🥰望到Menu樣樣都好吸引呀,最後就叫店員推薦啦,除咗潮州菜必食嘅鵝三寶之外,我哋仲叫咗老菜脯豬肚湯同埋芋頭炒香飯添🪿鵝三寶(鵝掌+鵝翼+鵝肝)每次食潮州嘢,鵝掌同鵝翼就係我嘅最愛,而呢款鵝三寶除咗有晒鵝掌同外翼之外,仲有鵝肝添,西式嘅鵝肝我就食得多啦,潮州口味嘅鵝肝都係第一次食,鮮甜又滑嫩嘅鵝肝香氣醇厚,入口綿密細緻,用滷水滷製而成嘅鵝肝仲帶有特別嘅風味,非常值得一試🐖老菜脯豬肚湯湯頭鮮甜嘅豬肚湯,飲落帶有陣陣嘅胡椒香味,加埋酸酸甜甜菜脯,非常開胃又解膩,而且豬肚咬落夠哂入味又有咬口,啱晒而家呢個天氣飲呀🍚芋頭炒香飯帶有飯焦嘅芋頭炒飯,上枱個陣芋頭香味撲鼻,而且粒粒分明,用料十足,一煲夠哂4個人食呀😋下次我哋要試埋另外其他野先😍 continue reading

不是朋友帶我來,經過也可能不會留意到的神秘門口~😆門後是一家小小的潮州特色手工菜館! ⭐ 魚露浸花甲 $218潮州喜歡凍吃海鮮,凍蟹,烏頭,這次試花甲!以淡鹹的魚露浸花甲,味道不會太搶帶出花甲的鮮甜~ 花甲也肥美,啖啖肉~ ⭐ 鵝粉肝 $128以鹵豆腐墊底,厚切的粉肝放上面~ 粉肝的濃郁和清香的豆腐恰到好處。⭐ 清燉荷包鱔 $88@荷包鱔真的是買少見少了,以荷葉包著鱔魚肉,用芹菜絲裹好,再燉湯~ 湯頭非常清甜,魚肉香滑。⭐ 富貴石榴蟹 $98@很精緻的presentation,上面有一些厚實的蟹膏,裡面包著滿滿的蟹肉餡料,上面淋上薄薄的芡汁~就是有名的潮州手工菜石榴蟹!⭐ 汕頭煎蠔烙 $128超多蠔仔,粒粒飽滿肥嘟嘟!⭐ 川椒雞頸肉 $168餐廳用上日本走地雞,以川麻手法烹調,挺有獨色。❤️ 韮菜粿 $68一口size很方便吃,可以加上一點辣椒醬會更惹味! continue reading

中秋是眾多佳節中十分喜歡的節日,中秋正日不方便慶祝,只好與閨蜜一同迎接「迎月」慶祝。閨蜜胃口好轉,自選到此吃翅。訂座時,店家表示有單點的燉魚翅,亦有魚翅套餐,人少本已較難點菜,$588 /2位的套餐有鵝有翅,正好合適。滷鵝很柔潤軟滑,件件滷鵝均豐腴肥美,滷水味香而不過鹹,吃多了可用酸醋解膩。菜膽翅是重頭戲,翅頭與翅針都相當粗壯,菜膽火腿湯清中帶咸鮮,加小許芫荽於近乎滾燙的翅湯中,芳香撲鼻。單以翅湯計,已值回半價。沙茶炒製的牛肉滿滿的覆蓋了埋在肉下的菜芯,份量絕無欺場,大概是佳節臨近,客人很多的緣故,牛肉和菜芯都炒得不及早前在另一姊妹店的相同出品。芋頭香飯的食材很簡單,但飯如其名,充滿油香,是美味的碳水化合物。 continue reading
