向來愛吃香口之物,決定先拿點酥餅小吃埋位,有英式提子鬆餅、焗蘋果卷、榴槤酥和麵包布甸。榴槤,對筆者來說,某程度上是一種禁忌,但估唔到這裡的榴槤酥做得很不錯,外層酥皮咬下鬆化,而榴槤餡料,吃起來既香濃又不霸道。

之後嘗了日本和菓子、蛋撻、合桃酥和椰撻,幾款之中,以新鮮出爐嘅蛋撻和合桃酥最得人鍾意,前者熱辣辣,蛋香濃郁;後者合桃酥鬆化脆口,甜度適中,且毫不油膩。接著一碟取了紅豆蓉銅鑼燒、彩虹千層糕、椰汁西米糕、菊花桂花凍糕四款,銅鑼燒較令人失望,餅皮偏硬、而且紅豆蓉口感甜膩;反而彩虹千層糕,水準唔錯,煙煙韌韌,椰香在最後才慢慢滲出來。

最後以豆腐花作結,豆腐花雖然並非手磨,但味道天然,夠曬滑溜,交足功課。以不用 $100 的價錢,可以一次過品嘗咁多款甜品,實在超值。也順帶一提之前去探訪老友的小食亭,其實是位於源禾遊樂場入面,網球場旁邊,環境很不錯,風景優美。

服務員態度差,是因為我用open rice打電話去,係個男職員聽電話,當轉駁去其他電話就cut左我電話!都算吧!第二次再打去個女職員同我講,話佢e到無男職員做,全公司都係女仔!死都話我打錯,同佢講我係用open rice 打嚟點會錯啊!總死都話我打錯!態度語氣非常差!但當我去到現場係有男職員,先最嬲!去到,個個都好似完全唔熟識酒店設施,例如:問有冇俾bb換片地方,佢答我佢未去過,唔太清楚!😱係一間酒店到做,竟然答唔清楚!食物又一般都算!總要咁既價錢可唔可以俾返少少水準呢!

煙三文魚、牛脷、吞拿魚沙律、四喜烤夫、蕃茄水牛芝士、蕃茄沙律、豬頸肉沙律及香糟鳳爪,可以說是集合了中西式的開胃菜,個人喜歡豬頸肉沙律,煙煙韌韌有嚼口之餘又清新。
