We ordered the 雙拼 Roasted Meat + Chicken noodles, and the Roasted Duck noodles. Both the duck and Chicken were upgraded to the thighs, as the meat is tender there. We also ordered ice milk tea to go with it and it was flavourful and went well with the meat.

The noodles were big in portion and the meat provided was generous too. The good thing about ordering noodles is if you find the meat a little too raw for your liking, you can always dip it in soup. The meat was tender and juicy and I especially liked the roasted meat.

星期天同好友塊咗行山,由獅子山出發行到蘇屋村到終點,之後就去深水埗行咗陣買行山用品,準備搭巴士返屋企時見到呢檔燒味都幾多人排隊,順便斬料加餸經侍應介紹後要了2條燒腩仔同半隻燒鵝,見到啲色水好靚仔燒腩仔會連住少少骨,外皮燒得好香脆,返到屋企夜晚食時都仲勁脆皮,腩肉位有咬口得嚟都腍身老闆好好人專登揀隻靚仔嘅斬咗半隻燒鵝比我,鵝皮油香不斷,皮下脂肪恰到好處,鵝肉醃得入味,啲鵝汁唔會過鹹,口味獨特誘人,今晚又有得斬料加餸。

沒有買一整隻或半隻,因為只是想試試味道,不想吃太多。
幸好店員非常有彈性,能滿足我的要求。
淋上燒鵝汁後,只是看看樣子已經很想吃。
最外面的皮燒得非常脆和薄,皮和肉中間有點點肥膏,點到即止,而且非常有鵝味。
最值得讚賞的是完全沒有蘇味,這真是很多地方都做不到的。
聽店員說,這店有自設的工場,所以每樣燒味都是新鮮製造,絕對不會過夜。或者就是因為這樣,每款食物的味道都是最佳的。

相信每一個香港人都會食過不同種類的燒味,特別好多時媽媽都會買燒味加餸。而我對於燒味的味道相當揀擇,但今次食到呢間燒味店認真味道真係唔錯。燒味店內有很多不同種類嘅燒味,叉燒、燒鵝、乳鴿、燒肉、乳豬等等真係包羅萬有。價錢方面亦都抵食,最後就叫了燒鵝、乳鴿、燒肉、叉燒。燒鵝半隻推介燒味,燒鵝皮香帶脆,肉味相當濃郁而且肉嫩多汁唔會乾身,每口都啖啖肉,唔錯。燒骨平時啲人鍾意食燒肉,但我卻喜愛燒骨。因為燒骨肉味更加香濃,而呢間燒味店嘅燒骨嘅皮十分香脆加埋燒肉一齊食真係好夾,建議加埋芥辣醬一齊食真係會食唔停口。叉燒、滷水乳鴿。叉燒揀咗肥叉燒,佢嘅脂肪令食時更加甘香,而且最重要就係肉質唔會乾送飯一流,而屋企人就鍾意佢個乳鴿,講真呢間燒味店值得再食的。
