週年大優惠每晚九點後入座有半價優惠九龍城邊爐小店《打邊爐火鍋店》嚟到充滿泰國美食的感九龍城,今日目標不食泰國嘢,去一間比較隱世感樓上火鍋小店😊,依家週年大優惠,每晚九點後入座有半價優惠,湯底:節瓜鱆魚餐廳有好多同選湯底,揀咗比較難接觸到感節瓜鱆魚湯底,呢個湯底比較養生,不算好濃味,飲落去較清甜爽口👍🏻,肉類:傳說中的封門柳確實係傳說中,肉味鮮甜,牛味十足,不需要點豉油都非常之入味。丸類:三寶丸(墨丸/牛丸/豬丸)丸類方面,爽口彈牙,建議大家想吃丸類食物,就叫三寶丸或四寶丸,四寶丸會多咗龍蝦丸,每樣四粒,鍾意食陳皮感朋友應該會對牛丸感興趣架👍🏻,海鮮類:澳洲帶子帶子色澤靚,入口彈牙,非常甜鮮甜,加上份量都不少,大約有20粒左右,非常過癮😋,蔬菜類:炸芋條炸芋條可以稱得上系點精之作,外脆內軟,芋頭味十足,亦不會好粉,我同朋友都讚不絕口👍🏻,總結:九龍城雖然有好多泰國美食,但喜歡打邊爐亦朋友可以試試😊,順便說一句,係吃飯途中,聽到有人喺房入面唱k🤣,應該係屬於vip房或提早預約,如果是家庭聚會或是志同道合的朋友,book台時記得問下,咁樣應該會玩得盡興啲架👍🏻。 continue reading

去到見到餐廳見到為慶祝開業20周年,9點後入座有半價優惠,抵食🔥🔥今日我哋叫咗沙嗲湯底,湯味夠濃,重有好多嘅花生🥜粒,唔錯😎見到隔離枱叫咗蟶子皇,我都唔執輸,叫咗2隻嚟食😋非常新鮮👅價錢又唔貴,值得推介👍之後叫咗鱔片,切得好靚,好簿身,淥落去好快熟,食落非常鮮味😋除咗打邊爐,我哋重叫咗2個熟食,分別係椒鹽百福豆腐同椒鹽點粟米、茄子😋2個椒鹽都勁好食,唔會勁鹹,豆腐好滑,唔會太過乾身😋送酒1流👍總結: 9點後半價超抵,海鮮新鮮👍熟食有驚喜😋如果鍾意打邊爐食海鮮,1定唔可以錯過😊 continue reading

劉德華成日講,服務態度好緊要,呢樣嘢一般系打邊爐嘅場合都唔太適用,因為打邊爐一般都比人有粗獷啲嘅形象,同埋大家吵吵鬧鬧先有氣氛。但係兩杯落肚,幾句不合,氣氛就變成氣憤。最重要系會影響埋其他食客。我鍾意呢度打邊爐,就係因為氣氛舒服寧靜之餘,服務態度同客人質素都好高。侍應非常有禮貌,呢套背景音樂播住70年代歌曲純音樂, 聽住Carpenter 嘅音樂,唔會有急住要食曬嘅感覺,唔會有粗口橫飛,只係需要專注享受食物,同埋同家人朋友慢慢傾計。難怪呢開咗二十幾年,都依然屹立不倒。🍖食物質素都好高,我最想介紹嘅係湯底,系冬瓜瑤柱湯,聽落冇乜特別,分分鐘仲會以為係史雲X,少年你太年輕了,入邊係有真嘅瑤柱,我仲特登筆起嚟俾大家睇,冇諗過真係多成咁!咁都不特止,個冬瓜切成蝴蝶型,而最勁嘅係下面仲有好多舊腌咗嘅牛展肉,功能可以媲美金華火腿,但係食落就好食過火腿好多。🍖 牛肉方面我哋叫咗傳說中的封門柳,為咗保持神秘,我哋冇刻意去問點解係一個傳說,而係選擇咗自己去體會,個人認為牛味繫好足,紋理分明,而特別之處, 係咬落會有床褥嘅口感,我意思係佢會有輕微回彈,可能係我嘅錯覺,又可能系因為牛肉嘅切法,係一片肉中間切開兩邊,又唔切盡,形成一個人字,而產生出嚟嘅特別口感。🍖蔬菜拼盤同埋墨魚丸,都非常新鮮,配合埋佢個醬汁,我估計係xo醬加豆豉醬,非常好味。不過一定唔可以錯過推介炸響鈴。我哋可以點完其他先再決定要食響鈴,預計佢會遲嚟,但係都等多咗好一陣子,喺呢個等待嘅時間,我哋討論過,而且特別雀躍,我哋都估計系因為要即炸嘅關係而遲啲上枱,到嚟嘅時候,bingo,外面熱熱地,用筷子夾落去嘅時候已經索索聲,新鮮炸起真係零舍唔同。20年嘅老店自有佢生存之道,呢餐係一個特別宜舒適嘅打邊爐體驗。 continue reading
