磅太太以飲酒為主,餐牌菜式選擇不算太多,主要以佐酒輕食為主,主菜份量亦點到即止,反而酒品選擇就頗為豐富。

Mocktail雖然只有幾款選擇,但款式挺特別。

左: Gardener's Gin &Tonic($120)

用特別方法去除Gin酒內酒精的Mocktail,由於工驟繁複,所以定價比普通mocktail貴。入口除了檸檬酸味,還有淡淡的煙燻味,幾特別。

食到最後一定要來返個甜品啦,最後的甜品是Kumquat Halo Halo,Halo Halo源自菲律賓,意思是攬拌。餐廳加入自家元素改良,混合各國傳統甜品,底部是印尼的珍多冰,香港的芒果西米露,Popcorn打成的泡沫跟金橘雪糕,味道亦好好.
這裡的服務員好有禮貌,態度很好,用餐時見到一有客人入來時,感覺上好似去朋友家中作客一樣,下次一定要再去食下其他食品.

One of my friends recommended me this particular cafe as he knew that i loved South East Asian food and they do it with a fusion touch. Crispy unagi - Japanese eel was grilled till the skin was crispy and yet the meat was still very soft and smooth. The marinated sauce make it very sweet and flavourful. Fish skin chip was added on top of it to enhance the taste and texture of it.
