太耐冇探公公婆婆, 今晚收工打算斬料加送上婆婆屋企食飯。媽咪平時買開送都會幫襯呢間"快靚正", 所以媽咪吩咐落去呢間斬料。平時斬料, 燒味都係開放式係無遮無檔既環境下賣, 但呢度衛生情況值得一讚, 有屏風跟外界做阻擋, 免得出面既塵埃細菌沾污。而且望入師傅斬燒味既地方都很清潔, 令人食得放心。最好食既叉燒莫過於半肥瘦, 但唔係周圍可以食到, 呢度就有喇!!!叉燒上加上唔少叉燒汁, 肉質好林, 而且入味, 特別邊位帶有焦香味。港人斬料另一必斬既一定係白切雞:油雞表皮金黃, 肉質嫩滑, 不會有太厚既肥油層乳豬 看似幾脆, 所以買少少黎試試, 不過買到返屋企都開始林, 但肉質幾嫩, 建議堂食, 皮脆口感味道會更佳。當然唔少得妹妹至愛, 千吩咐萬吩咐都要order既乳鴿:雖然乳鴿價錢有點偏貴, 但一看乳鴿size絕對覺得值得! 非BB鴿, 相比較返大隻, 幾墜手。可以要求餐廳即炸, 但我就揀左鹵水乳鴿, 買返去都唔怕外皮變林。乳鴿很入味, 而且厚肉, 味道稍為偏鹹, 不用額外調味已經夠哂味, 肉汁豐富。很喜歡原隻食, 別有一番風味!

今天放假,去左行西九,今晚去探阿爸,佢最鍾意食燒鵝,一於買D比佢食,從西九天橋行去,落橋口有一間燒味店,望到廚窗掛滿燒味,有雞有鴨又有鵝,還有乳豬和燒肉、义燒等,所有燒味都掛或放廚窗内,好衛生,除左外賣,還可以堂食,但我要買比阿爸食,所以就斬料外賣。所有燒味放在廚窗內,清潔衛生,值得一讚!燒鵝半隻:皮薄脆,不會太肥,肉質鮮嫩,鵝香味濃郁!見到成盆义燒剛剛燒好拎出來,甘靚忍不住買了一些,瘦肉帶少許肥肉,肉質入味不會硬,加入甜甜的蜜汁好惹味。燒腩,阿爸除了喜歡燒鵝,也喜歡食燒腩,所以我又買了,肥瘦均匀,拎到返屋企個皮重脆,阿爸大讚好味!

同朋友行完西九龍中心,對面就見到呢間燒味茶餐廳,於是入左嚟試下,估唔到竟然咁抵食又好食我地叫左一碟乳豬例牌同燒腩、另外叫左碟叉燒飯加咸蛋,呢度的燒味真係相當唔錯,首先豬肉質素幾好,食落好嫩好易入口,乳豬皮同燒腩皮都非常脆口,乳豬皮切得非常薄,乳豬同燒腩都做到皮脆肉嫩,皮肉之間的脂肪亦都好爽口,叉燒亦都燒得好香,暖烘烘的食落真係覺得好幸福。另外我地仲叫左一碟椰菜同一碟生菜,都算唔錯嘅。另外除左燒味之外呢間茶餐廳仲有其他野食,我地叫多左個公司奄列試下,蛋同火腿都煮得恰到好處,以茶餐廳來說都算係不過不失。至於野飲方面我地就叫左一杯熱杏霜同熱檸蜜,飲完個胃即刻暖哂整體嚟講呢度的燒味真係一流,水準非常高,而且價錢唔算貴,以後再經深水埗呢頭都可以嚟返呢度斬料返屋企加餸了

今日放工和同事往深水埗探望還正在放產假的同事,睇BB之餘,同事說加雙筷一起吃飯。我們就決定要買點熟搶食加餸。不太熟路的我們在西九龍中心附近見到這間燒味茶餐廳,見到掛起的燒鵝油雞都很靚,正正是斬料加餸的好東西!我們買了半隻燒鵝、一隻乳鴿和一條燒腩骨。燒鵝半隻二百元有找,肉厚,啖啖肉。燒腩肉主要是買給新手媽媽吃的,因為豬肉正氣,結果皮脆、肥瘦得宜的燒腩肉在開飯前已被我們偷吃了一半!很少在燒臘店買到乳鴿,原來斬開都有很多件,是一隻大鴿!朋友還笑說這鴿的size跑贏了很多雞!很多人都說深水埗區在很多美食,果然不錯!而且全店的人都好nice,女店員好好,連切燒味的叔叔都好友善有傾有講!

至於燒腩仔 ($148/斤),外皮咬下脆卜卜,口感香脆鬆化,脂肪及瘦肉層層相間,約有四至五層,而最底層就連骨。肉質方面,入口軟腍無渣,而且肥瘦均勻相稱,味亦醃得剛好,肉味偏甜唔太鹹,又唔油膩,食到肉香,令人回味。下次有機會要試下其他燒味。

同朋友行完深水埗西九,臨走經過一間燒味茶餐廳,想入去食埋飯先回家,但朋友趕時間,陪吾到我食,望到d燒味都幾靚,就斬料返屋企先食。見到乳豬、燒腩燒得好靚,一於買多一點返屋企大家食。燒腩肥瘦相間,但不會太肥,肉質鮮嫩又夠味!斬料當然少不了我最喜歡的乳豬,皮脆肉嫩。望到師傅斬乳豬時,皮脆卜卜發出聲音,真令人唾涎。本來有燒腩和乳豬已夠了,但我臨走時見到師傅將燒鵝掛上架,他說是剛出爐的,見燒得咁靚,我又忍不住買了半隻回家,鵝都幾大隻,半隻已好大盒,鵝肉入味又嫩滑,鵝的香味令人齒頰留香。
