今天天氣和暖最適宜到處走走,行經上環一帶真的改變不少。近這幾年塗鴉牆的魅力吸引不少訪客,還有老字號和新店舖的共融,成就了一個好去處。差館上街不經意發現一間茶餐室,見內裡裝潢不錯,順道來一個午餐吧!點了一個常餐,跟平常茶餐室的有少許不同。大多數的茶餐室是餐蛋麵之類,這𥚃是香芧豬扒,黃薑雞扒.....菜式比較特別。麵類可選的是福麵,金邊粉和米粉。我選擇了福字麵,充滿著我兒時回憶。餡料是黃薑雞扒,調味恰到好處,不過鹹,肉質軟腍。跟餐的還有炒蛋,火腿,香腸和牛油多士。炒蛋炒得嫰滑,中間位置還有蛋漿流出,火喉恰到。餐茶是茶走,茶味香濃,沒有被煉奶的甜膩遮蓋,順滑好飲。

點了一個常餐,跟平常茶餐室的有少許不同。大多數的茶餐室是餐蛋麵之類,這𥚃是香芧豬扒,黃薑雞扒.....菜式比較特別。
麵類可選的是福麵,金邊粉和米粉。我選擇了福字麵,充滿著我兒時回憶。
餡料是黃薑雞扒,調味恰到好處,不過鹹,肉質軟腍。

之前朋友講開發現上環有間榮華南洋冰室,以星馬舊式冰室為主題,供應東南亞美食,所以決定去試下。餐廳位於上環差館上街1A號地下。裝修有傳統茶檔風味,紙皮石地板、木枱凳,裝修簡約,很有南洋懷舊風。餐廳供應東南亞美食,如海南雞飯、串燒及咖央多士等美食。海南雞髀飯,用起骨雞髀,食落啖啖肉,雞髀肉嫩滑肉厚,配以泰式香茅雞油飯及醬汁,配黃薑飯,飯粒分明,香軟,味道香濃。特色豬扒脆豬包,豬扒有焦香感覺,不會太乾身,脆豬包亦非常香脆。咖央西多士,塗上馬六甲知名的咖央醬,入口滿是甜美椰香,甜而不膩,富地道風味。咖央厚厚的,絕不吝嗇。最後加上一杯奶茶同咖啡完美。

上星期同朋友講起外國遊客都好鍾意去上環行吓啲懷舊嘅地方,例如摩囉街,但其實我都未去過,所以即刻叫朋友今日帶我去行下。原來上環有好多特色食店,行行下見到有一座好sharp的建築物,大大個招牌寫住南洋冰室,有種好懷舊的感覺,就吸引左我地入去。食店裝修懷舊中帶點現代感,好乾淨,店員都好nice,真係冰室的價錢,餐廳嘅服務。食物味道都好好,咖吔多士甜度適中,新鮮整起熱辣辣👍特色豬扒脆豬包個醬汁好味,包皮又脆脆地!泰式香葉肉碎生菜包,唔油膩,碎肉豆角等加埋生菜一齊食感覺清新😋,值得一試。套餐奉送熱飲,咖啡奶茶幼滑,另外$15可以加油菜。

今日到上環工作,中午時間到處都是人,於是走上一點,一直走到古董街附近,看到有間人氣的西餐廳對面開了一間冰室,單看餐廳名字有南洋風味應該有新加坡菜,正好那刻十分想吃海南雞飯!特色午餐 (11:00-17:00)A. 海南雞脾飯(油飯) $68平身油飯另叫要加$5配酸辣汁和薑蓉感覺這是走地雞,比一般白切雞有咬口,雞味亦比較濃,脂肪少,雞皮又薄,感覺比較健康。黃色的油飯入口有油香而且粒粒有口感。配酸辣汁和薑蓉可以用來蘸雞肉之外,我還喜歡把醬汁加入油飯中,個人認為吃起來天美味。《椰青 $25》椰青很大個,汁甜清潤,椰肉爽口,很適合悶熱的天氣。其實整碟海南雞脾飯份量很足,但因為我的胃口比較大所以還多點了一份多士。《黑白西多士 $30》西多士煎得金黃香脆,碟上不油膩,有煉奶和朱古力漿,所以叫黑白西多士,而西多士中間亦夾有朱古力漿,但整體味道都不會太甜,可能我愛甜品吧!

風雨過後見天晴,於是於午飯時間獨自由中環自動行人扶手電梯直上到荷里活道然後一直行至上環文武廟一帶走走逛逛,再向前行走到了差館里上街。上斜的小巷內有間門面海藍色的冰室,十分旺場熱鬧,決定順便食個午飯。環境:雖然地方不大,但牆位巧妙地用上鏡面,令空間感即時增加,還有電視令獨食的食客有點娛樂。點了一個《南洋特色常餐 $58》黃薑雞扒 配金邊粉 本身配有炒蛋、火腿、腸仔、牛油多士(但我加$5轉做奶油豬)。本身配餐茶,但我加$13轉為《玫瑰梳打》泰國梳打和玫瑰飲料分開上,倒入後呈玫紅色很吸引,清涼解渴很消暑。湯底有炸牛蒡等作香料,所以十分香濃!黃薑雞扒外皮煎得香口微脆,襯熱入口實在惹味,肉質亦嫩。其實肚子已經很撐,但隨餐還有炒蛋、火腿、腸仔和焗得香脆而且塗上了煉奶的奶油豬,最後還是把全部吃下!下次要試試其他冬陰公湯麵。服務:有禮又醒目。

閒遊上環,原來差館上街開左一家都幾有南洋風味的餐廳,位置都幾隱蔽,唔講唔知開左喺嗰個位。熱狗薯角熱狗飽好濃,不過夠熱。薯角又好膿不過不失。冬蔭公湯金邊粉配燒豬頸肉湯金邊粉用左熱鍋上碟,幾特別。湯底酸酸的好開胃,而且加左索味的豆卜,好多舊呀好滿足!失望是豬頸肉好黑,又完全不熱,沒有燒的感覺,好似食像筋一樣。雞扒可能會較好!牛油雞翼午餐加十五蚊的小食,雞翼新鮮炸起,牛油味淡淡地。雞翼好厚肉,幾香口!食物勝在夠經濟,是區內少有的星泰餐廳。不過食物好膿,d色好黑唔知係咪無換油,加上店員不太友善,如果呢兩點可以改善就好了。

午餐加十五蚊的小食,雞翼新鮮炸起,牛油味淡淡地。雞翼好厚肉,幾香口!

食物勝在夠經濟,是區內少有的星泰餐廳。不過食物好膿,d色好黑唔知係咪無換油,加上店員不太友善,如果呢兩點可以改善就好了。

中上環有好多小店,一有時間我就會在附近覓食,今日經過門面帶有南洋風情的小店,就一於入去覓食。店內環境設計除了帶有南洋風情外,亦有香港八九十年代的設計,有懷舊的感覺。而食物方面,有晚餐、常餐,特色南洋推介小食、廚師精選及單點美食。冬蔭功鐵鍋肥牛札肉湯金邊粉晚餐半熟肥牛及札肉切得厚身,配上少許清新的沙律菜,好有誠意。而食物以原個鐵鍋盛載,出來仍是熱辣辣,夠滋味。香茅豬扒福麵常餐香茅豬扒醃得入味,配上少許清新的沙律菜,唔錯。常餐配上炒得滑溜的炒蛋,賣相美麗的雙腸及滿滿牛油的脆多士,唔錯。套餐加配的蒜香牛油雞翼我們每個套餐都加配了兩隻蒜香牛油雞翼,雞翼炸得香脆而且有蒜香牛油味,唔錯的小食。咖吔西多士超邪惡的美食,西多沾上的蛋漿香濃,炸得香脆,內裏塗上滿滿的咖吔醬,而外面有超多的煉奶和牛油,超豐富的甜品,超鐘意。餐飲凍檸茶凍檸茶的茶味濃厚。

首先 豬扒同豬頸肉燒到比較黑 睇落同平時茶記既唔一樣

個牛柳粒配汁好食

但係三款配既汁連埋飯食就唔好食 同飯唔夾 太濃

另外個茄紅飯味道適中 可以白食 唔建議配汁食

我地飯食曬 個冬陰公先黎。如果趕時間就唔好叫呢個餐
