今日黎到上環搵食👣,見到柏廷坊有間食法國菜🇫🇷既社企餐廳,於是上左去試下😃~入面燈光暗暗地,情調不錯🤗~仲有個小小既蠟燭🕯添!佢最近推出左個6 Course Tasting Menu,宜家有special offer,每位$438(原價$680/person),好抵食🤑!麵包:2款麵包🍞,質感好煙韌,仲配有牛油、橄欖油同微辣既番茄🍅,加埋味道就豐富d😺。北海道帶子二重奏:帶子刺身配意大利魚子醬(左)及日本山葵併海鹽香煎帶子(右):左邊既帶子刺身非常鮮味🤩,碟邊有醬油同山葵,幾有美感💃🏻。不過山葵就比較淡味,用半舊都吾辣👌🏻~右邊海鹽香煎帶子經調味,比較香口👅。2款都好好食,不過個人喜歡日式🇯🇵嗰個多d~蟹肉蘆筍義大利飯:其實呢個系冇義大利飯🍚既,系用蘆筍切粒整成義大利飯質地同口感,非常特別😌!蟹肉🦀鹹鹹地,鮮味好食。上面塊葉食落似紫蘇葉🌿,好香~招牌龍蝦湯:味道香濃👃🏻,真材實料,仲有1舊龍蝦添🧡!香橙雪葩:食main course之前要清清味蕾,香橙🍊雪葩酸酸甜甜,好清新好開胃🍧~香煎銀鱈魚·番茄香蒜薄奶油汁:銀鱈魚🐟魚肉香滑鮮嫩,魚皮仲系脆添架😎!魚下面仲有幾塊意大利青瓜🥒,同平時
