合,如果再冰凍一點想必味道更好。

從來都不知道,不吃生蠔的D先生竟是吉列蠔的愛好者,莫非吉列的吸引力真的這麼大?其實無非是因為吉列面層炸得香脆,加上廣島蠔本身既不腥,且不韌,而且蠔味鮮甜,灑上點檸檬汁,去除油膩之餘,更能帶出廣島蠔的美味。

每次來千両必點的厚燒甜蛋,蛋味香濃而且略帶甜味,實在好吃得很。D先生竟然說他沒有吃過,於是我二話不說馬上要他嚐嚐,結果是他吃完一件又一件,好吃程度可想而知。

只需灑上一點醬油吃,已經能令佐賀極上和牛吃起來很美味,香脆的紫菜、白蔥絲伴著入口即溶的和牛,再加上香口芝麻粒,好吃得很。

軟殼蟹炸得香脆可口,正合喜歡吃香口食物的我們口味,裡面還加上生菜、牛油果,另口感味道更為豐富,唯一美中不足的就是紫菜略為腍了一點。

秋刀魚刺身 $180
原條北海道直送秋刀魚,應該是我今年秋天最後一次品嚐到的肥美秋刀魚吧!跟上次吃的相比,果然魚肉身較肥厚,入口的油脂亦較濃重,鮮甜爽口好吃,加上點點蔥花、薑蓉,再醮少許芥末、醬油,一口接著一口,令人停不了口的人間美味。

入口即溶的特選大吞拿魚腩,油脂豐腴又帶上淡淡魚香味,唯一不滿是有點點筋位,吃畢滿口魚油,淺嚐一件已足夠了。

夠厚夠肥美的特大帶子,一件就等於普通的兩件,入口口感豐富,味道鮮甜可口,只是帶子味道不及較細小的日本帶子濃郁,但仍足夠滿足。

D先生的最愛三文魚,外表色澤光潤,賣相的確很好,一看就知道新鮮度十足。

新鮮肥美的油甘魚,入口是滿滿的魚香魚油,一貫的好吃。
左口魚裙邊壽司 $36
雖然左口魚裙邊味道較淡,但亦能嚐到淡淡魚香味,入口帶點嚼勁,不失美味。
中吞拿魚腩壽司 $36
比起大吞拿魚腩,這中吞拿魚腩的魚香味道更覺濃郁,魚脂雖然不及大吞拿魚腩,但對於不喜太油膩的我,中吞拿魚腩反而更合心意。

食物方面絕對是千両一貫水準,是日所吃到的壽司刺身皆新鮮美味,尤其朝務晚嚐的特別魚鮮,以及時令海產,不但價格相宜,而且質素亦好,食物亦日趨多元化,果然無負高質素迴轉壽司店之名,難怪一直深受歡迎。

服務方面,店員表現友善親切,會主動向客人介紹時令食品,但由於客人太多,店員忙碌非常,因此有不少漏單的情況出現,更有追單時才知道該食品已經賣完,而店員卻忘記通知,再另點食物又要花時間再等,這點店方宜多加注意。

踏入十二月,看來亦是時候要開始相約良朋好友,於聖誕新年佳節假期一起大快朵頤才是。下次再來,想必會是入冬以後,鱈場蟹祭之時。

Way back to the dining experience . It's just the right time for sushi craving ! For the starter  we took the salad and Assorted sashimi , something common , both are fresh enough.  The salad suppose to be in tuna , but the waitress said the tuna is out of stock , thus change it into shrimp . Salad come up with Wild Rocket , Rome lettuce and purple onion . All green mixs are in crunchy bites , match well with the fish flesh . I specially appreicate the sauce . The sauce is a kind of herb lemon sauce with buttery flavors ! It add a hint of sourness and urge the salad more aromatic ! Overall the tastes are quite refreshing . Certainly a good start to stimulate tastebuds .

For the sashimi ,  7 kinds of sashimi are presents in a big bowl , bottom are ice and teared radish .  Scallops , peony prawns , hamachi ,kajika , salmon , tako and tuna , all are in thick sliced . Peony prawn are fresh and in firm texture ,it's favorable. I extremely like the sword fish , meaty flesh from the underbelly with sightly mabled grease , it 's quite arousing . Hamachi are up to standard too , fatty in every single bite . The scallop are in quite a big size , plump texture and soft , goes succulent with the lemon hint , very delicious mouthfuls !

As for the main course , it 's from the lunch set , offering extensive variety and choice , quite decent and attractive . The first one is a small size sashimi with sliced egg rice . The set sashimi itself was fresh so it only need light soy sauce to complement it , or don't even need to add any of it . Overall tastes are above average.

The second one is green tea cold noddles with sushi combo in five,two lunch set are  both serve with Oden . The oden is typical with radish , tofu and fish ball roll etc , enjoyable . 

However , the Sushi combo is just average. The sushi were unpleasantly mushy and lack of sweetness too . The Eel Sushi is better than others, but the sauce is separated pack . I don't think this is a good presentation and it's not environmental friendly as well. Moreover , I do think their rice texture got a big space of improvement . From my point of view , I think it should be more slimy and chewy . Sushi rice should add more vinegar and it's can't in that loose texture . As the cold noddles , don't appreciate at all . The texture is so wired , I can't even taste the green tea paste at all. Tasteless and dull . Both rice and noddles are a bit soggy . Anyway , overall is alright .

We add the grilled  sablefish , some kind of sliver cod. The Cod fish was grilled to golden perfection with soft silky fish meat , very juicy content . The marination was sightly sweet while after searing , the sauce brings the freshness out . Light texture inside that create big contrast with the crispy fish skin . It's just goes perfectly with the mayonnaise. This is a hightly recommended dish !

We add a uni sushi . Impressive portion with good taste , There was so much sea urchin on the top of the rice , it just look so tempting even you haven't have the first bite ! The uni proportion is even so much more than the rice ! After a big mouthful , the creamy and runny uni melt in your mouth generally , this was gorgeously rich with its own fresh briny flavour .

近一年個人有八九成的時間都是吃素,現在出外吃飯其中一個挑戰是如何在不是素食店的地方找無肉的食品吃。最近看過一本書,說在異地餐廳吃飯,找些餐牌上最少見的食物,只要你有點冒險精神,通常都會找到好吃的,因為那些食物通常都不會事先做好,所以可能比較新鮮,從而可能較好味云云。通常在壽司店裡,素食的食物通常都不會出現在迴轉帶上,所以是要向服務員落單的。我不敢說所有的食物都是現做的,但起碼不會待在壽司帶上半個小時這樣子。千両特製厚燒玉子($12)- 視乎不同人的尺度,這個勉強都是素食來的(至少對我來說是)。我懷疑這個是千両最受歡迎的項目,至少我是每次來都要吃,今次也不例外。價錢當然比同系的元氣貴一點,但是元氣沒有這樣子的玉子燒供應喎。沒錯是很甜很有蛋香,伴點蘿蔔蓉,吃得我很高興。麥粒青瓜($20)- 這道青瓜前菜是以一種叫 もろみそ的味噌做配料的。顧名思義這一種味噌的其中一樣成分是小麥,當然也有黃豆的,吃到的卻是一粒粒QQ的麥粒,很有嚼頭。味噌的鹹鮮味引起了食慾,青瓜登時也不再單調。梅子紫蘇卷($16)- 這款卷物也是以青瓜為主,不過加了一點點梅子的酸味還有紫蘇的香味,很醒胃的,令卷物生色不少。

這星期也是想吃壽司,來到千兩,同樣是元氣集團的,一於試試有幾大分別。剛好有位不用等,坐迴轉bar枱,枱上的用具確實是比元氣精美,餐牌也比較多款(刺身,清酒等),同樣有我喜愛的緑茶粉,正!先來一客三文魚壽司,果然係新鮮好味,肥美有光澤,係迴轉帶上面拿亦沒有乾巴巴,質量管理得好。蟹籽沙律軍艦,青瓜清甜,感覺沒有做定很久。飛魚籽軍艦,同樣是爽口新鮮,沒有死鹹。鰻魚卷,厚切鰻魚加上新鮮生菜,仲有獨立包裝的醬汁,不會過氣,讚。甜蛋壽司,甜度軟度適中,又係好好味。蒸蛋,等得有點耐,上枱時很熱,蛋滑重蛋味,不過有倒汗水係面,扣分了。很滿足的一餐,飯與刺身也是相當出色,不過基於經濟理由,我會選擇元氣,它的價錢比較平民而且質素也不差。千兩雖好,但不能太除意亂點,不境價錢是元氣的一倍。

好像很久到壽司專門店吃壽司了,這次來到久別重逢的千両,印象中,第一次吃千両也是來到這間分店,那次時候不早,差不多要關門才光顧,可能因為店員趕著放工,所以那次的食物質素很一般,今次再光顧,感覺上比那次好,不過都不會特意來,始終對壽司的興趣程度未去到瘋狂級別。炸蝦卷($26),一碟4件。從小到大都覺得炸蝦卷很好吃,而且製作難度是零,所以小時候每次做壽司都會有炸蝦卷,再加些飯素,美味又易做。自己做都不難,對餐廳來說當然沒有難度,蝦炸得很鬆脆,也很大件,飯粒分明,而且還有蟹子在面,濕潤的蟹子能夠把熱氣度減低,減少罪惡感。腐皮壽司($12)腐皮雖然不是甚麼這等食物,但卻令我十分喜愛,甜甜的很開胃,這個腐皮很大呢,把米飯整整的包圍著,好味道。赤海老壽司(32)這兩件海老是多麼的晶瑩剔透,單是外觀便可以吸引到食客的目光,怎捨得不把牠從迴轉枱拿下來放入口呢。入口即溶的感覺實在太爽了,而且也很彈牙,很新鮮,很好吃。帶子刺身壽司($30)我最愛吃的就是帶子刺身!!是否覺得很吸引呢,與上面的蝦一樣非常的晶瑩剔透,望著牠,口水已不自覺的流下來了。很想把牠放入口,但又不捨得這麼快就把牠送到消化品內,真的很矛盾呢

海鮮太卷($35)
名符其名由不同的海鮮組合而成,每種海鮮都十分肥美,海鮮中還有些蘿蔔和青瓜,肥美的海鮮,酸酸甜甜的青瓜和蘿蔔,令整個卷的味道全面提升,很好。

總括來說,這次用餐經驗十分滿意,每道食材都十分新鲜,刺身非常肥美,很新鮮;飯粒分明,酸度適中;而炸物也炸得十分好,價錢也很合理。
唯一一樣令人十分討厭的就是等位等了很久,加上服務員搞錯了,而且是放工時間,所以等得更久。
而服務質素沒甚麼特別,可以太多人了,所以服務員都很趕,臉也沒帶笑容。不過這樣的價錢配上不錯的食物質素,沒有笑容也可以收貨吧。

上星期五,撞正同個friend一齊放六點,佢喺炮台山放工過黎銅鑼灣同我一齊食飯~~開頭諗住食拉麵,但係驚佢賣哂閂門,所以都費事行過去,最後決定食好耐無食嘅千両!!!之前都食過好幾次,好鍾意佢嘅wasabi,唔會融化哂喺豉油,食落口仲會有一粒粒嘅感覺,而且攻鼻感更強,好鍾意呀~~佢嘅價錢比元氣高dd,但係某d款式較特別,仲要間唔中會有新鮮刺身推出!!我當晚食左差不多個半鐘就有兩款即劏新鮮刺身,會有師傅喺之前做介紹~~銀鱈魚刺身壽司同象拔蚌刺身壽司個friend order 左銀鱈魚刺身壽司,而我就食象拔蚌刺身壽司朋友話銀鱈魚真係好新鮮,而且無腥味~~good而象拔蚌比想中好食,因為食之前怕會好un....但係食落口完全無呢種感覺,而且係好爽口,同想像中完全唔同!仲要一提,order 左杯梨酒!!!好香好香梨味,但係酒精濃度就稍高~~以我地少飲酒嘅人黎講就有dd啃.....但係飲完都有啲回味~~食完就去左食糖水~~下回再續~~
