見到隔離枱叫左薄餅好吸引,看似Pizza但佢地但叫做pinsa,pinsa同平時食既pizza最唔同既就係佢個形狀,pizza多數都係圓形而pinsa就係橢圓形既,呢款Pinsa用上羅馬最出名既Pecorino Cheese同炸過既豬面頰肉,豬頰肉口感似煙肉但油脂較高,入口即溶,真係超好食😋

星期日午餐乜都冇食,瞓晏覺醒黎已經5pm,上次係YT見Ricky San 介紹心血來潮去試吓依間餐廳可能疫情關係去到得三枱客,由賓賓主力做侍應,不過咁樣仲好過環境好靜,樓底又高,坐得好舒服打開餐牌睇見都好多意大利人先至識做嘅菜,侍應介紹之下試咗杜拜生蠔,牛骨髓,沙律,小腸意大利闊條意粉,烤魚,tiramisu生蠔冇乜特別,細細隻咁,只係帶子位比較甜,牛骨髓純粹好奇試吓,本身冇乜味要靠蒜蓉鹽調味,都係比較肥膩,不宜多試比較特別嘅係小腸寬條麵,處理方法係保留咗牛仔飲奶係條腸入面,連汁煮,意粉係正宗Al dents, 整體食落口感creamy 烤魚巧妙咁保留左條魚嘅完整外型但係起咗骨,烤得來d肉又唔乾,好好食比較失望係tiramisu, 忌廉發得太輕,杏仁餅乾亦未浸透,所以最後加咗杯甜酒結尾,杯酒唔單只係甜而且飲落有一啲好鮮嘅果味,好似加咗一啲新鮮嘅果汁入去咁,個位侍應都幾smart,知道我想將杯酒同對方分享,即刻喺隔籬枱拎左隻酒杯過嚟俾我哋用呢間嘢可以再試,下次試意大利牛扒

可能疫情關係去到得三枱客,由賓賓主力做侍應,不過咁樣仲好過環境好靜,樓底又高,坐得好舒服

打開餐牌睇見都好多意大利人先至識做嘅菜,侍應介紹之下試咗杜拜生蠔,牛骨髓,沙律,小腸意大利闊條意粉,烤魚,tiramisu


生蠔冇乜特別,細細隻咁,只係帶子位比較甜,牛骨髓純粹好奇試吓,本身冇乜味要靠蒜蓉鹽調味,都係比較肥膩,不宜多試

比較特別嘅係小腸寬條麵,處理方法係保留咗牛仔飲奶係條腸入面,連汁煮,意粉係正宗Al dents, 整體食落口感creamy
烤魚巧妙咁保留左條魚嘅完整外型但係起咗骨,烤得來d肉又唔乾,好好食

比較失望係tiramisu, 忌廉發得太輕,杏仁餅乾亦未浸透,所以最後加咗杯甜酒結尾,杯酒唔單只係甜而且飲落有一啲好鮮嘅果味,好似加咗一啲新鮮嘅果汁入去咁,個位侍應都幾smart,知道我想將杯酒同對方分享,即刻喺隔籬枱拎左隻酒杯過嚟俾我哋用


呢間嘢可以再試,下次試意大利牛扒
