到处试新店的我今天来尝试的是铜锣湾的鮨本,选择的是午市780的套餐,整体表现是不错的,师傅也很热情。首先是蟹肉茶碗蒸,蟹肉挺多的。之后是剥皮鱼配肝酱,非常好吃。之后是吉列魔鬼鱼,出乎意料的juicy好吃。然后是寿司的部分包括春子鲷 伊佐木 北极贝 池鱼 花竹虾 赤身酱油渍 缟虾 小肌 白海胆 大托罗这些。寿司整体正常好吃,最为惊艳的是花竹虾,师傅烧的大约3分熟,恰到好处,里面是糖心的,很好吃。最后干瓢卷我不喜欢,师傅还很慷慨的换成了鮟鱇鱼肝手卷,也非常好吃。
