Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 蛇王芬開咗去閣麟街都好多年,作為中環做嘢嘅人,居然咁多年都冇嚟呢度食過嘢。今日趁仲係天氣凍凍地,就過咗嚟食個蛇羹。星期日呢度都有一人套餐,有糯米飯加蛇羹一碗,盛惠$178。呢度嘅蛇羹非常多料,好多配料,啖啖都唔止湯嘅。面頭嘅薄脆好大塊,一開始都用咗啲時間食晒佢先至可以開始食蛇羹。至於糯米飯,店主介紹呢個係蒸嘅,另外仲有炒糯米飯,不過我覺得蒸嘅都已經足夠特別,整體來講都幾飽肚。另外,呢度成個餐牌有好多港式菜式嘅選擇,基本上就係大家由細食到大嘅碟頭飯,價錢來講就比較進取,下次有機會一定要試吓。大家諗得出嘅碟頭飯呢度都有!另外呢度開始發展年輕人市場,推出左一啲健康飲品,原來沙田嘅四季芬芳都係呢度嘅,下次有機會去埋嗰邊食吓。

今日嚟到中環蛇王芬,一間好傳統食蛇羹嘅地方,相信已經有好耐嘅歷史。之前食餐廳—天天海南雞飯亦都有同佢crossover,所以喺天天食到海南雞之餘亦食到蛇羹。同朋友叫咗兩個蛇羹餐。馳名鴦腸糯米飯+太史蛇羹 HKD 178 (我哋叫咗兩份) - 蛇羹本身已經配咗啲卜卜脆,一啲香草咁嘅嘢,所以我平時食蛇會落醋,但今次都覺得夠味唔使落,我覺得佢嘅蛇都幾足料,咁啱今日天氣凍,食完好暖身。糯米飯我略嫌佢比較淋,做唔到粒粒分明,生炒糯米飯新鮮香口嘅效果,所以有啲失望。性價比應該比起好多食蛇嘅地方低,屬於偏貴嘅價格,不過佢似係一間比較似酒家嘅地方,有好多唔同嘅小炒同埋煲仔飯,而且喺中環地區,同埋歷史悠久,我覺得都可以一試。

🗨蛇羹小窩 $450
小窩大約分到三碗多啲,其實試左可以分到每人一碗多啲。
老實講,甘嘅價錢,蛇肉實在太少,主要喺啲雞絲,冬菇,雲耳,少量魚肚(?),唔係太食到蛇肉,非常失望。
不過佢既碎碎好好食,炸得鬆碎兼唔油。

似屋企炒菜,唔油唔重味,清清地,幾好

🗨章魚雞粒蒜香荷葉籠仔飯 $190

總括來講,呢間名氣過大,收費都算貴(唔足料個真係好唔值)試過就算。

嚟到中環,個個都會嚟蛇王芬食!
平時好少食蛇,見今年真係好凍,所以就想試吓!
