早排朋友同我慶祝生日,特登帶我嚟呢間我哋都未試過嘅fine dining。我哋就揀咗六道菜嘅 6 Shades of Flavour ($980 pp)🍽我好鍾意食麵包所以成日都好期待餐廳嘅麵包,但佢呢度啲麵包就唔夠鬆軟,唔算好有驚喜。Amuse Bouche 係龍蝦汁啫喱配帶子粒 併炸帶子,我略嫌龍蝦汁嗰個作為餐前小食味道偏濃,炸帶子係幾香口嘅。頭盤我就揀咗Le Reve Caviar Secret (+$188),個牛好軟腍,煙燻味好濃。但魚子醬好似有啲少🤣成餐飯最好食嘅係Abalone Custard,鮑魚粒同蘆筍下面係豆腐加火腿,豆腐滑得嚟調味亦剛好,同一道菜式有幾種口感幾得意。French Quail 佢哋將鵪鶉煮至medium rare,有啲偏鹹,黑松露味亦偏淡。Boston Lobster 龍蝦好鮮甜,配紫心蕃薯食我都係第一次,幾新奇😂Slow Cooked French Dover Sole龍脷柳幾滑,份量都算大。甜品Dessert Surprise 係焦糖雪糕配風乾腐皮,幾有新意嘅配搭,兩者都幾夾。整體嚟講,食物唔算有驚喜,枱與枱之間嘅距離都幾近,如果呢個價錢有更多更加好嘅選擇🤭 continue reading

見到OpenRice 食評唔錯,諗住嚟試吓,結果中伏去之前服務員會再三提示最遲下午1:30要到達餐廳, 下午3:00便要立刻離座,一心諗住有一個1.5 小時的dining experience . 結果事與願違。午餐menu 一個烏冬索價$188, 五片鴨胸$288,冇餐湯冇甜品,只有一籃麵包,水也需要另外收費。食完兩位埋單用埋信用卡折扣都要七百幾蚊,好似冇食過嘢咁,最後去咗食牛腩粉!冇下次!!!!!!!!!!! continue reading

平安夜同男朋友book咗呢間Le Reve,諗住難得節日試下fine dining,滿心期待日本法國fusion菜會係點。我地當晚book左8:00,見行到差唔多就大概7:50上去,一打開lift門個waitress就好大聲地講「係咪8:00個轉架?未到你落返去等啦」,我地同同lift嘅情侶都面矇矇地落返去下面企。到8:00正我地就再搭lift,呢個時候見到一大班情侶唔係好高興咗行出lift,相信係俾人催埋單趕落黎。去到食物部分講真味道唔算太差,賣相都幾好,但未去到話好impressive,冇乜邊道菜會好記得,以呢個價位黎講係未達標。不過佢地無論介紹定係上菜等等都好趕,好似去左茶記咁。今次覺得Le Reve認真麻麻,食物還好,主要係因為服務同用餐經驗扣咗唔少分,希望只係因為聖誕節所以先至變差。 continue reading

見open rice 的評語不錯,朋友想去食生日飯一試。坐低第一件事,問今晚signature menu的surprise dish係咩,問左幾次都答唔到。第一次去呢間餐廳食fine dining,本身對食物質素唔抱有期望,但服務質素方面,至少有基本的水平。令人最深刻的事,通常係第一件/最後一件事。今晚出第一道菜賣相和味道已唔吸引,食左兩啖就停手。其後的每一道菜都無特色,到最後朋友們都覺得失望,唔知食緊咩。 4個人$5582埋單,呢個價錢真心唔值。 continue reading
