這間小菜館座立於長沙灣同荔枝角之間的橫街之中。這個地理位置, 令到它只能做街坊生意, 或者是附近商店的生意。有朋友在這一帶的工廠區上班, 他的FAREWELL飯是在這間餐廳食的。見到賣相不錯, 味道又特別, 就介紹了我們來一起開飯。先看看餐牌吧, 其實菜式不少。先介紹第一道菜, 鵝肝拼盤。上面的鵝肝都是經酒釀過的, 味道非常特別。酒的苦味, 蓋過了鵝肝不好的味道, 又不會過苦。因為鵝肝始終是重味道的東西, 它的味道蓋過了一半來自酒的苦味。這個竹笙翅真的材料十足,  沒有用粉絲來填滿空位。是有10人或以上的份量。真的好適合用作FAREWELL/ GATHERING。這個炸豆腐, 雖然睇落好簡單, 但是它的炸粉是6面平均的。無論邊個角度咬落去, 都口感非常脆。這是鷹鯧魚, 中間最好吃的魚柳都被切了出來。食客只需輕鬆地夾起魚柳就可以食了。

星期六晚,經過青山道,發現到青山道出現了很多間新裝修的細餐廳,西式,日式,火鍋等,見到潮州小館,最近想食竽泥,就决定試呢間餐廳。入到去已經九成滿座。呢間食店,味道唔濃,唔油膩,食材算新鮮。坐低很肚餓,要左一份鵝片飯,一碗蠔仔粥。鵝片肉 肉質結實,味道唔錯蠔仔粥等左45分鐘先到。但蠔仔就少左啲,味道淡,應該沒有落味精,健康啲。四喜燉魚膠,原來魚膠似豬皮,並不是花膠,同我的期望有落差。味道淡口。終於等到我最中意既竽泥,味道約好,但竽泥一舊舊,未夠糊狀,冇加"鄧麵" 的結果

咁岩喺深水埗有嘢做就嚟呢間朋友介紹嘅小菜館,鋪面好大但係只有兩三台客人,我哋點左個四人餐。一盤蟹肉燕窩羹夠分五至六碗,有唔少蟹肉燕窩非常多,小菜可以選三款,我哋叫咗滷水拼盤、啫啫什菜煲同四喜魚膘,全部都幾好食,特別鍾意滷水拼盤入面嘅豬耳入味又夠“煙韌”,軟骨爽脆。仲有一個蠔仔粥,又係份量好大最少夠分六碗,材料仲有冬菇、豬肉碎同埋紫菜,足料好味。值得一讚嘅係所有嘢上菜嘅時候都好熱👍🏻上菜夠快而且所有服務員都有笑容同有禮貌。雖然係星期一,但一間餐廳咁大得咁少客人,真係好擔心佢做唔長😅

咁岩喺深水埗有嘢做就嚟呢間朋友介紹嘅小菜館,鋪面好大但係只有兩三台客人,我哋點左個四人餐。


一盤蟹肉燕窩羹夠分五至六碗,有唔少蟹肉燕窩非常多,小菜可以選三款,我哋叫咗滷水拼盤、啫啫什菜煲同四喜魚膘,全部都幾好食,特別鍾意滷水拼盤入面嘅豬耳入味又夠“煙韌”,軟骨爽脆。


仲有一個蠔仔粥,又係份量好大最少夠分六碗,材料仲有冬菇、豬肉碎同埋紫菜,足料好味。


值得一讚嘅係所有嘢上菜嘅時候都好熱👍🏻上菜夠快而且所有服務員都有笑容同有禮貌。


雖然係星期一,但一間餐廳咁大得咁少客人,真係好擔心佢做唔長😅

放lunch同同事黎左呢間餐廳食飯,我就叫左個滑蛋蝦仁飯,個賣相都幾吸引,但係個汁就淡而無味,就好似食緊濕左嘅飯咁,唔知係一時失手定本身都係咁,總之唔啱我口味。我同事叫左菜遠牛肉飯,佢就話好味唔難食!

早陣子在北角的梅花村小館用餐,念念不忘,作為九龍人到北角實在太遠了,所以今次跟家人吃團年飯,便特意先致電長沙灣的梅花村小館訂枱。長沙灣的梅花村小館,裝修富有中國風格,空間寬敞,比北角店更適合一家大小晚餐用膳。粟米魚肚羹我們先叫了粟米魚肚羹,用料多,每一口都是滿滿的爽滑魚肚。臘味炒芥蘭芥蘭新鮮脆口,臘腸香甜。瑤柱蛋白炒飯真材實料,每一口都有瑤柱。西芹炒蝦球西芹爽脆,蝦球爽甜。蜜桃咕嚕魚塊大大塊蜜桃,酸酸甜甜的魚塊。糖醋麵大愛糖醋麵。麵餅烤至香脆,配以砂糖及醋,既酸且甜,是必點之選。瑤柱海鮮雜菜煲很欣賞這個海鮮煲,沒想到瑤柱和蝦乾可以這麼多,蔬菜種類多,爽口清甜。反沙芋勁愛這個反沙芋。端上枱時,熱辣辣,夾進口裡必須小心。砂糖炒至香脆,完全包圍著芋頭塊,熱氣逼出了陣陣的芋頭香,外脆内軟,難以想像如此簡單的材料可以如此美味,足見廚師的廚藝了得。八道菜,只是七百多元,認真抵食。

勁愛這個反沙芋。端上枱時,熱辣辣,夾進口裡必須小心。砂糖炒至香脆,完全包圍著芋頭塊,熱氣逼出了陣陣的芋頭香,外脆内軟,難以想像如此簡單的材料可以如此美味,足見廚師的廚藝了得。

今日約咗幾個舊同事食飯,去公司附近試吓間新嘅潮州嘢,可能今日假期要等位、等左10分鐘到就有位喇,不過要搭枱,由於太肚餓關係搭枱都照殺,環境唔係太靚但都叫舒服。睇下個餐牌$880一隻滷水鵝、其實都唔平、當然我地得四個人一定唔會叫一隻啦!再睇下原來有四人餐四百幾蚊有三餸一湯一個炒飯呢個都幾抵食、我哋要左一個胡椒豬肚鹹菜湯、梅都骨、鮮魷魚炒蜜豆、滷水拼盤、加個炒飯。胡椒豬肚鹹菜湯,好味,豬肚冇臭味淡淡胡椒香、又唔會太辣、未到啱啱好鮮魷魚炒蜜豆、冇咩特別梅都骨、依個比較失色、其實個汁係好味嘅,但係肉裏面就完全冇味比較淡炒飯好味👍🏻 有雞肉、瑤柱絲、蝦肉粒、松子做料、飯完全唔油、粒粒彈牙又香口!滷水拼盤、好味👍🏻👍🏻鵝肉香滑滷水入味唔會太鹹、雞蛋豬耳豆腐都好好味!必食推介!

無諗過O係荔枝角區食中餐都會比我搵到驚喜; 本來一行4人想是但入一間企企理理既鋪頭醫肚.  行過梅花村比陣好索既鹵水香味引左入o黎.  4個人, 一人叫一碟, 好快就有野食.  第一味係鹵水鵝.  鵝肉甚厚而且唔肥膩, 有滑滑豆腐墊底, 鹵水汁真材實料, 五香味濃郁, 唔會得個鹹字.  好抵讚 其實佢地味味都唔鹹, 最怕出面食飯遇到D師傅好重口味.平時無乜幾可叫咁熱氣又高胆固淳既椒鹽鮮尤, 炸得鬆化但鮮尤又無渣好咬口, 今日放縱一下都值得.  另外, 麻醬山藥十分清新, 一般麻醬都係配青瓜, 配山藥夠新鮮感.  而且碟頭唔細, 街坊價, 街坊小菜口味.  5蚊位茶, 10蚊酸菜, 連加一4位先係400蚊.  已經諗定下次叫乜野.  但無得傾 -- 鹵水鵝就一定係胆.
