申子一向都出哂名高質,今日又掛住佢喇,所以過咗嚟食晚餐☺️我哋坐單邊卡位,都幾舒服~佢哋成日都會有啲新品推出,今次呢個menu樣樣都好吸引,有和牛又有蟹膏~我今次就揀咗呢個申子海膽和牛燒 ($378),本身睇相已經覺得好吸引,仲要有店員親自細心烹調添!首先會將和牛燒熱,之後就會將飯夾入去,每面都燒至五成熟就會加上海膽同魚子,真係超正呀!入口即溶,而且和牛同海膽都幾match,一啖食真係有少少意猶未盡😌另外我哋亦叫咗上次嚟食都有叫嘅拖羅蓉脆米餅 ($98),本身拖羅都好澎湃,配合米餅食口感非常豐富~另一樣次次都叫嘅仲有極上鹽燒牛舌芯 ($128),每次食都好有水準,牛味足,口感亦完全唔會韌,我最鍾意就係加埋柚子鹽,令牛舌味道更出!男朋友話一定要食吉列千層豚肉 (三重芝士) ($238) 喎!呢個啲芝士真係爆哂出嚟,而本身啲豚肉油脂都好豐富,超滿足呀~~而蓬松玉子 ($108)都好有驚喜,佢唔似一般玉子比較實心,而佢係有啲流心,有芝士香氣,蛋味亦好濃!最後都比佢個軟芝士黑豚卷 ($48),吸引咗,軟芝士同黑豚味道好平衡,完全唔覺得邊一個有搶戲,做得好好~整體嚟講呢一間居酒屋有創新料理,而且又有啲大路嘢食,可以食得非常滿足🤗🤗 continue reading
