唔係講笑,第一道菜已經驚艷到我,從來未食過咁足料嘅茶碗蒸,真係⁠啖啖都係有蟹肉有魚肉,但係蛋依然係好滑,又唔會好似之前食過個d為左追求滑而變得好水、碎曬,而係保留到蒸蛋應有嘅口感。蒸蛋裏面加左高湯,味道非常⁠鮮甜,鹹味適中,作為第一道菜真係好暖胃、令人覺得舒服。

🤤兵庫縣生蠔

尼隻生蠔勁啦,師傅話佢叫⁠夢追星,係生蠔界嘅銅獎當選,咪見佢細細粒咁,原來個殼好深,舊肉好大舊,一夾就成舊肉擺入口好滿足,食落肉質爽得黎有少少creamy,帶有海水同埋好鮮甜嘅蠔味,完全唔腥。

🤤海膽炸天婦羅帶子

未食過尼個組合,新奇又好味,口感好豐富,紫菜同天婦羅帶子脆脆地配上濃郁海膽順滑、入口即溶嘅口感真係好正。雖然⁠帶子係炸嘅,但係佢勁juicy唔會乾,個炸衣皮仲要超級薄脆、香口,話佢係我食過最好食嘅炸衣都不足為奇。睇得出師傅唔係單純追求食材新鮮咁簡單,而係一d到微細嘅功夫,就好似炸衣咁都落足心機。

🤤西澳龍蝦

蝦頭膏嘅味道好濃郁,加上⁠三文魚籽作為天然調味料,粒粒飽滿爆汁,用鹹味帶出龍蝦肉嘅鮮。而個⁠龍蝦刺身就爽口少筋,味道好甜!佢嘅三文魚籽用醬油醃,唔係鹽,所以唔似平時食個d咁,唔會死鹹。

🤤右口魚刺身

刺身包住燒香左嘅右口魚邊,一擺入口油香,仲有蔥花同柚子醬balance番d味道,唔會話好油膩,刺身本身為道菜加番d口感,唔會有魚腥味同筋。

🤤紫蘇葉鰻魚天婦羅

本身已經有鹽,唔洗點醬~ 炸玩魚肉依然好嫩,唔會乾身,重點係無魚骨!裏面包左⁠紫蘇葉去腥,⁠炸衣薄,鬆脆(平時唔鍾意食炸野,刮口腔,但尼個唔會,望落乾身,食落唔會好油膩)

🤤刺身 (全部唔洗點醬油,因為魚味夠曬新鮮同埋市府已經幫你調好味)

- 赤貝:新鮮爽脆!飯暖暖地,一口過、唔會好多飯,可以留多d位食其他野。
- 酸橙鰤魚:師傅話你條魚食橙大🍊 就算條魚唔肥,食落都無筋、肉質滑身,味道意外地清爽、有少少橙香味。
- 瀨尿蝦:熟嘅但涷食,肉身唔老,仲好嫩,大大舊肉,完全唔手軟。
- 雪花拖羅:油花平均,入口即化!wasabi balance番唔會過份油膩,調味剛剛好~
- 黑陸魚:燒左魚皮,超級香!一入門口就聞到隔離台食嘅味道。食落都有灸燒味!
- 醬油漬吞拿魚背:十字切,醬油入味,唔會太鹹,味道岩岩好!吞拿魚味濃,魚肉好嫩,完全無筋,大滿足~

食左咁多已經好飽,師傅仲好貼心咁問我到最後兩個手卷,要吾要少d飯,如果到時覺得唔夠可以再加番。

🤤北海道海膽

超級creamy,鮮甜又唔醒!啖啖大滿足🥺❤️好好味,份量多到⁠分三次食,一擺入口都係爆曬出黎!自己睇相啦,份量真係唔手軟,我見到都相信唔到。

🤤京蔥吞拿魚蓉手卷

蘿蔔乾配天婦羅碎同埋京蔥吞拿魚蓉, 口感豐富,蘿蔔爽脆再加上天婦羅碎鬆脆,係雙重享受。食到最後都有魚肉,唔會得第一啖係餡,之後得飯。

🤤四重奏麵豉湯

由武田、赤、白同西京面豉整成嘅麵豉湯配上幼身嘅香紫菜味道好有層次、香甜、帶有少少微酸balance番個味道,同一般麵豉湯根本無得比。

🤤最後嘅雞蛋布甸、紅豆雪糕

榊原位於天后電氣道,從地鐵站出口不用5分鐘便到,地點方便。一入到去好有日式格調,餐廳內裝修簡單,一絲不苟,很多小擺設也看得出設計者的心思,而且值得一讚的是餐廳座位安排得不算很迫,令人感覺舒服。晚餐有二個套餐俾我哋選擇,我哋就叫咗個最貴嘅set。日本長崎縣華漣幾厚身,蠔身黑邊較少,食落海水味不會過鹹,肉質鮮甜、口感結實,是眾多蠔之中最鮮甜的!這款生蠔雖然是最細隻,但肉身佔的比例多,值得推薦。煮鮑魚鮑魚煮得非常入味,又軟又腍,口感極佳,柔韌有咬口,唔會有絲毫因過熟而導致「韌」嘅情況出現。總結而言,餐廳環境予人感覺高貴光亮,悠閒舒適,而菜餚真材實料,製作專業出色,味道新鮮高質,是適合所有慶生或聚會的餐廳。

榊原位於天后電氣道,從地鐵站出口不用5分鐘便到,地點方便。一入到去好有日式格調,餐廳內裝修簡單,一絲不苟,很多小擺設也看得出設計者的心思,而且值得一讚的是餐廳座位安排得不算很迫,令人感覺舒服。

晚餐有二個套餐俾我哋選擇,我哋就叫咗個最貴嘅set。

日本長崎縣華漣
幾厚身,蠔身黑邊較少,食落海水味不會過鹹,肉質鮮甜、口感結實,是眾多蠔之中最鮮甜的!這款生蠔雖然是最細隻,但肉身佔的比例多,值得推薦。

煮鮑魚
鮑魚煮得非常入味,又軟又腍,口感極佳,柔韌有咬口,唔會有絲毫因過熟而導致「韌」嘅情況出現。

總結而言,餐廳環境予人感覺高貴光亮,悠閒舒適,而菜餚真材實料,製作專業出色,味道新鮮高質,是適合所有慶生或聚會的餐廳。
