《阿鴻》由差不多十多年前在觀塘返工開始,已經係我心目中鹵水系列既不二之選;個人黎講,返放工之後去咗中環再去大角嘴,幫襯《阿鴻》既機會少左;突然網上傳聞老闆退休在即,亦無意再續約最後既觀塘店,立即 call 齊家人去食番餐回味再回味!點左蒜香雞,炸蠔餅,蔡瀾撈麵,鹵水鵝片,啫啫芥蘭煲,素鵝六款菜。咁黎阿鴻,就梗係講講鹵水既喇。之前有OpenRice 網友提到鹵人冇味或淡;我哋都試過外賣有呢個情況;不過今次堂食水準就番曬黎。素鵝將鹵水既味道推到極致。一入口有陣甘,之後有陳皮八角既味道,口腔有陣餘韻,素鵝本身冇乜味但非常滑,好野黎。鹵水鵝片冇骨,厚度適中,鵝片底有鹵水豆腐。蠔餅個炸醬超級脆,熱上,成碟好多蠔仔粒,不愧為鎮店之寶。唯一不足,留意到碟底比較多油。蒜香鷄 (半隻)上菜靚仔,差唔多已起曬骨,鷄滑又啖啖肉,好多炸蒜粒,啲鷄好似豆腐咁冧,在座老人家都讚。七位食咗一千埋單,難得位位各有所好,今餐相當滿意。總結: 《阿鴻》好野黎,若果真係結業,實在非常非常非常可惜。 continue reading

趁阿鴻小吃就快結業,我和朋友搵咗晚來試吓佢嘅晚餐!我哋二人一共叫咗素鵝,滷水拼盤,蔡瀾撈麵,同糖水。蔡瀾撈麵上先,鵝油好豐富,令到個面好滑好有油香。滷水拼盤中規中矩,反而雞肉好食過鵝肉。最驚喜係素鵝,素鵝皮係腐皮,皮好薄好滑,滷水又唔鹹。整體來講恰到好處,非常之有驚喜,係我食過一生人中最好食嘅素鵝!整晚侍應姐姐嘅服務態度都超好,不單止有禮貌,仲不斷幫我哋加水,非常之估唔到。雖然價格就偏貴,兩個人買單都五百幾蚊,不過素鵝我係會encore嘅! continue reading

2022.09.21 慶生飯又來一個米芝蓮餐廳。這次是位於觀塘鴻圖道的潮州菜。撈麵的醬油鍋氣味有點重,有小蝦乾,芽菜與麵的份量差不多。鵝肝很入味,有淡淡的鹵水香,雖然沒有入口即化,但口感軟綿黏滑,可以一試。千層腐竹,每層都很入味,而且鹵水不鹹,味道剛剛好。值得一試鵝片份量還可以,肉質嫩滑入味。元蹄賣相不錯,但有騷味。墨魚口感彈牙,是推薦吃的。蠔餅火候控制得不錯,吃起來很脆,但蠔的分量並不多。十分推薦這個芥蘭非常鮮嫩,沒有菜渣。聞到杏仁香,吃不到杏仁味。感覺就是吃了一碗豬肺老火湯。份量可以夠兩個人分。店舖整體鋪面不大,有兩三間房,但因為係板間房月,所以隔音不是太好。鹵水可以一試;撈麵個人覺得有點油;湯味道還可以,用料也是不錯的。這間米芝蓮餐廳的店鋪裝潢一般,但價格上算是比較平民化,不過店內人手是真的嚴重不足,叫點菜也叫了幾次。 continue reading
