蟹籽沙律新鮮,青瓜絲清新爽脆。銀鱈魚西京燒相當滑溜香甜,富燒烤的香氣。 二人前鍋物選了美國安格斯和牛肉,豬骨湯底,附野菜豆腐籃。豬骨湯底鮮甜奶白,不油膩,讚!牛肉偏瘦富牛味,滿意!燒廣島生蠔不過不失,稍嫌蠔身不夠肥美。青檸梳打選了無糖;荔枝乳酸梳打選了少甜,甜度剛好,兩杯飲品皆不錯。室內環境不大,是甚具和風的細小居酒屋格局。這晚未夠6時就入座,然後陸續有顧客到來,相當熱鬧,看來晚一點到來的話要等位呢!

今日一個人吃飯,想起有朋友向我推薦這間位於旺角的居酒屋,就去試一試吧 😊🔸雜菌野菜香箱蟹鍋湯底鮮美,有多種雜菌和新鮮野菜,第一次品嚐香箱蟹,店員很貼心告訴我蟹的特點 🦀 蟹膏和蟹卵味道十分鮮甜 😍 🔸三色刺身盤有三文魚、油甘魚和北寄貝,刺身很新鮮味道鮮美 🍣 🔸明太子玉子燒玉子燒上滿滿的明太子醬,每一口都充滿了濃郁的美味 ❤️🔸蒜蓉燒帆立貝帆立貝搭配蒜蓉燒烤後香氣四溢,蒜蓉醬調味很不錯 👍🏻🔸味噌大腸味噌醬的醇厚與大腸的彈牙口感相得益彰,加上少許焦香很惹味 😋🔸菠蘿乳酸梳打菠蘿的香甜與乳酸的微酸結合,口感清新又帶點開胃 🍍就算是一個人用餐,店員亦有熱情招呼,體驗十分良好 🫶🏻
