今晚去咗食泰國嘢,,呢間餐廳好特別,廚師同埋侍應都係地道泰國人。仲有個大露台可以喺戶外食嘢。超chill我哋要咗:椰汁雞湯Spicy and Sour Chicken Soup (w/ Coconut Milk)這道湯品結合了椰汁的香甜和酸的口感,雞肉鮮嫩,但我個人不知道這些酸味是由什麼材料煮出,應該是泰式秘製調味秘方。香草辣椒肉碎炒飯Minced Fried Rice (w/ Basil and Chilli)這道炒飯以香草和辣椒增添風味,最緊要是飯炒粒粒鮮味,炒得非常之好。飛天通菜Sauteed Morning Glory (w/ Bean Paste and Chilli)通菜經過快炒,搭配辣椒,口感爽脆。素菜春卷Deep Fried Vegetable Spring Roll脆皮春卷裡包裹著新鮮的蔬菜,外酥內嫩珍多冰Flour Jelly in Coconut Milk最後一定飲我最鍾意飲的泰式珍多冰。朝頭早我就會飲泰式奶茶,下次嚟到一定會飲泰式奶茶。Spicy and Sour Chicken Soup (w/ Coconut Milk)This soup combines the sweetness of coconut milk and a sour taste, with tender chicken. Personally, I’m not sure what ingredients contribute to the sourness; it must be a secret Thai seasoning recipe.Minced Fried Rice (w/ Basil and Chilli)This fried rice is enhanced with herbs and chili, and the most important thing is that the rice is cooked to perfection, with each grain flavorful.Sauteed Morning Glory (w/ Bean Paste and Chilli)The morning glory is stir-fried quickly, paired with chili, giving it a crisp texture.Deep Fried Vegetable Spring RollThe crispy spring rolls are filled with fresh vegetables, making them crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside.Flour Jelly in Coconut MilkFinally, I must drink my favorite Thai dessert, the flour jelly in coconut milk. 呢一間泰國餐廳嘅廚師同埋侍應都係泰國人,所以食物味道零舍地道好味,質素絕對有保證!另外呢度嘅環境舒服乾淨,設有室內室外嘅位置,無論係拍拖定係朋友聚餐都好適合🫶🏻🫶🏻冬蔭功(細)🥘$92冬蔭功湯嘅調味偏鹹,比較適合重口味人士,幾欣賞佢哋會將隻蝦切開幾份,方便我哋食,非常貼心!沙嗲串燒(六串)🍢$108今晚成餐飯最鍾意嘅就係呢一碟沙嗲串燒,一碟分別有雞、牛、豬各兩串,串燒本身已經有醬汁調味,另外仲配多咗一碟沙嗲汁俾大家點串燒同埋多士,好正好好味,大力推介🙌🏻🙌🏻菠蘿炒飯🍍$128炒飯入面除咗有勁多菠蘿之外,仲有雞絲、海鮮、肉鬆等等嘅配料,差唔多每一啖炒飯都食到菠蘿,甜甜酸酸咁非常開胃!鹹魚炒芥蘭🥬$98平時通常都係食椰菜或者通菜,今日店員推介我哋試吓佢哋嘅鹹魚炒芥蘭,幾欣賞廚師好細心,會切走芥蘭比較硬嘅部份嘅外皮,鹹鹹地咁都幾好餸飯!鮮青檸特shake冰🍋🟩$45呢一個青檸飲品好得意,上枱嘅時候會配埋一個調酒杯,真係有得shake㗎! 青檸味都幾清新好飲!白馬王子🤴🏻$45呢一個飲品係由馬蹄同埋椰汁整成,第一次飲呢個配搭,飲品入面仲有啲紅色同埋綠色嘅配料,增加口感~

今日朋友介紹咗去一間銅鑼灣嘅泰國餐廳食飯, 餐廳好大好chill, 裝修優雅有泰國特色, 仲有好大地方嘅戶外雅座入, 侍應全部都係泰國人,餐廳氛圍好有度假feel。我地叫左冬陰功湯, 烤豬頸肉沙律,馬拉盞炒通菜,皇宮大蝦蛋網炒金邊粉。冬陰功湯:配料豐富,蝦肉彈牙加上多種配料,湯底濃郁香氣撲鼻。烤豬頸肉沙律:豬頸肉香烤個口甘香美味,配搭生菜同青瓜一齊食清新爽口,口感豐富有層次。馬拉盞炒通菜:馬拉盞香氣濃郁帶點微辣好惹味,廚師烹調時間掌握得好好,唔會令到通菜炒得太淋剛剛好。皇宮大蝦蛋網炒金邊粉:金邊粉口感順滑配料豐富,大蝦份量都唔少仲好彈牙,蛋網做得好靚, 色香味俱全。

餐廳由外到內都裝修得充滿熱帶風情,周圍都係打卡位,感覺舒適,仲有室外露台庭園座位,夜晚有cocktail 供應,泰chill泰relax。餐廳menu 都係傳統泰國菜,職員同廚師都係泰國人,正宗好味道。🥣冬陰公幾足料,有草菇同鮮蝦,好香鮮甜惹味。🍍菠蘿炒飯配料豐富,有粒粒菠蘿,大蝦,墨魚仔,肉鬆,飯炒得乾身。🥬飛天通菜飛天醬辣得過惹,通菜爽口。🐷燒豬頸肉沙律豬頸肉燒得香口,肉質juicy。可以用生菜夾住一齊食,減少油膩感。🍹黃金夢鮮菠蘿汁加鮮芒果汁,幾甜幾好飲。🍹漫天飛花鮮火龍果加橙汁,清甜潤腸。⭐️餐廳環境一流,食物正宗,岩晒同朋友聚會相聚。
