I dined at Flames recently, and it was a mixed bag. The beef cheek was exceptional—tender, flavorful, with a vibrant salsa sauce that added a zesty kick, showcasing the kitchen’s skill. However, the chicken wings were bland, lacking seasoning, which was a letdown. Worse, the restaurant’s outdoor-only setup was unbearable for a non-smoker like me. People smoking nearby made the air heavy, ruining the meal’s enjoyment. An indoor area for non-smokers would make a huge difference. Despite prompt service, the smoky environment and tasteless wings left me hesitant to return, though the beef cheek was a highlight.

Flames本身都聽過朋友介紹過，今次第一次去試。比預期更加好食🥹今次我哋去咗海濱匯既分店，雖然舖頭喺商場入邊，但環境好chill，好有氣氛！服務態度我俾滿分，店員超級nice！卡邦尼薄餅🧀🍕薄餅上有意式煙肉、鵪鶉蛋、意大利奶酪芝土、忌廉、巴馬臣芝士同馬蘇里拉芝士等等。咬落去好豐富，雖然有三種芝士但係唔會好漏同埋好拉絲！煙肉烤到好香，餅底咬落去有彈性，仲有脆脆地🤪10安士肉眼扒配 忌廉薯蓉 🥩我哋嗌咗五成熟，牛扒煎得好香，肉質超粉嫩，同埋好Juicy！薯蓉打得好軟滑，好重忌廉既味道🥔🥔LYCHEE LEMONADE 🥂飲品叫左冇酒精既mocktail，杯飲品漸層粉紅色好靚😗飲落去酸酸甜甜，幾清新🫶🏻呢間餐廳OpenRice訂位經常做緊優惠！有興趣嘅朋友仔，可以留意吓😎

一直都係鰂魚涌flames嘅常客，FLAMES CARBONARA LINGUINE 同CRUMBED FISH BURGER & FRIES都係同男朋友必點嘅食物。但自從轉左新menu之後 LINGUINE 偏咸，而 FISH BURGER 塊魚柳細左好多，炸得唔夠所以口感會好鬆散。但整體而言環境幾清幽，露天環境見其他人都會叫杯酒坐底chill下，但打卡嚟講晚上就會難啲，因為冇乜街燈淨係店內廚房會光少少，客人枱面會有一盞小燈，情侶一齊食都幾浪漫
